    Great live Music.

The shrimp cocktail was delicious! The sauce was not the original cocktail sauce, and so yummy. Vegetables tempura was crispy and perfect! The only thing missing was a secret sauce. The flavor was great and the veggies cooked just right! We shared a Brisket plate. The meat fell apart on the fork and melted in my mouth. The sauce was just right, Not to sweet. The garlic mashed potatoes blew my mind! SO a melty and fresh. We also tried the baked potatoe... the cowboy beans were sweet abs spice and paired perfect with the baked potato. Now I'm driving home with Carrots cake... We will be back very soon. Dare I say, my new favorite place on the mountain!

Berties 2 The Stockyard was absolutely amazing. I have been there twice in the last month and it was nothing short of phenomenal! The food was great, the service was great, everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the Rodeo Burger the first time I went, but since I didn't, it was one of the best Rodeo Burgers I have ever had. The 2nd time I went I had the chicken Alfredo (pictured) and the chicken was seasoned amazingly and the Alfredo sauce was delicious. My friend had the other plate and he devoured it. I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The owners also came out to check to see how we were enjoying our food both times and were extremely friendly/treated us like a family. Staff, food, owners, atmosphere are all absolutely wonderful!

Another disappointment after waiting a half hour we didn't even get a drink order in. It is our last attempt.

Make the food fresh when ordered instead of frozen, pre packaged. Specifically the chicken cordon bleu.

They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and every band we've seen has been fantastic. We also joined in on Musical BINGO, and my husband actually won! It was such a fun and lively experience. The bartenders are friendly, engaging, and made us feel right at home. They even recognized us on our second visit, which was such an unexpected and wonderful touch. The food is amazing, too. The hamburgers are terrific, and the drinks definitely hit the spot. You can sit at the bar, relax at a table inside where it is nice and cool, or enjoy the outdoor deck overlooking the sound stage. There is also a lower seating area for anyone who likes being closer to the music and all the action. The Den is also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus when you are traveling with your furry family member--just remember to keep them off the grass. During the band, children were playing on the lawn, families were relaxing, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. The entire evening felt fun, welcoming, wholesome, and full of great energy. Between the music, food, drinks, friendly service, and beautiful outdoor setting, The Den has quickly become one of our favorite places in Pinetop. We highly recommend stopping by!

Evidently she was the owner's sister but, the way she treated me and a few other people in line blew me away. She made a much older, disabled woman walk all the way back to her car to get her ID even though the woman was in the night before. When someone pointed out that she could look her name up on the guest list, the owner/sister(?) said, "that sounds like a YOU problem" ~ what?! You'd think they didn't rely on customers to keep their doors open. I drove 8.5 hours to go to Lions Den and see Pinetop. I doubt I'd come back that way. And, the Wine Burger? It's "OK" ~ it's a burger. I'm not sure what the big deal is.

Prices are a bit high for bottles. $42-$48 each. Glasses of wine are $12 each. We were there for a few hours enjoying the patio and sipping on wine. It was a beautiful Saturday and only 2 other people came in the whole time. The woman pouring our wine was very sweet and friendly. Surprisingly though, she had no knowledge of the wines and said she has never tasted them because she doesn't drink. We asked a couple questions about how long they've been a winery and she couldn't answer any. She even thought the animals that had passed away recently were llamas. I explained to her they were alpacas. I really think if you're going to hire someone you should make sure they are at least somewhat knowledgeable about the business especially since your customers are paying quite a bit. But like I said the wines and the views are wonderful and I absolutely love the dog theme. So that's why I gave 5 stars.
