Badass experience. I was referred to this dealer after visiting multiple Ford dealers. Kyle is a wonderful salesman who wasn't pushy at all, frankly if he had been I would have walked-there's lots of Ford dealers. I set up an appointment time and he had the cars I was looking at pulled up and running (classy move), and let me walk away instead of the ol' "come have a seat at my awkwardly uncomfortable desk" like every other greaseball sales guy on the planet. Keith the sales manager came and introduced himself which I appreciated, didn't try to upsell, didn't even try to hard sell, he simply wanted to say thank you for coming in. Finance Dave was great too! I ended buying a new bronco and couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. I was able to do all of the paperwork online which made my life a million % less stressful this week and they delivered the car to my house the next day before we left for vacation. My father spent good money on a vehicle to have issues within a day of driving off lot. A couple days later oil pressure drops and says shut engine off. Mind you it's been less than 50 miles he put on since leaving the dealership. They apologize and say we areso sorry we will make this right. They look at the vehicle and find what's wrong but they want 700 dollars to fix. Next day the salesman calls and basically gives the run around that they won't be paying for it. I could see if it was a few weeks after buying but this was within a few days when my father finally drove it. I am looking for a very specific used vehicle which requires me to look at window stickers to compare features. I have spoke with multiple dealerships and I DREAD the inevitable "What's your name? Well can I help you find anything else? What's your email, phone number, address so I can follow up?" When dealing with multiple dealerships, that gets old. I just want the information as easily as possible. I spoke to ALLEN HIMEBAUGH today over the phone and was very pleased with our conversation. He didn't ask me anything overboard, just immediately addressed my questions and sent the information within 5 minutes. I had being looking for a new work vehicle for a while, Vanderhyde had what I was looking for so I made the drive from Grand Rapids to check it out. Brad and Pat were great to work with and there manager made the process very easy and accommodating to my schedule. Unfortunately once I got my new van home a intermittent problem kept showing up, Brad and Vanderhyde were great about it, they took it back two different times until the problem could finally be reproduced and then fixed each time giving me a new work vehicle to drive while they repaired my new vehicle. Service representative Michael Lee is unprofessional & pushy. He wanted to put 50 weight oil in a 20 weight automobile/ more expensive & not needed. Talked to Vanderhyde service manager, waste of time and money. Double check the oil going in your vehicle if you have to go there. Better yet, go somewhere else. read more
