I'm sharing our experience in hopes it leads to a fair resolution--either from Champion Buick GMC…read moreor from Stellantis/FCA. My wife and I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited from Champion Buick GMC on August 25th. The sales experience itself was positive. Brad and David were genuine, helpful, and made us feel comfortable during the purchase. We knew the truck had higher miles and no dealer warranty, and we accepted responsibility for normal used-vehicle risk. What we didn't expect were issues tied to incomplete repairs and inspection oversights. We drove the truck daily from the day we bought it. On October 4th, the truck suddenly overheated, the AC blew warm, and a check-engine light appeared. After scanning it, I discovered the cooling fan wasn't operating. Upon inspection at home, I found a basketball-sized nest, chewed plastic, damage to the headlight housing, and scratched washer tubing. This didn't occur while the truck was "sitting"--it never sat idle and is driven daily in a suburban neighborhood. Further investigation revealed a known issue on these trucks: leaking washer bottles dripping directly onto the cooling-fan harness, causing corrosion and fan failure. The dealership had replaced the washer bottle prior to sale, but the repair was not completed properly. The bottom mounting bolt was missing, the hoses were not replaced, and washer fluid continues to leak directly onto the harness (visible blue residue). I temporarily restored the fan by cleaning the connection, but the failure returned within a week. We are now making payments on a truck we cannot safely drive due to overheating. On October 25th, we ran into Brad, who sincerely tried to help and asked us to bring the truck in. Brad did follow through and called us back. However, the decision not to assist was made by management (Michelle), and Brad was put in the position of delivering that decision rather than management addressing it directly. That was disappointing given the circumstances. We also later discovered the truck was sold with an open recall that had been outstanding well before our purchase. At this point, I have the front end disassembled again, the washer bottle is still leaking, and I am facing harness replacement and potentially larger electrical repairs--all stemming from what appears to be an incomplete pre-sale repair and inspection. I'm not posting this out of anger. I'm posting because I believe this situation deserves review and accountability. We had a good initial experience, and we want to believe Champion Buick GMC--and Stellantis/FCA--stand behind customer safety and proper repair standards. I'm asking for Champion Buick GMC or Stellantis/FCA to step in, review this case, and help resolve an issue that originated from incomplete repairs and inspection oversight. We're open to communication and just want a fair outcome for our family.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle…read morefrom this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. For those seeking an explanation, here is what happened. I visited the dealership intending to trade in my vehicle, which I still owed money on, to see if they would cover the remaining loan balance. My car had a small dent on the hood, roughly the size of a golf ball. While I was test-driving a vehicle, the staff inspected mine. When I returned, they asked if I would file an insurance claim for the dent, claiming it would cost them $1,200 to repair. They specifically instructed me to say it occurred in a parking lot so it wouldn't cost me anything. This was dishonest and unethical. I refused to make a false insurance claim and told them I would take my business elsewhere. Only then did their tone change, and they suddenly agreed to pay off my vehicle in full. Second, I was made to wait for hours. By the time we began the paperwork, I was mentally drained and just wanted to leave. They rushed me through the process and buried additional warranties in the fine print without clearly explaining them. One such warranty added $5,000 to the total cost. They repeatedly claimed I was getting a "deal," but said the only way to offer it was by increasing my monthly payment. Third, after the sale, they completely ignored my attempts to follow up. I called over 30 times across three days. When someone finally answered, I was told I'd receive a call back but that never happened. I followed up again, got the same promise, and still heard nothing. I have screenshots from a salesperson assuring me someone would be in touch "ASAP." That never happened either. Fourth, make sure the dealership requests a 10-day payoff amount for your trade-in while you're present. Do not let them delay. It took them over three days to contact my bank. When I reached out to the bank myself, they were confused and told me no request had been made. Meanwhile, interest continued to accrue, which meant the actual payoff amount increased, potentially leaving me responsible for the difference. To anyone considering doing business with this dealership. Record everything. Document everything. Thankfully, I kept all my paperwork and screenshots. I don't know if they saw from my license plate that I'm a veteran and assumed I'd be an easy target but I will not be taken advantage of. This business has a pattern of misrepresentation, which can constitute a breach of contract. Don't let them deceive you, you have consumer rights. I will be posting this experience on every platform available: Google Reviews, Yelp, BBB, Facebook, and relevant veteran community pages. I also intend to contact others who have had similar experiences to determine if they've filed complaints with LARA (Licensing and Regulatory Affairs). I will be filing a formal complaint with LARA and strongly encourage others who have had negative or unethical dealings to do the same. The dealership already has four complaints on record. To be clear: After nearly a week, someone finally reached out, and we scheduled a time to address the issues they caused. However, this is not praise, it is the bare minimum. It does not erase the experience I had, nor does it change my recommendation.

She put me in touch with Nolan and Jamme who worked magic with my horrible credit. But Kayla Ferguson... This young lady has the personality and drive to be a major player in sales. She's not a sales person. She's a person who sells. First thing she sells you? A smile. Whether on the phone, in email, or in person, Kayla's smiling and very positive. She went outside in the snow to make a video of my car and sent additional pics of it as well. Kayla was beyond patient as the insurance company took forever to issue my policy. When all was said and done, Kayla asked me if I was happy. Even if I hadn't been up to that point, I would have been then, because it shows she cares. Oh yes. I bought the car!!

Drove over an hour to look at a specific model used car we've been looking for. Had an appointment…read more Then was told we could bump the appointment to an earlier time. Showed up for our appointment and was told " the thing with the car is a mouse has chewed some wires so you can't test drive it". When the scheduler is blamed and that's that, we're offered ti look at the car anyway. How does looking at an undrivable car help me, am i supposed to be any to make a second trip to drive it? But we went out to look at the car, Old pine needles were in the trim around the roof, on the windshield and it was obvious it had to be towed there. It looked like a mouse lived in it, the hood insulation was torn/chewed up, but it was advertised and we were scheduled for an appointment, we weren't stopping in at random. Based on this waste of hours of my time, I wouldn't move forward with any car purchase expecting to be treated as a valued customer. To the salesman's credit he probably is following management's lead and they have a big problem with customer service standards, a major red flag.
