CF sends out a ton of text reminders beforehand, then you get there and wait! Not just a little wait. It took us nearly 30 mins to get seated despite having a reservation. The front desk staff are absolutely useless! Snarky, grumpy, zero idea how to treat or talk to customers. They also gave our table to other people--twice!! They were arguing amongst themselves. One girl telling us we were next then another taking other families back.. Also, Just terrible attitudes. 20 mins of waiting after our reservation we dared ask for an update and her response? "you're already checked in. You don't need to ask me" Nice. Management ought to make some front of house changes ASAP. It's clearly ruining your Yelp review score!
