To illustrate their kindness and flexibility, yesterday, while I was comfortably waiting in the waiting room, an elderly woman in a wheelchair was brought in by someone I assume was her son. According to the front desk, she had called twice earlier that day to cancel her appointment. It turns out she had some dementia, which is so unfortunate. New Age Dental had filled her spot, which she had canceled twice, with another patient. Even so, they still scheduled her for care that day. I'm sure this meant someone had to stay later than planned, but that's a small price to pay for such excellent service.
My hygienist, Tori, is the one I almost always see to work on my mouth (we didn't have fluoridated water where I grew up; my parents and the town thought fluoride was a communist plot, which, combined with having soft teeth, means I have a lot of metal in my mouth, not to mention plenty of crowns). Tori is such a wonderful, personable, and skilled technician that I no longer need to take Diazepam before going to the dentist. She always considers any of my concerns, and with a mouth like mine, there's always something!
I should also mention that the entire office is equipped with the latest dental technology, whether it's for x-rays, teeth cleaning, or anything else. The office is clean and well-maintained.
Dr. Koko, whether he's checking on my mouth or replacing a worn-out crown, is always friendly and inquisitive, and more importantly, a skilled dentist. I've never been in pain, so I don't need to take Diazepam anymore.
I heartily recommend New Age Dental in Morton Grove to anyone looking for a dentist.
