The food itself was delicious with a huge variety of options to choose from, definitely something for everyone. It did leave me feeling a little sleepy afterward, so I'm guessing there's plenty of MSG in the mix. At $22 per person, it's not a bad deal at all, especially if you go for special occasions like big birthdays. Personally, I don't usually eat at buffets since I'm in my "healthier era," but this was a fun impulse choice for the day. I believe you can eat healthier if you stick to the hibachi grill option, and watch the oils. Overall, it was pretty inside and I'd come back in the future, preferably for a celebration so I feel better about over eating.

Very lightly breaded, two chicken wings with boneless thigh meat and boneless breast tenderloin. The chicken was crispy, juicy and tender, lightly seasoned with sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping. The potato wedges that came with it were equally as nice as the chicken. The mackerel was nicely grilled, not fishy and the skin under the meat was crispy. The soon tofu was nice and spicy with a kick at the back end of it.
