Anna C helped us today, getting us into a couple pair of shoes to see which ones fit best. I needed a pair of darker color shoes so that I could get away from my dress shoes during the winter months. Super friendly, professional and helpful in getting us in and out of the store within 30-35 minutes. Always a great time seeing the various options, and making sure that the shoes fit nicely and are suited for immediate use. I have lived near here for a bit but never went in and regretting that now lol. Upon walking in as an alternative tattooed gal the clothes section is not for me but the shoes!!! So many brand and styles and I was able to find a cute black boot easily. I also noticed about 5 other shoes I'll be going back for. While I feel I'm not the marketed clientele it has everything I could want. Also felt the prices were pretty low. The boot I got was about $70 and the material feels soft and looks great.

I arrived here and both clerks had other customers but I waited and browsed around the store. The wait was not long and was well worth the time. I explained some foot issues I have and they knew exactly what I was talking about and made recommendations about shoes after sizing me on the stand-up machine. The store associate never became hurried or rushed me and allowed me to try on multiple shoes that she recommended. In total, she probably spent thirty minutes with me as I tried each pair of shoes and walked around the store in them before making my selection. Both of the staff members in the store were friendly and helpful during my visit and I will definitely be returning here for future footware purchases.

They have a more limited choice of footwear than some of the other stores. They carry apparel and energy fuels as well. I'm not sure their expertise as far as picking the right shoes for you but the store is well organized and clean. Staff is friendly. Again, I'm a big fan that they hold races, often on holidays that make it nice for people who don't want to trek downtown to run a big race. I would rate the service hit or miss. Like others have mentioned - sometimes I am delighted and other times I am disappointed, but because I love the quality and selection of merchandise so I will always come back! A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

The ones I wanted were not in store, but the sales person said they could be ordered and shipped to the store. When the salespeople rang up the order, they refused to take the 20% off, because it was "on in store purchases only". I call this BAIT AND SWITCH. The sales person brought out two other pairs of Kork Ease shoes in another style, but of course they were not what I wanted. This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.

They have 20x the inventory of mls stuff and literally 100 more options of styles/brands than their local competition. Additionally the staff is much more attentive and available. Although I am interested in AUFC stuff (and bought three new items) I couldn't believe the reach and onhand inventory at College Station. So many ATL teams represented (hawks, falcons, braves) as well as loads of SEC schools...various non local pro teams...clothing, collectibles, decor....everything a fan could want. This was one of the most unprofessional and humiliating experiences I've ever had. I came in for an…read moreexchange, placed my original items on the counter, I had to do that because the return had to add up to the total since they don't do refunds. While finalizing my purchase, another customer walked off with my bag. I called the store from the parking lot when I realized. The staff admitted they saw it on camera and was going to look for the person in the mall. Called me back and said he couldn't find them. I had to prompt him to ask how they were going rectify it. The "owner " is in the background and says tell her it's your birthday and you need to leave. The young man told me that and that the owner would call back. I asked was he calling me back immediately. He said yes and hung up. Well he never did and he wasn't going to. So I walked in. I met the owner in the store and he met me with aggravation. The owner, instead of offering help, accused me of "pressuring" him just because I needed the situation resolved immediately. I was leaving town for a game which was the whole reason I was there in the first place. It also seemed as though he was insinuating that I wasn't being honest. Telling me they gave me a bag and receipt. Which turn out it was only the new items not the original ones I didn't want to exchange. I remained calm but firm and just asked for basic accountability. Yet he kept tell me I needed to calm down and told me I was threatening him by telling him I was going to have to call the police if this wasn't handled. Sir, that's not a threat. That s what people do when people steal their things !!!! The owner tried to dismiss me, denied the obvious evidence, disregarded his own employee who looked at the footage and called another person to pull up the cameras because he didn't know how. The person over the phone saw the man take the bag. He argued with him saying he did ask that customer and he said "no" as if people don't lie!!!!! Only after the person over the phone doubled down that the bag was indeed taken and described the person did they finally admit the truth. He then asked me what items was I missing and I had to say.... You should start this conversation by offering an apology. No customer should be treated like they're a nuisance, especially when they're the one wronged. I had to witness the owner apologize to other customers about me, as if I was causing a scene when all I wanted was my belongings back. In the end, the footage confirmed exactly what I said all along. If I could have done a refund I would have taken every single item back ! If this store wants loyalty, they need to start by believing their customers and treating people with basic respect. I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone. I will never spend a dime in this place ever again. I'll drive to Chattanooga to get my Tennessee gear from now on
