    When my Audi's front bumper was ruined along with my pride and joy, I did not know of any collision shops I could trust. I asked a long time friend and car collector for a referral. They referred me to Allen and Tuan at Champion Collision Center. As a car enthusiast, I'm very picky and assertive when it comes to anything that has to do with my car. Tuan and Allen fought hard for me in terms of getting the parts my car deserved, and if you don't already notice, they do top-notch work. From the vehicle tear-down to replacement install, they kept in contact with me by showing progress shots and answering my constant phone calls. When Tuan let me know my car was done, it looked better than it did before the accident. The parts are genuine, fitment was on-point, and the paint was excellent. I used to practice paint correction after high school, and I can say the paint matching and the overall finish of the car was more than I expected. Thank you Allen, Tuan, and team, you've earned a life long customer!!

    I came yesterday for a quotation and was able to get a reasonable pricing for all breaks replacement. Staffs here seemed very knowledgeable and gave useful advices to help me make the most economic and proper decision. I Went to other places before to get quotes and was about 100+ more than what they have quoted me here (parts are from the same source). Ordered parts arrived the same day and I'm back the following to get the work started. Very cozy waiting area, am able to use their WiFi for work. Staff are friendly and people keep safe distance. Everything is up to standard and professional, I love how they minimize the wait time. After all, I would give a 5 star for sure and I won't hesitate referring this place to my friends.

    I got into a front end accident 3 weeks ago and from the very first time I got in touch with Champion collision center , the process from beginning to end was very smooth and organized.I thought it would take long to get my car fixed, but once I had it inspected, a few days later, the car was already being fixed in the shop. I am very happy with their service. The people there were very friendly and professional. My car looked brand new!

    Not going to lie, I've had my car fixed at champion collision about 3 times already and they ALWAYS DO THE ABSOLUTE BEST JOB. Got into an accident recently and I immediately contacted Allen and he helped me get situated the next day. I can always count on Allen to help me take care of my car! He was in charge of my case this time and he was extremely professional and texted me throughout the weeks to keep me updated on my car. Very helpful and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way! He was really sweet and helped me get the best deals!! Thank you again! I just got my car back today and they cleaned absolutely everything. Also helped with changing my car battery as well as getting me covered with OEM parts! Overall, this is legit the best collision center ever LOL (considering I've had my car fixed here for 3 times) XD

    My new Mercedes GLE 350 was rear end on 04/05/21, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Allen and his team at champion collision are amazing. I have State Farm and originally was going to choose an auto shop within the State Farm network for the convenience factor, but since I had a good experience with Champion when I first moved to the area, I decided to go with my gut and I'm glad I did.Since Allen knew I was paying out-of-pocket for a rental car, he and his team worked really hard to get it back to me in running shape. They answered all of my questions, kept me updated on the repair process, and did stellar work. Best of all, they are fair and forthcoming. Nothing worse than feeling like you are getting the rug pulled out from under you. Now, not only is my rig back in fighting form, I have a go-to place for repairs. I would totally recommend them to anyone in need of auto work. 10/10 would recommend... even if they're out of network for your insurance company. You won't regret it!

I ended up not paying as much as I thought I would...I almost feel guilty I didn't pay more, but don't tell Michael that ;) I am seriously SO grateful for their time and effort. 10/10 would recommend... even if they're out of network for your insurance company. You won't regret it!

    They did excellent job! They fixed my Tesla like a new one. The boss is very responsible, and updated the progress of the car repair at any time. I highly recommend all my friends come here to fix their cars.

    these guys do great quality work. i ran over some stuff on the freeway and it split open my car's front lip. it literally had a 6" gash in the front. i asked allen if he could do anything about and he told me "i'll make it look like new". i was skeptical but even if it didn't look perfect, it would still be better than spending $1000 for a new one from the factory. when he was done, THAT THING LOOKED BRAND NEW. if he told me he just bought me a brand new one instead of fixing it, i would've 100% believed him. these guys do great work and allen is a super friendly guy. you'll have a great experience here.

    My brand new X5 got rear ended by a new driver and the back of my car was completed messed up. My friend recommended me to champion collision center. I called and spoke to Tuan about my situation they are very professional and nice they told me to take my car in help me filed claim and also they arrange rental car for me with enterprice,after that they were keep updated with me about the whole process through phone call and text. And the car completed done like brand new again. I'm very appreciated champion team to help me out I'll def referral all my friends and family members to champion. Thanks again!

    I was recommended by a friend who had also had his car done here. My porsche Macan needs a insurance claim under State Farm due to a commercial truck side swap me on the freeway. After we decide tow the car at Champion Collision Center Allen and his team did a very great job and with a quick turnaround. He helps us file the claim with SF after he answered every text message I sent him or called me immediately to address my concerns. He also sent progress pictures which was a good touch. Very awesome as well for the amount of work that had to be done. Would recommend to others for sure.

