Mainly bar food which is okay if you don't mind it. It's okay but the chicken wings are to die for! We usually share a plate of 10 with hot sauce and ranch. If really hungry, we'll get the 20 wings, but that's not very often. We've tried almost every dish on the menu. We always come back to the wings. Wait person seemed to be really busy which is not surprising. He was trying to take care of the bar and us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is a sports bar. Nothing romantic about it unless both you and your partner are interested in the Mariner's winning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Romance can be anywhere if you love your partner. So there you go. Channel Marker is one of our go to places. We tend to eat late and Channel Marker is open for us when we are ready to eat!

Salty Chowder. Standard pub food.

A OK. A decent pub with good beer and pub food. Nothing special and the chowder was salty, but good times to be had and decent food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good service overall and nice big tables allow for watching sports etc...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is a haven for Seahawk fans.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I cannot recommend the Tuesday night tacos enough every night of the week. There's something delicious that you have to try here, but I got a chance to visit tonight. I had a soft beef taco with a side of sour cream and salsa. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a full bar and they were having trivia night so you can partake in the fund and there's plenty of TVs to watch sports.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great and very quick. The food tasted like the ingredients was fresh and delicious and I had a blast while I was there I'm definitely coming back but I recommend you stop in if you don't like soft tacos? Try the crunchy tacos take a look at the menu because they got a lot of great stuff to try.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]good pub food and pub atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the Channel Marker is a favorite stop for lunch after a stroll on the waterfront or just picking up mail at the post office and i don't feel like "brunch" at Claire's. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the table service area as you enter is spacious with plenty of room between the tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]the bar area has tall tables that seats up to 6, and a section of electronic games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]it's quiet and not rowdy at lunch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]electronic jukebox is set at a tolerable volume.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the bartenders and the wait staff are quick to approach and take orders. they are pleasant and happy to answer questions. i like the appetizers for "lunch" because the lunch portions are very generous. chicken wings: 8 for 12.99. broasted, crispy, and hot out of the broaster. fish and chips lunch: 3 huge pieces. fresh out of the fryer steamed clam appetizer: served with garlic bread. good value at $10.99 steak bits: tender and good teriyaki seasoning . chicken fried steak: tasty. would prefer a crispy crust. grilled ruben: enough leftover for dinner burgers: most expensive is $17.99 next up: broasted chicken lunch!

Beef Stroganoff

A chill place with a solid selection of games. Service is a little spotty being on and off, generally friendly but feels a bit unattentive. I was clowned on for ordering the Beef Stroganoff but it was fine. Maybe they use hamburger helper to make it, but it tastes fine, especially if you're just hungry at the end of the day. Price is fair too, but again, maybe low quality ingredients. I will take some blame for my choice of food, so I can't just rag on them. Plus, you come here for cheaper drinks too, not the food. Beef Stroganoff - no mushrooms off the bat, so that's noticeable. Egg noodles are firm but not terrible. Looks a bit unappetizing but tastes fine. Definitely had better but who else orders Beef Stroganoff? Garlic bread was very good though! Wish I had more of that. No pictures exist here so I got y'all.

It's nice having a place so close to the ferry that you can walk up to to get some good food and an ice drink.

Falsely advertising discounts for Halibut. But! That's a lie. And they would not change the bill!

Yes GPS may think you are lost, but that is because this is situated in the middle of a neighborhood. I guess it's been here a really long time. Some of the older patrons talk about how great it used to be before there were houses built in front blocking the waterfront view. You can still get glimpses of the waterfront and the back deck makes a great place to spend a warm summer evening. The building itself has a lot of character. Although it's divey I assume most of the patrons are locals who could choose to go anywhere but come here because it's close. If you happen to be visiting in the non sunny summer months there is still lots of space and seating inside. This turned out to be the perfect place for a friend to hold a birthday party. Not too loud, not too crowded, lots of space for everyone to stand around and talk. The majority of the parking is street parking but because there is nothing else around this was super easy as well. Best of all prices are great. I can't recall such a cheap night out in recent years. They even offer food, I only tried the chips and salsa myself, but everyone seemed to be happy with what they ordered.

A lot of natural light made it feel inviting and open. We enjoyed our food and drinks. I enjoy a spicy drink and got the Spicy Strawberry Margarita. It tasted fresh with the Serrano pepper taste, but not very spicy in my opinion. Avocado Fries, were filling. There is dairy in the batter and I could not personally try, but the hubby liked them. Naked Wings, tender with a crisp skin. We got the sauce on the side. Our friends ordered a burger and the Flat Iron Steak and both enjoyed their meal. The Steak came with bacon wrapped asparagus that was delicious. The bacon was crisp and cooked throughout and the steak had great flavor.

The salad base and dressing were genuinely good, which made the steak more frustrating. The chicken pot pie soup special sounded exciting. It was just a thin runny cream soup, barely-there chicken, no puff pastry in sight. More disappointment per dollar. My boyfriend ordered the steak taco. Steak was just as flavorless and under-seasoned. The tortillas unpleasantly thick. Do not recommend and will not return unfortunately.

The insides look nice and comfortable, what you would expect for a tavern. Service was outstanding. They have some good beers on tap, so we order a pitcher of a Wit Beer and a hummus plate. The hummus was great and we loved the peppers than came with it. For my meal, I had the Rodeo burger. This came with bacon, cheddar cheese, an onion ring and BBQ sauce and was absolutely delicious. Yes, we were a fairly large group, but there was never an issue in the past, so imagine our surprise when the manager or shift lead greeted us in a condescending manner because we hadn't called ahead. Again, more than a year of eating here and it was never an issue. If we could not be accommodated, or had to wait this could have been communicated to us as proper adults, not in the way this was handled. Several members of our party walked out and I think the rest of us have decided that as good as the food is, it's not good enough for us to come back after this experience.
