My daughter turned me on to these cleaners. I have had so many problems with my cleaners in South Pasadena (i.e. missing items, damaging my silk tops, clothes still looking dirty)This is a little bit of a hike for me, but their work is superior. I take really pricey items to them, mostly silk tops and dressy designer items. Everything comes back really clean and pressed. I have not had any issues with anything not being cleaned properly, nor have they damaged any of my clothes. I even started buying more "Dry Clean Only" clothes, just because I know they will never get ruined. Staff is super-polite and efficient. Worth the drive if you live in South Pasadena or surrounding communities. Prices on tops is really reasonable. Dresses and blazers are a little on the pricey side, but they do such a good job that I still think it's worth it. read more

I come here for dry cleaning and alterations. The service is excellent and fast. I am also a runner, CoCo & Joa (the owners) always have water for me which is above and beyond. I cannot recommend this business enough. ALSO they do the all USC uniforms which is pretty awesome. read more

Not only do they do exceptional work, the family that owns this company are the nicest, most generous people in the world. Rarely do stores make you believe in the goodness of others, but this is the exception. I took a star spangled table cloth in and they refused to charge me because their dad had a policy not to charge for anything that looks like an American flag. And, they are far less expensive than other dry cleaners. Can't recommend them more highly. read more

I just downloaded yelp for this amazing place! Yes 5 stars! I just got married last January! And I was looking for a reasonable dry clean in the neighborhood, seems I'm new in the area. I was driving around and went to the first two dry cleaning on Washington blvd. But we left right away! Their prices are much more expensive than Rancho Palos Verdes! Unbelievable! My husband said lets try one more, and here we are Champions!!! Omg their price was absolutely reasonable and they welcome us really good! I am writing this based on the the seamstress only. I have been trying for a week now to get several things altered. I was told she had to leave early for a birthday party, the next day I go back and she wasn't feeling well that I should call to make an appointment for her to stay late. So I call and she tells me she leaves at 2:00pm. I have no idea what time she gets there but it's not before 9am. So I call today to find out what time she will be there tomorrow which is a Saturday, and she's not in. Most people work until about 5. It would be great if they had someone there who could be there until 6 or 7pm, for those of us who actually work normal business hours. She does pretty good work if you can actually work around her schedule. Now I have to go elsewhere and because I was given the run around by several people there, for a week will have to get these things rushed. I'm a bit put off by this and definitely put out. read more

I had a wedding today and somehow got a couple of stains on my dress. I went here with 2 hours until the wedding and asked them to fix my dress. Pretty unreasonable request on a busy Saturday. They not only did it on the spot, but also did it at no charge. Talk about going the extra mile. I've never experienced such amazing customer service. Upon drop off, if you need your clothes immediately they will sometimes do same day pick up if it is really early in the day, otherwise your clothes will be ready the next day! Whenever I brought items to be cleaned or altered, different prices were charged. They speak amongst themselves then demand high rates to see what they can rip off. My daughters had to get two dress & skirt hems and Champion Cleaners first told them the rate would be $85 then lowered it to $70. after my daughter negotiated with them. Their way of doing business with patrons is condescending and disrespectful. We will never give them our service again. read more
