Also, I had initially purchased the at-home-assembly option for this grill offered by HomeDepot.com - they outsource to a third party with a flat fee charged when I bought the grill. However, this third party was unresponsive, so 3 phone calls later, I cancelled that portion of the purchase. Home Depot gave me no hassle in refunding that fee immediately back on my credit card, and they asked me for feedback on that third party. We hired At Home Expert (AHE) to do the remodeling to both bathrooms. Also to do the tile and backsplash in the kitchen. (Laundry room too). We did not have AHE do the cabinets but, I wish I would have hired them for that as well. At the time I did not know AHE did cabinets as well. They do it ALL! I went to the AHE showroom and met with Evan Rousan. We have used Evan R. before on a different home and he did an EXCELLENT job on it , so why use someone else. Plus, he is just a really nice man! Evan helped me design my 2 bathrooms and pick out great back splash and flooring for the house. I had a budget set in my mind and he helped me stay on it. Evan also gave me some advice on what would look good & what would not. I really appreciate that! He was not just trying to make a sale. The tile selection at the showroom was fantastic, just what I was wanting. While Evan's crew was doing all the work at our house, we decided to have them paint almost all of the inside of the house and paint the fireplace. (I love how the fireplace and mantel came out!) They were also able to point out areas that seemed to be improperly repaired and repainted but not disclosed to us (despite requesting this information from the sellers). Our technician Colton was very personable and spent time walking us through the various areas of the house and explaining what the issues were and how they could be improved if we went forward. Ultimately, we walked away from the deal due to the high potential for this to be an extremely expensive and time-consuming repair (in addition to other issues found during the regular inspection). If you are considering a house made of stucco, DO NOT SKIP THE STUCCO INSPECTION. The extra money now can save you from a massive headache and regret in the future.
