They work very hard, cleaning constantly. They sell soap, dryer sheets, and other laundry supplies in case you forget yours, and they have 2 vending machines for snacks and drinks. They have places to sit inside and outside while you wait for your laundry, carts so you can move your laundry from one place to another, and countertops to fold. The only thing I don't enjoy is some of the other guests. My partner and I have had extremist religious folks approach us and harass us when we said no thank you or directly asked them to leave us alone.
