I've been coming here for a few years. They stay pretty busy so I'd make an appointment ahead. I do gel and bring in a picture of what I want. They are good about reproducing the picture. I typically do my nails every 2 weeks but I've gone 3 weeks and they last just fine. I just don't like the grow out. But they are doing something right if they last 3 weeks on me. I get a pedicure every other time typically and depending on the package you get a lovely hot stone massage. read more

Everything about TQ Nail from first walking in to feeling safe and protected! The extra safety precautions the employees take for each person getting their nails done, toes done, and everything else did! Tracy is wonderful and precise! She was great at allowing me to have everything I asked for and more! She took extra precautions to re-sanitize and sanitize materials used. She understands to help me with my in-growns in my toe nails from wearing my heels and stiletto shoes.. Tina is AMAZING and stylish! She understands the trends and needs for the younger generation, but also cares for the older generation as if they were her own mother! I watched how she was helpful to her fellow employees as well as great at recommending to other customers what they were could do! After trying many places, this is absolutely my favorite for the clean place, attentive service, organized schedule. Now with Covid, I had not visited in 12 months. Today I stop by to check how they were handling Covid, which feels safe than going most places. They have your designated space and plastic shields to separate everyone (similar to registers at most retailers). If you are as cautious as I am you can also wear a a face shield in addition to your mask. read more

Kasey was my technician and she was very friendly and personable. The entire place is very clean and I like that they offer water at the front door. They have all of their colors posted on a wall so you don't have to struggle to carry a bunch of different sets of nail colors to look at. Great! I've never gotten my pedicure done before and this place did amazing! It felt so relaxing and calming and I can see why people go monthly or even weekly! The pedicure was great, the water was warm, and then the scrub felt great, I love the hot stone. I love just getting my skin around the nail cleaned up as well. This is something I think I have to incorporate into my daily routine. The ladies here are so nice and welcoming. They take their time, they don't rush and make sure they do quality work. They didn't take their time. There was a "regular" in at the same time that only got a pedicure during the time I got a full set and pedi. My friend and I got the exact same thing but were charged different prices. I had 2 nails completely break within 1 week and they looked grown out after a few days. Finally I have found a perfect nail salon!!! After horrifying experience at nail perfection salon I looked a lot for a nail salon with superior service. And my search has come to an end with TQ Nails. Went on a Saturday post noon...and was welcomed by a nice lady and was seated right through. I wanted to try dipping nails and Arvin(the nail technician) came and explained and cleared my doubts about it as it was my first time. He did an amazing job from shaping to cutting cuticles to the dipping. Everything was just perfect. Not even once I had to guide him. I just explained what shape n color I want in the beginning and he just nailed it. The salon is super clean and they have nice massage chair for pedicures. I was in the hunt for a new nail lady, when I found Tracy. Tracy has been doing my nails for over 2 years and I'm happy to say that every time I come, I'm highly satisfied. What makes my experience so good? One thing that I highly recommend to everyone, is to let your nail lady know if there is something wrong with your nail(s) before they move on to next step. Tracy and her sister are very understanding and comfortable with you letting them know if something is wrong. They will gladly fix that. Do you have any feedback? Yes! No one is perfect. The only feedback I have for them is to not overbook themselves ( witch they've been doing better at this). Also, it does take a while for them to do my nails, personally I like that, some times beauty takes time. But some just don't have that time and that's understandable. Management is extremely nice and courteous, the employees know exactly what they're doing when working on your nails or toes, and waxing your eyebrows has never been so less painful. They are upfront and forward when they cannot take in walk-ins due to how busy they can be, and always give a fair estimate of the time until they'll be able to take more people in. I've had stiletto nails, oval nails, squares, and I am currently rockin' coffin shaped nails, and every time they are very determined to make sure the exact length and shape is to your liking. The colors they offer are of a great variety, and I often find myself having a hard time choosing just which nail design I want for my next visit. First world problems, am I right? Word to the wise, DEFINITELY make an appointment! Even on a Monday, or any weekday to be honest. When you least expect it, this place could be jam packed with people filling all chairs, leaving you high and dry and having to wait for that next hour or two before you can squeeze in.
