He immediately knew the problem was that the main sewer line needed to be snaked, and he sent someone out. That technician claimed he could not find parking and left. I reached out on Yelp for a shower fixture to be replaced and Gus responded very promptly. He knew what the issue was even before coming onsite. Once we confirmed the service date he ordered the parts as they were not something he had stocked. He communicated with me the entire time on timeline and delay as the part didn't arrive as expected. After a "friend" installed our garbage disposal three years ago, I have been having issues with the kitchen plumbing backing up ever since. Multiple plumbing services have come snaked the drain without clueing me in to the real problem- the garbage disposal was lower than the pipes. After being quoted $2000 by another company to properly plumb the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, I contacted Champion Plumbing and Drains. Fedo came out the next day and let me know the job would be more like $800-1000, due to the location of the pipe (behind the dishwasher). I agreed because I could certainly understand it was a complicated job (and still way less than the first quote I received). This was a tough job from start to finish! Fedo was willing to call another guy out to assist in moving the dishwasher out, without having to remove the countertop- this saved me more money and was greatly appreciated! Needed a water expansion tank replacement and a t&p valve replacement due to a small, but accumulating over weeks, water coming out of the relief valve of the water heater, onto the drain pan. The tech came and also found that my main's water pressure was too high and tightened that valve for me free of charge. He also sealed a condensate line that was loose and dripping condensate onto the garage's floor, for free. Yesterday evening I was having an issue with my toilets and reached out. Gus answered right away and informed me that they could either come out that night for an emergency fee or the next day. Due to the situation I opted to pay the emergency fee. We discovered our sewer line was backed up in the late morning on a Sunday, we were fortunate to find Gus and crew later that same day and they arrived at 6pm (on Sunday) and worked for 2 hours to snake the line and allow us to use our water again. They ran a camera and patiently showed us the results, and we had them back out a couple of days later to "chain knock" and flush the line.
