Not the biggest fan of Funko Pops since the figurines attract some of the lowest scum of human society (look into Funko Pop autograph shenanigans at anime conventions and you'll see) and in general if I had the chance, I'd just purchase a Nendoroid instead of black soul-less eyes on a figurine that is going to end up in a landfill and face galaxy collapsing heat death with Labubus, but that's neither here nor there. Though, speaking of Labubus, you can get them here as well. You definitely can get Funko Pops here and there's deals on them too. A good number of Squishmallows and some blind boxes for sale too. There's also some TCG and other figures and collectibles. Despite the inward cringe that I feel, the staff's super welcoming and helpful if you do have questions. It looks like some people have not had a good experience here with the quality and inconsistency of pricing, so double check with online sources and know the value of the items that you're collecting (but that goes with everything to be honest). read more

This place is huge! It's almost three times bigger than the Glendale store. They had a lot of cute statues and there's two tables in the back to assemble toys. They have a wide selection and it's very spacious. I found a few cute Funko that caught my eyes and bought three to get the deal. I stopped by Chalice Collectibles while I was in the area and was excited to see they had a wide selection of Pop Mart and Labubu figures. The prices are definitely marked up, which is a bit frustrating but understandable for a collectible shop. labubus we're about $45-60ish The staff was super friendly and helpful--answered all my questions and even helped me look for a specific item. However, I was really disappointed with one part of my experience. I had pointed to a figure in the display case, but the employee grabbed one from the back and rang me up without showing me the box first. When I got home and opened it, I realized the box was badly damaged, which was really disheartening. Overall, I appreciated the customer service, but I wish they had let me inspect the box before finalizing the purchase. For collectors, box condition matters, and I wouldn't have bought it in that state. read more

We stopped by Chalice Collectibles Saturday afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised. We're not from the area, so this was our first time there. Before arriving, I was worried it would be one of the Funko pop retailers that overprice their pops but honestly, this place was one of the more affordable spots we've shopped at for pops! I loved their vast selection of commons to exclusives. The store is well organized and clean. What made the visit memorable was the staff. A gentleman was working and he was incredibly patient with my entire family. When we went to check out we had a lot of questions about pricing on exclusive pops in their glass displays and behind the counter since they're not labeled. He scanned each pop and gave us the pricing & he didn't push us away from the register. Thanks to his patience and the affordable pricing we ended up buying more than we expected. As a huge Funko pop collector this place is top notch! I wish we lived closer, but now we'll make sure to add it as a stop anytime we're in the area. read more

Oh my Pop! Meaning oh my Funko Pop... I guess you can't call it a toy store since most people who buy Funko Pops, don't pull the figures out to play but just display them in the box. It definitely is a collectible store gone wild. Thousands and thousands of Funko Pops lining the shelves of this magnificent showroom. You can spend hours in here just browsing and figuring out how they organized the store - Dewey Decimal system it is not! You have KPOP, animine, superhero, video game, villains, Sports, Funko Heads etc... lined up along both walls and on displays in the middle of the store. Glad they're not made from glass as this would be an earthquake nightmare. Truthfully, this is a great place to loiter and just slowly walk around the showroom. Don't get ripped off. I went in to take advantage of the 3 for $33 deal they have and while paying, I was taking a look at the special funkos they have behind the counter. I saw this Biggie Smalls and wanted to get it for my husband. I asked the price and was told $40. Even though it was a damaged box and came in a plastic box to protect it, I thought it must be a deal. I thought it was cute so I bought it. The next day I decided to shop their website to see what other funkos I could find and saw the exact same biggie for $25 dollars. Same number and everything. Purchased 2 of the NYCC exclusive Vegeta FiGPiNs and they came damaged. Support claimed they couldn't see the clearly visible damage and only offer $15 refund - which barely covers their shipping costs let alone the cost of the pins. Dealt with PayPal instead after wrestling with their support and getting nowhere. -- It also seems like they disabled payments through PayPal recently which is unfortunate. Unlike Chalice, PayPal is thorough and consumer friendly. Now they have been cancelling and refunding any of my future orders without any word & even after sending tracking information. Feels bad that the items I want are cHaLiCe ExClUsIvE so I can't get them anywhere else. I have tried profusely to contact support to sort this bad blood out but apparently they'd rather delete my comments and ignore me. IF you like Funko stuff... you will LOVE this place. I was like a kid in a candy store when I walked in. My head was on a 360 degree swivel as I walked around this place. I could've spent hours in here but the hubby was hungry and ready to get some grub. Make sure to check the pricing as the regular sized Funko items were priced differently depending on which shelf they were on. The prices I saw listed were as below. $12 each or 3 for $33 - These were in the same shelf. On another shelf they were priced $20 with some exceptions. So check the prices before buying. They also had a few items that were not Funko branded like some keychain type items. They also had some really cool anime type artwork as well. Very cool place to spend money and buy things or just a place to walk around and drool over all the cool items in the store. read more

