At a previous visit my baguette was also soaked and soggy, as if the pickled vegetables hadn't been drained before being added to the sandwich, then left to sit before service. I used to regularly order their pho, but have moved away from doing so as it tastes very average. On one hand their broth is consistent and does the job, especially if you are in a rush, but on the other hand is has no notable characteristics to speak of. Its aromatic blend doesn't particularly stand out and the broth doesn't have the deep flavor I would expect from Southern-style pho. The staff is always helpful and accommodating to the large parties I visit with. They always look busy, though not in a way that bothers me, and it's easy to see why when you consider the rapid speed that they serve food and clear tables.