    Ten Years Reunion In…read more2015, I had a great experience when I brought my 2014 Black Sienna for repair due to an accident. The staffs were professional and friendly, the services were of high quality, and best of all I felt welcome. I left a very positive Yelp review for that incident. I stated I would come to Longo Collision Repair Center should my car need repair in the future. True to my words, I once again brought in the same vehicle for repair due to an accident in March 2026. Ten years past and I still have good memories of my interactions. I came back and honestly not sure of what to expect since it has been so long ago (Longo?). The Visit I drove into the customer entrance building and was greeted by Vic, an elder gentlemen. He was very helpful in answering my questions and guided me through the process since we were going through third party insurance. I called the third party adjuster and gave the phone to Vic who then arranged everything for me. Thank you Vic for making the situation less stressful. After dropping off my car, I headed to the reception area to sign some paperwork. I was hoping to see LaKisha again. She was the friendly smiling receptionist the last time I was there. Sadly, ten years is a long time and seems she has moved on. No LaKisha to help with paperwork. In her place is a young man by the name of Danny. He has a friendly smile and an approachable demeanor. He processed all the paperwork in a very quick time which I appreciated. He offered me donuts, coffee, and water to which I was directed to the lobby. Yes, these were the same refreshments then years ago (to be clear, they were same type of foods and drinks and not the same ones). While in the lobby, I went to the Enterprise car rental. Yes, it was conveniently located on the spot with the office in the lobby. Robert, the Enterprise customer service representative, expeditiously took care of the rental. I drove off in a brand new 2026 lipstick red Camry SE HEV with only 100 miles odometer reading. The car saved a lot of gas per milage which alleviated my wallet, especially with the Iran war going on. Once home, I looked over the paperwork. And behold who I saw was assigned to be the estimator...LaKisha (LaKisha Gordon to be exact). Yes, the same...the one and only receptionist who greeted me by my name with a smile ten years ago. Looking at her business card attached to the paper, there's a photo of her still exuding the same welcoming smile. A warmth smile etched across my face realizing she is now overseeing my claim. I had total confident my car and I are in good hands. She kept me updates throughout the process and informed of any changes along the way. When I call with questions, she was always there. Another estimator who is part of my claim is Gregory Martinez. It seems there's a team taking care of my vehicle. I was told Gregory deals with the insurance about parts and repair. He was adamant about getting the best parts for job. I received calls from Gregory frequently for updates about his interactions with the insurance and the cost of repair. Gregory always spoke professionally with the matter-of-fact tone. He informed me that the damaged fuel door was not covered since it was not related to the accident. It will come out of my pocket to have it repairs should I choose to. I declined and that was it. There was no hassle or pushing me to go against my decision. I felt my wish is respected. The Result After about a month, my car is ready to be picked up. I arrived at the lobby and was greeted by Danny...still smiling. He had me signed a paper and that was it. Quick and easy. I was ecstatic to see LaKisha in person after 10 years. She gave me a hug and for a moment I forgot about my vehicle. We went to inspect my finished car. It looked great like brand new. The color is smooth and shiny. The trim matches. I was happy once again. Then LaKisha pointed to the fuel door and reiterated it was not covered by the insurance. But they, Longo Collision Repair Center, took care of it "out of good will." I was informed that Gregory had to persuade upper manager to replace the fuel door for me pro bono. I was already happy and satisfied seeing my car all fixed again but the add-on of the fuel door was icing on the cake. Overall I am amazed but not surprise with professionalism of the staffs and the quality of services at Longo Collision Repair Center. Ten years has gone by, my car still held up from the last repair job, new staffs are still as welcoming and friendly, and the workmanships are still consistent and reputable. Thank you to all those I have mentioned and to all the employees who had done a tremendous hands-on labor making my car new again. In this uneventful incident, you stand out as the silver lining.

    Less than one month after I purchased my 2026 RX-350h, with 1100 miles on it we were sideswiped by…read morea guy who, at the last minute decided that two cars could occupy the same lane at the same time. Estimators Patrick Chan and LaKisha Gordon worked closely with me, and my insurance company to restore the car back to new. It took some time, but that was the because I have an insurance company that refuses to pay for necessary repairs and calibrations. Patrick and LaKisha worked very hard to get as much covered as possible. helped out with my car rental, and I got my car back looking and running in brand new condition. The shop is clean, intake is efficient, and the work is the best I've ever seen - paint is perfectly matched and panel gaps are perfect. Thank you, Longo
