We had a lot of fun! Staff was extremely helpful going over the rules. Highly recommend. We did the baking room challenge.

We did the sweet shoppe room. A lot of fun. We made it out in the very last few seconds. Just the right amount of anxiety mixed with fun.

Since I read there would be walking & riddles to be solved. And the older fam aren't too fond of the unknown & puzzle solving LOL. The ones that responded decided as a group to do the Cupcake Conundrum in Patchogue. What a great way to explore the different shops on Main St. I don't wanna give too much away because that's where the fun is. Solving the clues & finding the next spot. We got to try Locale where we dined on Mussels in wine sauce & a Margherita Pizza. Both were delicious! That's where we got our first clue. Then there was The Paper Doll Curiosity Shoppe which we all loved and Todd was so friendly & such a pleasure to talk with. Fun stuff in the store. Like the funky glasses with mustaches that we received & wore for the rest of the day like it was normal. We were stopped several times by curious onlookers who wanted to know about the glasses. We proudly told them "We're Food Detectives!!" LOL Several wonderful restaurants including 2 desserts. All of the food was delicious & enjoyable. Remember drinks are not included, and we were fine with that. It was a great way to spend the afternoon. A great way to get to know more about Patchogue's updated Main St. Fun times were had by all! 10-21-2018

Kidding (sort of) but the receptionist, who was also our Game Master was in the process of training a service dog which objectively makes her an awesome person! But this review isn't about the dog, so onward.... ~Facility~ Location: B Cleanliness:A Spaciousness:B+ Finding the location at night is a bit daunting because its a little store front type place, partly covered by tress. It just feels not safe at first, not because its located in a bad area, but because its so dark and hard to see. I would suggest a few more lights around the building and parking lot. Once you get inside its perfectly fine. The waiting area if a bit small so it might be problematic for large groups but it was only two of us so it wasn't a problem. I'm VERY pick about restrooms. If I'm going to be locked in a room for an hour, I'm going to pee first and if its gross I'm going to be mad. I'm happy to report the bathroom was SPOTLESS! ~The Game~ Game Master: A+ The Room (Escape from Alcatraz): A Our game master other than being an awesome dog handler was just awesome in general! Unlike some other Escape rooms we've been to, her clues were very in touched with what we needed and were we were at in the game. I don't want to give too much away about the room, but it was very tricky for just two people. We were one puzzle away from escaping when we ran out of time and she gave us one last clue and let us take the extra two minutes to escape. She was great and the game was a lot of funny. ~Overall Experience/Value~ I gave this place five stars because its roughly the same price as other Escape games on Long Island but we had a much better time. That's not to say the other escape rooms on Long Island aren't good, but this just had a little something extra. I will 100% come back to try the other rooms.

We are scheduled to attempt two of the three rooms that they currently offer. The facility is located inside of an office building on the main floor. Once you enter the lobby there's a large waiting area w/disposable cameras & water bottles for purchase. The first room that we decided to try is their most advanced one "A Broken Mind: Psych 102". The room starts off divided into 2 groups. Obviously, teamwork is extremely important in order to help each other out. This room had a little bit of technology implemented and it was utilized cleverly. The decor complemented the theme very well and the puzzles stuck to the storyline the whole time. Normally the suggested amount of people is four, but the two of us managed to escaped with 3 minutes and 42 seconds remaining. The next room we are scheduled for is "Last Resort"."Last Resort" is classified as an intermediate room. The minute that you we stepped inside "Last Resort", we noticed a lot of upgrades in the decor and the design. We felt immediately drawn into the storyline from beginning to end. There were some locks and technological puzzles that we've haven't seen before which made the experience all the more interesting. Overall, Panic Room CT delivered great customer service and we can tell that they are constantly stepping their game up! We can't wait to try their new games in the future! *For more info, check out my Yelp profile.

We chose Biohazard because it has a higher difficulty and we can usually "escape the room". The room wasn't 100% ready when we arrived.. some locks were undone, there was no paper for us to write on.. bottom line, things were missing. There were too many locks and not enough story line. The four of us were minutes away from escaping but ultimately didn't make it out. The guy running the place.. think his name is Matt, was kind of abrupt once our time was up. Felt like we were rushed out. There were TWO more puzzles we had to solve and it's not like there was a line of people waiting to get in.. it would have been cool if he let us finish the last couple things. The room has potential but overall, we found it disappointing.

She is truly an incredible asset to this company. During our first visit, my son and I became nervous while up in the trees on the zip line course and needed assistance. Madison came to help us right away. She was calm, professional, patient, and reassuring, and she safely guided us down while making us both feel completely at ease. Her kindness and confidence turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive experience. A few weeks later, we returned to the park and unexpectedly saw Madison again while waiting in line. To our surprise, she immediately remembered both of us -- even my son's name. That simple gesture meant so much and instantly made him feel comfortable and excited to be there again. Madison goes above and beyond in every sense. She is professional, personable, attentive, and clearly cares about the guests she helps. Employees like her are rare, and she is the kind of person who makes families want to come back. You get train to use the harness, how to lock & unlock... and a quick tip how to zip. But honestly, the mechanism could've been better... I saw so many kids having issues with the "lock & unlock" and getting stuck; blocking others and now there was like a massive traffic jam on the course... idk... wonder if there is a better way to do it. The advance level is definitely meant for adults, it requires strong upper body strength. Wish the little store would be better stock with drinks, snacks... they ran low on items by the late afternoon; they do provide picnic tables and I see families with tons of food - so if you're planning to stay for the whole day - prepare yourself.
