I was recommended to this place from my friend. At first I was here just for cleaning and now I am here doing Invisalign too. Everyone here is very helpful and very understandable. Primary doctor here is Dr. Gregg Chan. He does a great job. Also, Molly, assistant, is very helpful. Both of them do good care for me. This by far has been the worst experience at a dentist office in my life! I was a new patient schedule my appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived the Lady at the front office tells me that my appointment was canceled by me! Was absolutely NOT the case. She is not apologetic, she does not offer any accommodations to reschedule. The only option she offers is to wait for 3hrs for a cleaning at 12pm when my appointment was at 9am!!!!! I explained I can't wait for 3hrs, I have to get back to work. She then tells me " seems like we're not on the same page I am just going to dismiss you" If I am a business owner I would never have someone like this on my team! This by far is the worst customer service ever! Stay away from this place! Their front office personnel is a representation of your brand, and she by far has ZERO professionalism. read more

They get 5 stars beginning to end. The system front desk has to check in and text me to remind me about my appt is awesome! I have a pretty busy schedule a reminder is always appreciated. The hygienist ladies are super gentle and always making me feel very comfortable. It's hard to find a medical doctor or a dentist where you feel they really care about your health. Only reason I'm Leaving 2 stars and not 1 is because up until this week I had a good experience coming here but I was blown away by how the team handled my last visit. I arrived on time to my appointment and was told my cleaning would not be taking place due to one of the tech's not showing up for work? I understand this happens but how was the office not able to notify me beforehand? I would imagine the tech needs to arrive before the time of my appointment I order to prep and get ready for the cleaning. I had to miss work, drive 30 mins to get to the office, and you tell me it's not happening right as I get there? Just totally mishandled in my opinion and I didn't feel like enough was done to remedy the situation. Then on top of this I had another appointment scheduled to go for a filling 1 hour later and was told the dentist would still be able to execute this but at this point I was really turned off by the whole experience. I was not even offered another cleaning that same day to make up for the one I missed, the dentist couldn't have done something quick? This was never even offered. I was told I would have to drive back, miss more work in order to get my cleaning done. How is that taking care of your patients? I still have not gotten a call back to offer a sincere apology and will likely be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Tried this dental office based on a referral from a family friend. Onboarding was very straightforward and completely digital. Did that from my phone night before the appt. Arrived 5 min prior to appt time. I was called up exactly on time- no delays. Office manager showed me around and introduced me to staff. Within a few minutes she had all the insurance info pulled up. Provided estimates for everything that was going to be done in advance. Super efficient! The can also fabricate crowns on site. The doctor and staff were very efficient and knowledgeable. Had a cleaning and came back a few days later for a crown that was built on site. Procedures were explained before and during the work. Post procedure expectations were called out. I left on time too! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this dental practice. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Chan's office. Because my appointment was so early, office manager Minal greeted me and two other patients at the front door to the building, leading us into Dr. Chan's office. Dental hygienist Lynette introduced me to the various procedure rooms. She took x-rays and other images of my teeth and gums. She performed a deep cleaning, explaining what some of the concerns were with some of my teeth and gums. I thought I was doing a good job keeping my teeth clean with my electric toothbrush, but I am now going to be adding a water pick and a prescription, toothpaste and mouth rinse to my regimen. She showed me the correct way to floss. I was very apprehensive before this appointment because I haven't had good experiences with other dentists. But I'm actually looking forward to going back in a few months for additional cleaning. I am so relieved with how the appointment went. I highly recommend Dr Chan and his staff. read more

I found this office through Yelp, and made an appointment. I had a sore tooth, not hurting or pain, just sore. I went in, and staff was friendly enough, got in a room, and tech took x-rays. Dr. Chan came in, and said there was a sore spot inside the gums of the tooth in question. I said , ok, so what's wrong with it. He couldn't answer. He said it could be anything. I said, LOOK AT X-RAYS, WHAT DO YOU SEE?!!! He again said, he "couldn't really tell". So he sent me to an endodontist. They said it was a pocket of infection and tooth needed a root canal, since it was deep. Simple, why couldn't Dr. Chan say that? Oh but he made sure he sent his snooty financial person in to quote me on a crown even before he knew what was wrong. I got the root canal, and never heard back from Chan's office. I found another dentist to put crown in, for much less than he had quoted me. Dr. Chan was useless, inexperienced, and oblivious to my tooth issue. He came off as cocky, and arrogant and answered my questions as if I wasn't worth his time with my petty little tooth. Seriously, why did you even go into the medical field? read more

From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist everyone was extremely friendly and warm. Shoutout to Lynnette my hygienist! When shopping for a new dentist the dental hygienists really make it or break it for me, and Lynnette was excellent. I could tell she was experienced because she was so knowledgeable and thorough! To start I appreciated her friendly and personable demeanor, she was warm and just fun to talk to. She also gave a mini tour of the office. This small intro made me feel more comfortable and familiar with the place. During the oral exam I noticed her checking my tongue which I've seen most other dental offices overlook and was impressed by this as my dad had tongue cancer and this exam could really help with early detection. She also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She was very detailed when scaling my teeth and seemed to get into every crevice, and now my teeth feel squeaky clean~ I also appreciated the teeth cleaning advice and education she provided. Dr. Chan is extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry and his patients.
