I got the Anaheim Green Chile Omelet and it lacked seasoning. The spicy potatoes on the side were dry & lacked flavor. My table got a variety of other food (steak and eggs, burrito, chicken and waffles, etc). The only redeemable menu item was steak and eggs (steak was cooked well, wasn't dry). Service was okay. It was very loud (think: club setting, and we had to flag the servers down several times for service. The people who buss the tables were so on it though & that was greatly appreciated! Atmosphere was VERY loud. Bring earplugs if you still decide to come here. The DJs for the afternoon, however, did a great job bringing the mood up so props to them. Advice on what could be improved: lower the music slightly so people can dance & also talk. And update the kitchen menu to include for seasoning for all entrees. read more

Went there for a club event meet up. Chakos was so fun and the DJ was great, they got the crowd hype. We used the digital Photo Booth feature a lot which was so fun getting those memories with our group. The drinks were great and reasonably priced. I can't wait to go back!! read more

We went here for the Love Island Watch Party. Today 7/6 was especially crowded (and very loud!) since it was also the Concacaf Gold Cup Final USA v Mexico. As the soccer game was nearing an end, the start of Love Island S7, 30 was featured on a large split screen (although there are other smaller screens throughout the restaurant). At first, it was hard to hear since most everyone was hyped over celebrating the Gold Cup winner during the team trophy ceremony. Once that was over, the crowd died down and noise level was more manageable. There is a special Love Island Munchies Menu for the event (see photo). We ordered some drinks and shared the Heartbreaker (Beef) Sliders which were meh. The service was awful and the ambiance was worse since some patrons were seemingly allowed to vape inside the restaurant. The smell was like a cloud that permeated around us which unfortunately affected our dining and viewing experience. Because of this, we will not be going back here next Sunday to watch the show finale. read more

Do not go here. My daughter and friends were there last night. 10 phones were stolen. The Dj might be in it. The owner asked my daughter to go in a room that was all the way in the back of the building telling her and her friend that he was going to help her get her phone. He asked her to enter her email and password into a computer that he has in that room. She obviously said no. He got upset that she said no. Apparently he was trying to help her get her phone. She said, it was creepy feeling. There is no way 10 phones were stolen in one single night. This place is working together with someone to steal phones. My daughter's phone was turned off and not this morning is on and it shows this location. This is too weird. Give people back their phones. read more

I have been coming here for Love Island and my first visit I loved it. The vibes inside were great and the food was yummy. Our wings were forgotten by our waitress but they were taken off the check. Nonetheless, I had fun and the drinks were delicious. I came back today and noticed they got rid of their happy hour food, which was interesting considering they just had it last week. A bit disappointed because that's what I loved about last time. As well, today our wings were forgotten yet again. Each time they took 45ish minutes to come out. At that point I didn't even want them after waiting so long, our drinks were finished, other food was eaten and we were ready to leave. I can understand this happening once but twice made me sad. The atmosphere was super loud and a bit wild, but we made reservations online and when we got here, it was fight night! Hahahaha! We almost left, but the dashingly handsome manager let us stay to eat without paying the "fight night charge" of $10 each. The food is good, although it is not a big menu. The drinks I tried, the spicy passionfruit margarita, and the Mejores Amigos, were yummy, but not at all strong g. So, for $28 I felt like I didn't have a drink yet. lol The mediterranean flatbread was piled with goodness, lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. It was fabulous. Cancel your events if you're not going to show them. A lot of places have been cancelling Love Island showing due to the World Cup. This place didn't bother to cancel, we show up the girl at the door clueless and she's like did you pay and I'm like I'm checking in for the watch party. We sit down give us menus with difference prices and brunch menus to later when the server arrived to take out order she says oh the kitchen closed and the Love Island is cancelled due to the UFC fight. DO NOT COME HERE FOR LADIES BRUNCH!!! I booked the VIP Brunch for 6 people ($200 package) and was excited about the experience, especially since I've been coming on Wednesday nights for karaoke. Unfortunately, the service and food were extremely disappointing. VIP package confusion: When we arrived, our waitress never asked about our VIP status and immediately requested another card on file. It seemed as though the prepaid package wasn't even acknowledged until much later. Drinks: The first drink (a tequila/honey mix) was undrinkable, and it took over 2.5 hours before my table received a second round. Only after I spoke with Cory, the business manager, did things start to move forward. He did eventually acknowledge the VIP package and worked to correct the bill, which I appreciate. Food quality and pricing: The buffet alone was $35 per person, and each plated item carried its own price -- $22 for chicken and waffles, $17 for a burrito, and $17 for an omelet. Despite these high prices, the food was disappointing. The buffet was poorly presented and mostly cold (French toast, pancakes, muffins, Danish). The chicken and waffles, described by the waitress as large enough for two people to share, came as half a waffle with potatoes, a wing/drumstick, and a fried egg. The omelets and burrito lacked seasoning and flavor. Overall, the quality did not justify the cost. Service & billing: The bill included over $75 in hospitality fees and items that had to be corrected. When we asked our waitress about the fee, she told us it was "herpitude." Later, when I asked Cory about it, he said it was actually an "event fee." The discrepancy is incredible and shows a complete lack of consistency or transparency. On top of that, when we raised concerns, the server acted as though we were the problem rather than taking accountability. While I give credit to Cory, the manager, for ultimately addressing the billing confusion and acknowledging the VIP package, the server's attitude, the food quality, and the overall experience were terrible. On top of that, a card from my party was erroneously charged $94 that should have never been processed. I have also since learned that other guests and parties have been charged after the fact by this establishment, with amounts ranging from $95, plus additional unexpected charges of $5-$14. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns. Hospitality fees are applied to whomever the server wants to apply it to. Lastly, I was there from 11am till 450pm. The total drinks ordered 3... HOW IS THIS A GOOD BRUNCH when I spent more time trying to get things then getting them as a VIP guest. read more

Food was good , service was good, ambient was good. .. we were there this past March for my bday EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY. This time we went to celebrate my friend's birthday I thought it was going to be the same BUT UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT,, I approached Dj stand and requested a song one of them asked the one playing the music than said to me. Can u come back in half an hour? I said yes will do. I waited for about an hour or so went back to dj stand asked about my requested song she said She doesn't have it, I requested a different song same thing. I than requested a different song same bullshit,,,,, At that point I got really upset. And said u guys r not good Djs And this is bullshit, turn around went to our table and continue our celebration. I didn't asked for their names or complaint to manager. When we went in March Dj name was baby butter and p-nasty. NOW THEY WERE GOOD. everyone was requesting songs and they played them This Sunday . By 6pm when we left there was not a lot of people left in the place. I hope next time we go it will be a better experience. read more
