Long overdue review! My go-to favorite nail salon :) I always come out happy so haven't really tried any other spot to get my acrylics, gel, or pedicures! My favorite artist is Yen! She's great w acrylics and always makes sure I'm satisfied with the results. Here's some of my favorite styles I've done - I usually come with a photo of what I want, usually with a little design inspiration. Price is pretty affordable, around $50-60 depending on design, before tip! Also if you do 10 appointments, there's a discount on the last one.
I called and spoke with Kathy, who asked me to come in so she could fix my pedicure. When I expressed my concern with going back, Kathy assured me that she would refund me if I still didn't like my nails. I went back today and Kathy got started on my pedicure right away. She made sure that there were no air bubbles, chipping, or missing nail polish. Kathy also gave me a gift certificate to use for my next pedicure. Overall, Kathy handled the situation very admirable and made sure my situation was taken care of. Mistakes happen but what's important is how a business/manager handles it and offers solutions. Thanks Kathy! I'll be going back :)
Saw some pictures on yelp of the nails done at this place so decided to give this place a try and I am so so impressed and in love with my nails. My nail tech was Selena and she did such an amazing job creating this marble jade design. I had never gotten marble design before but Selena was so nice to create some samples of the nail design to help me come up with the end result I wanted!! She was also so incredibly attentive and took her time to shape and curate my nails and fixed my nail design if I wasn't happy with how it originally looked. Definitely coming back here!!! also i know the nails look kinda blue in the pictures but in regular lighting they are the perfect shade of green

Everyone working is always so nice and they have a nice variety of colors to choose from. I usually don't go for any designs, but for something quick and simple, can't go wrong here. They also have a reward system, so I'll definitely be back soon!
Really love my first experience here!!! The salon is clean, warm and welcoming making for a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Kathy was incredible. She is very personable and always tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I am there. She is such a great person to talk and laugh with. She is professional and I would strongly recommend her. I get so many compliments on her nail work. Can't wait to book another appointment.
GRAND OPENING is TODAY and they are offering 20% off any service till 4/23/2021. UPDATE: The owner reached out to fix the issue on the same day I provided my update. She invited me back to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. The nail tech Tracy fixed my two nails and the owner had the rest of my nails fixed as well. Tracy took her time to deliver a fresh nail set. I'm happy with the outcome of my nails. I appreciate this business taking into consideration their customers feedback and fixing the issue. ____________________________ It's been a little over 3 weeks since I got my nails done. Two nails started lifting after the second week. At that point I had to remove them and cut the rest of the nails to match the length of the nails I lost. I was really disappointed that the quality of the product didn't match the great service I received in store on my visit.

My gel removal was a bit more complex than usual so I paid $40 total. Would recommend! I'll be coming back to try out their pedicure. This is my new go-to nail spot in the area.
I haven't got my nails done in over a year. I've found this business through Yelp because I was looking for a shop close to my new home and I'm so glad I came across this business. I had a great experience here! I booked an appointment to ensure that they were able to provide all services that I have requested for. The Deluxe Pedicure was so relaxing and was just what I needed. I'm so happy with the quality and the design of my nails by Tracy! She's sweet and amazing! I'll definitely be coming back for my fill and designs and pedicures.
Kathy did my nails. And right from the beginning, she was rushing it. She was rushing it so much that she cut my cuticles, she cut it way too deep and made it bleed (picture was taken after it dried out). I had never been to a manicure where the nail tech rushed it that much. She didn't say anything for a while after she cut my cuticle. After a while, she acknowledged it and said sorry. But she tried to blame it on the buffer block and said it made me bleed because the buffer block was sharp. But that was a lie because I know exactly when she cut my cuticle. It was when she used the cuticle cutter. It hurt so bad. It was not professional and not sanitary. There was risk of infection and I was worried. When she apologized, she said she would adjust the price. When the other lady who did my pedicure rang me up, Kathy went back to the staff room and acted like she didn't mention about the price adjustment. I had to keep telling the other lady to talk to Kathy then she finally came out and said give me $5 off. My cuticle hurt for over a day. I understand people make mistakes. But she lied about it and try to not honor the price adjustment. I don't recommend this place.

