Let me start off by saying: I was in Stockton for a conference. I kept hearing, "Be careful," "Watch where you go," and "Don't go out at night." It was constant. However, I had nothing but kindness from every single person I encountered in Stockton; and this salon was no exception! I called as soon as I checked into my hotel to set up an appointment, and they were able to fit me in that evening. It's a tradition of mine to get a pedicure on the first day; just to relax, unwind, and have pretty toes! I found this salon on Yelp after seeing all the amazing reviews, and now I absolutely understand why. The manicurist was so kind and friendly, and she gave me the best calf massage I've ever had (she even mentioned my legs were very tight!). She was incredibly detailed and took her time with every step. I spent about an hour and twenty minutes there, and it felt wonderful to be pampered and not rushed. This place is truly a gem; I would definitely be a regular if I lived locally!

I asked for us both to have the same service. Yet my daughter was done 25 minutes before me. When I inquired the manger said that we didn't. After what happened I didn't want to put my daughter thru that . The lady doing mine was great at massage but the paint job was bad and clumsy. The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

The place is clean, has a clean bathroom, has convenient parking, is organized, and smells nice (besides the smell of acrylic and other chemicals). However, it is pretty cramped inside. There is not a lot of ways to walk anywhere without having to contort a little bit. The first time it was a pleasant experience, the second time I found it strange the staff pointed a finger at me before laughing about something, and the third time it was okay at best. This most recent visit, the lady servicing my mom had a little attitude and the gentleman servicing me did not check with me if I liked my french tips or not (when they all checked and asked last time) before curing them. As you can see, he was most definitely playing in my toes. I did not want anymore trouble today, so I did not really bother to ask for it to be corrected. Although, I did ask my technician if it was too late for him to correct it, to which he said "It's already dry". I was already overstimulated with the place being packed like sardines on a Thursday morning and just wanted to leave. I am especially disappointed since they have done better in the past.
