She asked I said, of course I'm fine. I've had new girls before. She starts to apply the Wax as she's doing this. She has a problem lifting the Wax off of me. She continues to put more wax on and gets sticker and she is unable to get the wax off of me mind you I am laying on the table for over 15 minutes with this girl, trying to pull the Wax off of me I told you to stop to get someone in there. She said she would. I waited. I waited. She left the room because I was getting anxious. She was getting nervous. I got up off the table half dressed, went in the hallway. Ask the lady across the hall to please help me. She said she would be with me in five minutes. I then I took the wax off me left will never go back. The owner failed to mentioned that I had one of the first appointments of the day and she canceled 30 minutes prior to them even opening (an hour before my appointment); she did the same thing with my first appointment, canceled an hour before my appointment because someone in the morning tested positive (one why are you even attending appointments if you have pending test results); it just felt too convenient and i feel like the owner has other priorities she wants to tend too and didn't realize how 24/7 owning a business is.