I did not make any purchase here, but I thought this place was neat! I am always into collectible and toys, and this place was just very fun to be in. It's a feast for the eyes--so many Funko Pop! figures on display. All the popular series are there: Pokémon, Dragon Ball, Disney, Pixar, tv shows, movies... You think it, they have it. I even found Brit Brit from Oops! and Toxic here. Hello! Hail the princess of pop! (Ooooh, I just made an unintentional pun!) I am not an expert of Pop! figures in particular, or vinyl figures for that matter, but I feel like this place is owned and run by people that know what's up. Everything's very tidily and neatly displayed. Shelves and shelves of inventory. Truly, so many to see. Overall, clean, slick, spacious. It feels complete, thorough, and well managed, to my untrained mind/eyes. Impressive! In particular, the oversized Pop! figures décor were definitely baits for luring in wandering or walking by mall shoppers. Even if they may not make a purchase, they may wanna take a look. That's the case for me. (See attached photos.) However, because this is such a niche store, I don't know if it would survive. (I hope it does.) For Pop! figures, one can always find the best price online. While $10 a pop is very reasonable, I am pretty sure most people would just shop around online until they can find the cheapest price possible, then lump them into a free shipping if eligible. I see this place as a impulsive-buy shop, or where you can grab a last-minute-gift for that special (dorky) someone in your life. There are also some other cute collectibles for sale. Like keychains, pins, and such. I did not buy any of those, either. But of course, always fun to browse around! I honestly do not know how to rate this because I have no real intention of making any purchase, but as store and a visual attraction, I think it merits a respectable 4 stars. An adorable and welcoming addition to Westfield Santa Anita. End note: reading from other reviews, this place could have questionable customer service, and they MAY sell fake figures here. Wow. Nice find at the Westfield Arcadia mall. Real cool pop store for those that collect. Prices are reasonable and most items on the shelves are 10$. There are a good amount of exclusives and limited pop collection. I bought about 5 yesterday on Fathers Day, and bought a chase, an Applecon and 2 others that I wanted for my collection. There are a lot more but had to throttle back for a first visit. I recommend this store to visit and buy from. I saw that some people posted fake or copied pops. Complaining about it. If your an out of the box collector or attention to detail then inspect the pop on site and or ask them to gently remove it from the box. There are some flaws on even original and at funko store, you just need to inspect and I'm sure they will work with you to resolve any issues. I can't wait for my next visit. My sister and my nephew came here for a triple signing . We're there early in the morning around 6 AM. My nephew is a huge pop collector. So my 1 star is for the main reason that they sold them a fake pop. On the real pop the border where the hair is has a space between it and the actually pop itself. The one we got had no space between. Our friend is a huge pop collector and reseller and told us it was a fake. Sad and they told my sister that it was real. I pre ordered 2 pops. When the box arrived all that was in the box was bubble wrap. I tried to contact them but they take days to respond. They insist that items were there but they are not. There was another shipping label to japan with another persons name on it, which is were i believe the problem occurred but they dont care. The manager/owner here is very rude and demanding. I witnessed him yelling at his workers, what seemed to be new associates. My friend and I came in and walked through. One of the associates came up and greeted me kindly, and offered to help with a couple of products. The foot traffic started to pick up. So this associate went to take care of someone else real quick, which is fine. No problem. Then manager comes up and asks what I want. So I told him that that associate was helping me. But the manager says bluntly that the associate was busy, "what do u want" and I told him the product I wanted, but he just snapped back real quick that he don't have it "thank you"and walked away to the next customer like a car salesperson who judges u on appearance. I would have preferred his associates customer service experience over the managers. And based on other negative reviews, the associates might be displaying rude behavior due to the managers rude method of training and ridicule. It's a simple store layout, not much training other than customer service and theft prevention. Anyway, a lot of pop collectibles and art. read more

I went to this store today over at the Glendale galleria. Its new that replaced the disney store and when i walked in they had really awsome stuff. Some pop figures i havent seen before. I was interested in buying the holographic pictures they look real nice. The products they sell wasnt the problem. It was the customer service that needs to be stepped up. The girl that was at the registry today took really long to acknowledge us. Me and another customer was just standing there waiting.... And waiting. Even though she was face in front of us. I used to go to their old store a lot and buy many pops. Since moving to the larger store in the mall, customer service has gone through the floor. They used to hire people that were collectors themselves and knew a lot about the product they were selling. The people working at the larger store is just hired help and nothing else. They have no idea on the product they are selling. Ask them a question and they just stare off into space. A person here or there might know, but the rest have no idea. The prices in the store are more than double to what their website is. Work that one out? I won't be coming here anymore. Plenty more Funko stores out there. read more

I contacted their customer service and rep named Bella said that what was sent was correct and to check my inventory. I replied back either asking for a manager contact or refund. But no reply, it's been weeks now. I understand that their are a lot of scammers out there, but not to even try to assist good customers is such an insult.
