The instructors are absolutely incredible and the owner, Joel, is extremely knowledgeable and one of the coolest guys I know. The classes are either 1hr-1:30 and they kick your BUTT in the best way possible. They're extremely friendly to beginners, so no worries if you've never boxed before. Also, there is a great group of girls, so don't be afraid, ladies, to come and work out! I do private lessons with Gabe and he has made a huge impact on my boyfriend and my life.
