That was quite nice. If you are looking for simple accommodations, for a steal of a price, this would be your place. It does not have a full kitchen, very simple in that sense. You get a mini-fridge, a microwave in your room. So, for someone who plans to eat out, this would be perfect. They have bikes for rent, per day $10. The room itself was clean, and nicely put together. The bed, though pretty, was not that comfortable. The pillows were very small as well. The grounds were kept nice. The could spruce up their pool area a bit. Make it more welcoming. I ended up having to leave a day early due to flooding in that area. The water was almost coming into my room, it was a bit scary! I would have assumed due to the almost flooding in the room they would have offered at least half of one day back in fees, but they did not.

There was a guy snoring in the room next door and I could literally hear him as if he were in my room next to my bed. I couldn't sleep ALL NIGHT due to this. Literally it was terrible. The room had an ajoining door which was so thin, you could hear a pin drop in the room next door. I had the television at the lowest possible volume tick but felt guilty and turned it off because I could hear so clearly what was going on in the room next door. I even bumped up the fan on the ac unit hoping to drown it out. For this reason I could never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Ever. Which is a complete shame because it's two streets over from 5th Avenue in Naples which is so hard to find. And there is absolutely pride in ownership here. The rooms are spotless, the grass is green and landscaping nice. Free WiFi. Free parking. It's all so much better than I thought it would be when I saw pictures. Sure it's a 1960s style hotel but the location can't be beat in Naples. The clientele was definitely of the older variety. But as I said the adjoining doors were so thin that you could hear everything in the room next door. Such a shame because beyond that it's great. But it's a BIG issue!!! BTW ... Skip the gross breakfast and go out to 5th Ave and spend $8 each for a real breakfast. It's plastic wrapped bagels and muffins at the hotel.

The pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary breakfast; it was far superior to what you typically find at hotels with a breakfast bar. There was an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options, and everything was well-stocked and delicious. The only small drawback was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic. We would definitely choose Staybridge Suites again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped hotel with outstanding amenities and an excellent in-house breakfast.

As an active soccer family, I have never had an experience like this before at the stay and play suite. We could not enjoy pizza in the lobby as a team simply because the hotel turned all of the lights off and refused to turn them on.

The hotel elevators do not function properly, and the staff advised it would be too expensive to fix. It too a long while to be greeted by a server, and when we were greeted, we were simply asked, "What can I get you?" No hello, no my name is, no welcome, no sorry for the wait, nothing. We did enjoy the food, which arrived in decent time. The pool was in need of a skimming with lots of bugs on top and the jacuzzi looked dingy. The air conditioner was indeed noisy, so I only turned it on when I was not in the room. The hotel has a small cafe serving breakfast and brunch and you can order take away. However, they only accept cash or check to your room charge. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Will consider booking it again when I run Naples half marathon next year!

So we booked ourselves into one of the Park Shore Resort's residence apartments. Very nice two-bed, two-bath place equipped with everything you could want. Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, silverware, mixing bowls whisks, measuring cups - you name it, it was there. Once a week full maid service and three times a week fresh towels and trash pick-up. Nice view, too. Overlooking a small lagoon. All at a very reasonable price. And then there's the staff. Notably a young man named Bryan, who I think is either an owner or maybe the manager. When we moved back to our home for Hurricane Ian because we had hurricane shutters and a generator, and the resort didn't; we left a lot of our stuff in our Park Shore apartment thinking we would return once Ian had passed. After the hurricane passed (we were spared any serious damage), we tried to call the resort, but we kept getting a message that they wouldn't re-open until October 15th. I went over there on Oct. 3rd to see if anyone was there and if I could collect anything from our room as the re-piping of our house was to start in two days and we'd be moving back home.. Well, it turns out they were open and had just gotten power back that day. So I asked the young lady at the front desk if we would be charged for the 2 days past the last paid week. She said yes, because our stuff was still in the room. A few minutes later, when I tried to take a luggage trolley up to our third floor apartment, i found that the elevator was out of service. I went back to the front desk where Bryan happened to be, and I explained everything that was going on. He said, "Go home and call us tomorrow to see if we've got the elevator fixed.
