I love that I was able to just return my Enterprise car rental with them. First of all, if you get an estimate, be aware they dismantle your car so be positive you are going to have your car fixed here otherwise, it will cost you $500 to reassemble your car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As for my review, I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On a positive note, the shop was excellent at communicating and updating me on the progress of my car, even completing the job a day earlier than expected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ashley at the front desk is also incredibly friendly and professional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, I deeply regret choosing this shop over Joe's up the street. Despite being warned by two friends to stay away, I followed a recommendation from a third friend--who, after seeing the ordeal I doubt would recommend this place again. My repair involved replacing two passenger doors. Their policy is to transfer your original parts even if inferior instead of using the best parts available. They actually transferred a cracked glass panel from my damaged door onto the replacement door, even though the replacement came with a perfectly fine one. It took me pointing it out for them to fix it. Where is the common sense or pride in workmanship? Furthermore, I reminded my representative three times (plus a phone call) about a scratch on my bumper from the accident. When I arrived for pickup, it was still there. I had to wait an hour and a half while they made corrections they should have caught themselves. To top it off, they complained to me about not being reimbursed by insurance for the "extra labor"--labor that only existed because they failed to do the job right the first time. Save yourself the headache and go to Joe's. While the front-of-house service is great, I can't recommend this shop for reliable repair quality. Addi[[HIGHLIGHT]]tionally, they have a Hertz rep on-site but he is rarely there. So they coordinated a rental through their on-site rep but it ended up being a rental through a Hertz location which was less than a mile from my house. They didn't call, but sent a text saying a car would arrive in five minutes at Seidners to take me to the other Hertz location. It [[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]t[[HIGHLIGHT]]hen took 90 minutes to actually get my rental because that office is understaffed with only one rep. There were a lot of issues! To [[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]make matters worse, the car assigned was filthy. Outside not washed because they don't have the ability to wash cars at this location. He vacuumed the inside but I found an old energy drink can and napkins under the seat. Desp[[HIGHLIGHT]]ite the exterior and interior being dirty when I received it, the rep had the audacity to ask me to wash and vacuum the car before returning it! In[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] response to Seidner's manager's comments: Avoid Seidner's - Lacks Attention to Detail "I had a terrible experience with the reps here. They claimed the scratch on my front bumper was 'wear and tear' due to the age of my SUV, despite me having photos from the accident scene showing the damage goes from the front bumper all the way to the back. The truth? The rep forgot to write it down because he originally said they could 'just rub it out.' Once they realized they couldn't charge the insurance for that labor, they suddenly claimed it wasn't from the accident. Total incompetence and lack of accountability. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Feels Like a Classic Bait-and-Switch I would give 0 stars if I could. Our experience at Seidner's Collision was incredibly disappointing and felt outright deceptive. We initially brought our car in after receiving a quote of $3,500--a price that seemed reasonable and was the main reason we chose them. However, once the car was taken apart, Seidner's collision center suddenly reported that the cost would be over $8,628, without ever providing us an itemized invoice or proper breakdown. We were shocked of the huge cost jump. My car was not severely damaged. It was just the drivers door and the fender that needed to be fixed and painted. After hearing the cost of $8,628, an increase over $5,000 from the initial quote of $3,500, I immediately drove back from Orange County to pick up my car from this shop. When I went over, the manager said they already took apart my car and it will take an entire day to resemble claiming his workers are busy. There were no other customers there and the workers were just sitting around outside on their phone doing nothing. I was shocked to hear that my car is in pieces and will take all day for them to put it back so I asked to see my car. They took me outside and they indeed took apart my car, even the back bumper when nothing was wrong with my bumper. They should not have taken apart my car without getting us to sign a new agreement on the new cost. It was ridiculous. They charged me for disassemble fee and reassemble fee of $348 when that was absolutely wrong because it was on them for giving us a false quote from the beginning and on them for taking apart my car. How can they quote so low then bump up the price drastically and force us to pay that much to fix? I felt deceived, misled, and taken advantage of. