A friend and I representing an organization took an important person to dinner, wanting a really good meal. Their food was awesome! Cozy but not crowded in the restaurant, and extremely attentive service. Will definitely be back!

Don't go there. Stay home and stay healthy. Under poured drinks. Very low quality meat and fish. Overpriced. Place needs to be cleaned.

They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and every band we've seen has been fantastic. We also joined in on Musical BINGO, and my husband actually won! It was such a fun and lively experience. The bartenders are friendly, engaging, and made us feel right at home. They even recognized us on our second visit, which was such an unexpected and wonderful touch. The food is amazing, too. The hamburgers are terrific, and the drinks definitely hit the spot. You can sit at the bar, relax at a table inside where it is nice and cool, or enjoy the outdoor deck overlooking the sound stage. There is also a lower seating area for anyone who likes being closer to the music and all the action. The Den is also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus when you are traveling with your furry family member--just remember to keep them off the grass. During the band, children were playing on the lawn, families were relaxing, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. The entire evening felt fun, welcoming, wholesome, and full of great energy. Between the music, food, drinks, friendly service, and beautiful outdoor setting, The Den has quickly become one of our favorite places in Pinetop. We highly recommend stopping by!

It's your typical local hangout with regulars & visitors all mingling together. Service was quick & Michelle did an excellent job making sure our visit was enjoyable. Our food was delicious. Hubby had the fish & chips tasty choice. I ordered naked chicken wings with hot sauce on the side they were delicious. The wing size was pretty good (I hate it when they're tiny) I actually had some leftover to enjoy later. The other 2 in our group ordered the Grilled Cheese Special & another order of chicken wings. As I mentioned before everything was delicious & no one left hungry. Excellent experience highly recommend.

At dinner, each of us had one espresso martini. No one was intoxicated, slurring words, or behaving badly. We arrived together in a lifted pickup truck Uber. As we stepped out, one friend--wearing stiletto heels--briefly slipped on the gravel parking lot (because let's face it, gravel and stilettos gravel don't go together) She immediately caught herself and was completely fine. The moment we walked inside, we were met with the craziest hostility. The brunette behind the counter aggressively interrogated me and another friend about how many drinks we'd had and where we'd been. I fully understand that staff have a responsibility to monitor their guests for safety, but the condescending tone and confrontational delivery were entirely unprofessional. This rbf brunette was literally yelling at us for no reason at all. So as I'm trying to calmly answer all her questions, (even though her tone was rude as hell) she actually turned her chair away from me and began vaping mid-conversation. Yes--vaping. I'm like, are u really just going to turn around, treat me like a dog and start Vaping?! So I asked her to please turn around and at least look at me while I was speaking. But at this point, now I feel incredibly disrespected and ask to speak to a manager. So she rolls her eyes and yells for the "manager" to come in. I started laughing at this point because whoever came in was clearly not the manager... It was a blonde girl who appeared to be just barely 21 and had glowing neon paint drawn all over her nose, eyebrows and jaw, and was wearing booty shorts and some other raver attire. This chick looked like she was on her way to Coachella over actually managing an establishment. I wish I was making this up!! In all of the years that I have worked the service industry in my 20's (serving, bartending, cocktailing, in Scottsdale) I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and hostility. At this point, my friends and I didn't even want to go in and spend $$$ there. From that point on, we were dismissed and treated like a liability rather than paying customers--all because someone briefly slipped on their own gravel lot. No one was drunk. No one was disruptive. We were simply asking for basic respect and professionalism. We won't be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before coming here--especially if you value being treated like a human being. I rarely leave negative reviews; most of mine are positive. But this experience earned every word of mine if not more. Final thought: If a place is this eager to judge, dismiss, and humiliate guests before they even make it past the entry, imagine how they handle things when something actually goes wrong. (Which I'm sure is a nightly event) And know they're going to somehow turn this around on us like it was our fault, so I'm grabbing my popcorn and will be ready for a good laugh bc this place was a JOKE!

Overall, negative experience. Security was weird. One of them…read moreHad this idea that I told them, "my ID is fake." I'm 33, and only said I'm walking back in after being carded 3 times. Cheers.

It was not very busy. Pros: Nice presentation on the food and it tasted good. We ordered the Dirty Dozen (chicken wings) and Crab Cakes for appetizers. Our entrees consisted of hamburgers and fries for everyone on our party. Cons: I'm not even sure where to start. We chose to sit outside in the patio area as it was "choose your own seat". The outside seating area was not very well taken care of - tables not wiped off, chairs dirty/covered excessively in dust. We had a party of 3, waitress only provided 2 menus and then needed 1 back while we ordered because she was not familiar with food items. Menu was multiple pages and just loose instead of in folder and considering prices found this tacky. Waitress also immediately upon seating us let us know that she had just started and was just "thrown" in to job with little training and then provided us with a list of food items not available - there were several. Waitress also stated more than once that cook was upset and yelling at her because she kept asking for clarification of items not available. Upon receiving our entrees, we were "asked" to share our ketchup because they didn't have enough containers to serve all of us. I also ordered a mixed drink when we first arrived and was told they were out of some portion of the drink and I'm fairly sure it was the alcohol. The drink was supposed to be a salivated vodka mixed with lemonade and the drink tasted and looked purely like lemonade. I did ask and did not receive a clear answer but was charged for an alcoholic beverage. In addition, they are still using glasses from the previous business. Overall: Considering the price point I was not at all impressed. This location has the potential to be an amazing restaurant. I would love to say that I am going to give them another try but I'm not sure. Just not impressed at all.
