When I got to the store, I was told the code wouldn't work even though I was assured it would as the store said they needed a bar code to scan? Selena, the Experience Manager told me to call Customer Service and speak to a live person. I went back to my car and spoke to a rep and at first the rep didn't know what I was talking about and thought it was in select stores. I explained the memo that was given to the employees who said it was a Pilot Program and that they needed a Bar Code. He said he couldn't email me a bar code and could just give the same type of promo code given in the first Chat. I asked for Corporate's email or phone number but he couldn't give me one? I went back to the store and explained it to Selena and she offered to call Customer Service and explain it from her end. She said it's a hit or miss with the ones answering the calls. She was awesome intervening for me and was put on hold a couple of times til they figured out on their end, me talking to the phone rep and handing it back to Selena. I think this took about 20 minutes while Selena was even multi-tasking! I was so impressed at her going above and beyond to help me out, have a positive, patient and upbeat attitude while we talked about The Spurs making it to the NBA Finals in between holds on the call. No awkward fumbling around and unchanging there. Initially, I was super nervous but I've probably had 6 soothe visits and have gotten pretty comfortable with at-home massages. I will say that the massage therapist are hit or miss - some are significantly better than the others. So, if there's a massage therapist you like - you can always request them later.
