A few minutes later, I watched the same employee actively help another customer, including bringing out shoes to try on. I ended up finding a pair of shoes myself and completed the purchase only because I had already spent time driving through traffic and didn't want the trip to be a complete waste. I told the cashier I was disappointed with the service before leaving. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I doubt I will return.