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I questioned the manager about the price increase, he said he did not write the quote so he doesn't know why it was that way and then said there were some more things damage but did not elaborate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I do understand the price can change maybe an increase of $100-$500 because of other damages they claimed but I didn't expect it to jump over $5,000 compared to the initial quote, it was far off. Then I asked the general manager Louis if they can lower the cost since our car was already taken apart by them. The manager Louis said he will try and came back with a revised quote of $6,500. Still a major leap from the original $3,500. After reviewing and comparing the quotes more closely, I noticed something very concerning: the cost of certain parts mysteriously increased, such as paint supplies or whatever they tried tacking on to scam us and the labor cost decreased drastically. The same parts had already been assessed during the first quote so why is there an increase on the second and on the third quote. When I asked why the prices went up, the manager did not have a good response beside, "Some parts are damaged so it cost more," and then I can hear in his voice he was upset and claims he was already doing what he could to help me." That's not an answer--it's a deflection. Even more suspicious, the labor cost in the third quote was conveniently reduced to make the new total appear more "reasonable." So now I'm wondering: Did they inflate the labor costs in the first place to make the price jump seem more justifiable? The whole process felt extremely shady. I would never trust Seidner's Collision again. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lack of transparency, the sketchy pricing tactics, and the overall communication made this a stressful nightmare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're looking for honest, upfront service--look elsewhere. read more

After I dropped off the car, they gave me a call to let me know the bumper damage was worse than expected. No one likes getting into an accident. The insurance, the damage to your vehicle. The days without a car ... etc. Luckily, my insurance company referred me to Seidner's. The 2 people I've interacted with, Nichole and Joe were both very courteous. During the time my car was left at their shop, o received almost daily text messages keeping me in the loop and expected completion date. I never felt like I had to call and follow up. Amazingly, I received a call telling me the repairs were completed almost a week ahead of schedule. And when I picked up my car, it seems like they washed it and even vacuumed the inside. That's VIP service. I was informed by Joe all of their work is guaranteed for life, which puts me a bit more at ease. Seidner's isn't cheap if you're paying out of pocket. Pay very close attention, these guys are by far the worst collision center I've ever experienced. 1. They don't even live up to their quote "extraordinary repair experience" they would just tune up your car and say it's all fixed 2. As good as they may talk and guarantee a good job they would hardly put any effort into fixing the issue 3. If my car wasn't a 2014 smart car that'll tell you there's an issue with the vehicle they would've just told you that they fixed it and let you drive off. 4. The second time that I took it to get the same issue fixed they said they don't know what the issue was. 5. Missing items such as my carpet for the car. Be very mindful and check your car for yourself with someone else because they don't even bother even guaranteeing you an extraordinary repair experience, what a joke. read more

I have been to the Rosemead location twice. The forest time was in 2022. That experience was great. I had an accident and my car door had to be replaced. The did great job replacing it. A year later I was hit by another car on my front right side. They kept my car for a month and a half. I had to have a rental. They paid for the last days that my insurance didn't cover which was nice. When I finally got my car back, it was a problem. My ABS light kept coming on and off and my water reservoir was supposed to be replaced but was still leaking. I took it back twice. I called them to tell them my light continued to come on. My rep Mohamed told me he'd ordered a part and would call when it came in. 6 months later i have heard anything except for a request to recommend people. I just had to place my vehicle in the shop due to the light coming on and off. Once the dealership completed the service I was told that Seidner's failed to place a bolt that's needed for the sensors and that's the electrical cords to connect and make the sensors work were stretched so they weren't connecting properly. They didn't even replace the cords or bolt like they were supposed to. My vehicle was Mickey Moused together. They received over $5k from my insurance and I had to come out of my pocket $1500. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE. Especially if you are woman. These people DO NOT look after your car once you drop it off. They WILL just leave it to dust and not charge your battery or even check on it. If you are a woman coming alone they will assume you do not know anything and try to feed you BS. This place had my car for 4 months and gave me back my brand new car that had a completely depleted battery. When they gave me the car back they didn't even bother to see if any cameras on my car worked properly or the lights. very obvious they rush and not check their work. I had to call and pester the manager for them to replace my battery as them being negligent and not turn my car on periodically or disconnect it while in their care. They will talk out their behind like they know what they're saying but DONT BELIEVE THEM. Go somewhere else, if you do come here bring someone else for a second opinion and ideally someone who knows a few things about cars. Had a minor accident and brought it to Rosemead. Was quoted and so rented a car for a week. 3 weeks go by and finally get car back. Sure they paid for 5 days but had to come back after picking it up the next day. So had to cover a week after only intending a week but w more weeks later it's ready. Their closed on weekends. Brought car to them on Monday and the guy Jose had the car over the weekend and was off for whatever reason the following Monday and Tuesday. I don't know if they only do work when he's working. I am very disgusted and disappointed with the service and work here. I've been to the West Covina shop and perfect. Here I wouldn't advise anyone to come here. This Seidners is beyond disappointing.
