I placed an order, the patches came in within the time frame they had told me and I was on my way. I found this company and I am highly satisfied with the product and price. It was exactly what I wanted and would inform my co workers of this company. On a side note, the velcro on my jacket were hooks. The panels that came also had velcro hooks. I quickly had to take off the velcro hooks on the panels and iron on velcro hoops so it would attach properly to my jacket. Simple fix that I have no complaints about. I would recommend CopQuest to have an option when ordering on whether to have velcro hooks or hoops on the back of the panels for easy convenience.
