It had been in multiple car accidents in which you could tell from the dented up body,. This car had several dents all around it, scratches all across the hood that were clearly made from an angry person. The transmission was stalling, there was a smokey smell coming from under the hood into the car. The lights inside kept sticking, wheels where sqeaking, it had not been detailed, there was food at the roof of the inside of the car and much more. Once I witnessed what they sold her I took her right back to the company spoke with a Britt Bridges about what they had done told him this was unexceptable and he called the POLICE! We explain to the cops that Britt was angry because we would not except his excuses. We said he was angry because as women we were standing up to him and he did not like that! We then allowed the cops to view the evidence paperwork and price $44,000 they freak out as well. Nothing was done cops left no report. We reached out to Corporate to get more support on this issue as we were still unhappy. 3 days later we met with a Dean Degroot: He was an OutRight DISRESPECT Person I don't know how he is in his position we tried to lodge a complaint against Britt Bridges and he said no he won't allow it! We then made this sorry company draft a letter relieving my daughter of all responsibilities of this non funtionable car she has sihned it. They are unique in that they stated up front that they really don't negotiate because they price their cars lower than most places and start at a fair price. I agree with their statement; we priced around and found the equivalent vehicle at CarMax, Todd Wenzell Chevrolet, and an actual Dodge dealership were all priced higher. And there is no telling if the other places would even gave a little during negotiations. Bottom line is that we started with a fair price and kind service, and left happy. No responses to emails now. I am in negotiations with lightning trailers to fix some of the problems and they won't even call them back. They backed into my trailer and damaged a few more panels. I asked for pictures about a month ago and they won't send me pictures of the damage. I live over 2 1/2 hours away so I can't just drop in. michael's Customer service is horrible and warranty.