They have very nice service. I went there to get my nails done in the duration of an hour and a half (in a rush to get to an event), the nails were done beautifully. The salon ladies were pretty nice and the atmosphere was chill. read more

I was recommended by a co worker to check this place out and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Kathy is amazing and did my first set to perfection ( not pictured) . So after 3 weeks I went back and was helped by Lena. Let me just start by saying that I've been getting acrylics consistently for 7 years and I've seen A LOT of nail techs across NorCal and SoCal. My endless search for a go-to nail tech/salon is over, and it's all thanks to Tracy at Chan's! I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails: the shape, the length, the symmetry, the thickness, etc. I voiced my preferences to Tracy one time in the beginning and she delivered flawlessly. She is extremely skilled, highly detailed, and amazingly quick for the level of perfection she offers. My full set took about an hour, which is how long some of my fills have taken in the past. Normally when getting my nails done, I notice little things here and there that I'd like fixed and Tracy was always one step ahead of me! I personally think the pricing is super fair for previous acrylic removal + new full set + design ($70), and the price for a fill ($35) is very generous compared to a lot of places these days. Another thing I want to point out is how great Chan's customer service is. I've been here 3 times with appointments and never had to wait extra to be serviced. Every worker at this salon is so sweet, and they even follow up with you and stay connected after! read more
Sister made us an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and things were overall slow in the store. Salil did my pedicure and I got a deluxe pedicure and it was SOOO relaxing. Her attention to detail is also out of this world. I didn't disclose I have ingrown toenails and she can see it as she's doing my nails and she spent so much time fixing them. She spent so much time ensuring the nail was clean but also not in pain for me. Her painting and design were also spot on. Definitely recommend this place for a quality and relaxing service! I was pleasantly surprised to have my acrylic nails done here coz trust me... this will be my new to go to now! I had to have my nails filled coz it looked so ugly and I was in a rush but my regular nail salon was closed on a Sunday. Majority are except Chan's Nails and Spa. I live 5 mins away but didn't know this place had a new owner(since 3 years ago) I met this young lady at the door , I asked if she did designs , etc etc ... I was skeptical but they have the same prices everywhere anyway ... so ... I was handled by Tracy! Showed her the picture and she started... She was so quick and confident at what she was doing . And wow ! Just like that... I was done and it was perfect! I was very happy ... and then realized Tracy was the Chan who owned the salon! After 10 visits you get perks.. and I'm sure I'll have this quick ! This isn't a noisy salon. Clean and neat. Highly recommending this! read more

I was trying to find some inexpensive nail salons nearby my bf's house and came across to Chan's nails and spa. I liked how the prices were and how they do their work, I saw they take walks in so I took my chance and came in at 12pm, luckily I had to wait a few minutes before I could get seated. I got a new set and pedicure. The woman's table was right next to the desk where you can pay and I saw the name on the light saying Tracy, she did an amazing job on my nails! She made sure the nails were glued on correctly, she pinched in in from the sides and filed the nails many times. She kept going back to the nails making sure the nails were not crooked and was very sweet when I would ask her to fix the sides a little bit more. Now it's my pedicure time, Haven't got my toes done in a while but Tracy made sure to cut them very short and she even got the in frowns from the toes. You will feel some pressure, however she's just cutting the ingrowns and really getting all of the gunk out. She did not cut me at all so don't worry! My experience here was amazing! Tracy was very kind and adept. I'm searching for a new nail salon as my previous one closed during the pandemic. After 13 months, I was ready to get tidied up with a dip mani and complete pedi in a spa chair. I was quite pleased with my lavender dip nails and gel pedi. Kim worked on my feet, which were callused with a minor ingrown toenail. Kim and Tracy were so gentle; I felt blissful. I got a great neck massage, leg to knees, and arms. I would recommend checking the paraffin to be sure it's not too hot. I was satisfied with the nail color. I waited a few days to be sure it was long lasting-it is. Updating my review after the owner reached out and offered to fix it. Took the offer but just wanted to fix my manicure and it was much better this time. It was embarrassing letting anyone see my nails and waste money on a crappy manicure so I appreciate the owner offered to make things right. ********* The service is not bad but the ladies I had seems to be in a rush. I tried going twice, once for a pedi and another time for a mani, both with a different lady. For the pedi, the lady hurried and did a 5 second scrub on my feet and did not file my toes in shape, I had to do it myself when I got home. She seems to be in a rush throughout the pedi. Same on the other lady, in a rush doing the manicure, the gel polish was not evenly applied to my nails. read more

I got a full set of acrylic dip powder here I honestly don't know how good the quality of the powder is because it took forever to remove after a few weeks but it turned out great and I liked the design a lot. If I could give Chan's nails & spa, and especially Yen, 10 out of 5 stars I would. Yen is by far the best nail artist I have ever met. She is super sweet, listens and accommodate to all my wishes, and does exactly what I ask for every time. She cleans and cut all my dead skin and look super clean after she paint my nails. On top of that she'd always recommend me great colors for summer that are coming soon. I love it so much. Loved this spot ! Everyone was super sweet and welcoming from the minute we walked in. I'm from out of town and came in on a whim. There was next to no wait and was taken care of very well. It had been a while since I had a pedicure and they really transformed my feet and nails. Yen did an amazing job on both my toes and my nails.
