I got the guy w/ the laziest disposition, who after looking at the screen still seemed to send me 8 miles home with the WRONG part. Was upset but not ticked off. When I returned to swap part for the correct one, he was sitting in a chair in the back and finally got up to make the correction. The young guy working was the opposite (attentive/ helpful) with his customers and if I choose to go back to that store hopefully he can help . Hope that wasn't a manager in any way!!! Beware and maybe do a google parts search first. Employees reading this will automatically know who I'm speaking about....

I had a light on my dash for the last week plus & I thought it was the low tire pressure light, but I checked my tire pressure all around & thought it might've been something else. So I pulled up, popped my head in the door, asked if someone could run an engine code check for me & someone came right out. They ran the check, no engine fault codes registered, we exchanged some polite words & they agreed it was probably the Tire Pressure Sensor if all my tires had sufficient pressure. Now I'll have to go back to Walmart to see if they need to reset my TPS. They were very cordial, quick in their service & helpful.

The employee told me they would not price match, but did not provide a clear explanation when I politely asked why. I asked several times for the reason behind the policy, and instead of receiving a helpful response, I felt like I was being treated rudely and dismissively. As a customer, I understand that stores may have different price-matching policies, but I expect employees to explain those policies professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and like my business was not valued. I cannot say whether there was any bias involved, but the interaction made me feel unwelcome. I hope management will address customer service at this location so future customers receive better communication and respect.

Rudest Autozone ever. Actually rudest auto parts store I have ever been to…read more Wife went in to get replacement battery for her key fob. After waiting over 5 minutes was told by young employee that he could not touch the fob. When we asked if he could just look up the battery needed, he told her she can look that up on her phone (which she did not have with her) and just stared at us. I thanked him for nothing and left, to never return. There are literally 10 auto part stores I can drive to that are closer or not much further. TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID!

Just left this location and witnessed the cashier cursing out a customer because the customer had…read morepurchased the wrong part and wanted a refund or to exchange the part. The cashier proceeded to follow the much older man outside to his vehicle threatening him. I was so shocked at what was unfolding, and the lack of professionalism or even just common decency. If this is customer service today, I will shop online.
