We each got 4 strips, and I was barely able to eat two. There are a lot of sauces to choose from. I got the classic ranch, and garlic Parmesan. Both delicious. This second time around I tried the poutine and the Ozark Street corn. Absolutely delicious. I am craving both the poutine and street corn again right now. The fries on the poutine had a nice mix of soft and crispy. For dessert I got the apple cobbler. It was nice and warm, sweet but not overly sweeet with a scoop of vanilla. We arrived before the morning rush and were seated right away. Our server was great initially, but unfortunately, the service fell short once our food arrived. She refilled our waters and brought ketchup when I asked for it, but she also brought our bill at the same time. We had only had our food for maybe three minutes at that point, and she never came back to check on us. Having worked as a server and in the restaurant industry myself, this is a pretty big no no. A server isn't finished with a table just because the food has been delivered. I could have ordered more orange juice, we needed more syrup (which I ended up needing), and we both needed more water. A simple check-in after the food arrived would have made a huge difference and not just being done with us. It honestly would have been a 5 star experience if it weren't for that. The food was great, we were seated quickly, and I really like that you can pay right at the table using the QR code. We'll definitely be back next year after our float trip on our way home to Kansas City, but hopefully the service will be a little more attentive next time!
