Monday morning, super dead like 3 customers dining. To start it off we ordered a torta and after like 20 mins waiter come to let us know they ran out of bread?? Ordered 2 burritos instead. The carne asada tased like grilled crumbs. The al pastor tasted like it was reheated from several nights ago. Immediately afterwards food made my stomach hurt. The horchata was good. Service was good. Overall just needs better food. Would not recommend this as "authentic"Mexican food.

This place has everything you need if you want anything Mexican food. They even surprise me with French toast. Yes they have a breakfast menu. It was super good and there were a lot to offer. Every food has its own flavor and nothing taste the same.I would suggest a chorizo burrito with the red and green sauce on each side. That was the MVP of the meal. Also asked for the taco flight with tacos with all the different meats. This place had me wanting more. Keep up the great work.

First off they put so much rice and beans in the burrito not only that the chicken let's not talk about that because the chicken was really horrible and a six dollar 24 ounce drink yeah I don't recommend this place. Definitely will recommend you to go somewhere else. Baker's is down the street and is prbetter

Been hearing alot of this place from family & friends so decided to give it a try & this place did not disappoint. It was beyond my expectations, when i came inside they greeted me & all, then the service was spot on. Its been a while i havent see this type of service & both waiters that ive seen today were amazing!!! & it felt like that they really care of their customers. Next, the POV inside was awesome, they have TVs to watch game & all with the A/C so it felt like home. Last, about the food. wasnt unsure on what to get so i decided to get the nachos & WOW!! they were bomb. I am a little picky when in comes into nachos & all so i will definitely getting this again when i come back when im in the area...

So after seeing this location on TikTok me and my gf decided to come try it out , I called ahead of time to see the wait time there was no wait time at all which was a plus every other spot had a 45 minute and being that my gf is pregnant that's out of the question at times lol , so upon arriving we got seated instantly and as soon as we got seated we got attended to as well right away we started off with the queso fundido con chorizo that was a 10/10 oh btw the chips and salsa here is also a 10/10 ! We went on and ordered the chilaquiles verdes with steak and eggs and man again another 20/10! The taco dorado con carne also 20/10!! My girlfriend rated the quesabirria taco 6/10 though and the consome was also like a 5/10 but nonetheless everything else was a 20/10 the ladies here working are very nice and attentive the service provided today was a 20/10 ! We'll definitely be back again if your ever in the Fontana area make sure you try it perfect for breakfast and even dinner they have many choices to choose from ! They also have music playing in the background as you eat very nice place not too loud and not too quiet !

Food is mediocre. I was hoping for the authentic Mexican food experience but it wasn't as expected. I ordered the Chapala fajitas, skimpy on the meat portion and the shrimp were so small, I didn't realize I had eaten them. I counted 3 small shrimp. Service needs improvement. The environment is loud, music can be toned down a bit. TVs on the walls are irrelevant. The wall that is missing a tv gave a tacky look to the restaurant. Flies seem to have taken over the establishment and made the dining experience very undesirable.

OK, definitely had to try this place out since I've seen so many reviews on Instagram. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. However, the ambience was just OK. As soon as we walked in, all I could smell was the "Fabuloso" cleaner. We sat there for two hours, and eventually our food started tasting like the cleaner.

Stopped coming here for awhile because their food went downhill. Tried it again after l quite a few months and everything bettered!! Service is quick even on busy days, free chips and salsa and their horchata is bomb. Homemade

Service was good I will recommend the servers to provide the utensils separate from your plate, instead of putting them inside your rice and beans including the spoon!!!.... that was awkward. I tried 1 of each tacos gobernador, shrimp and also fish the gobernador was really good and tasty shrimp one over fried and fish no taste whatsoever. My Dad order the Mar y Tierra molcajete it was ok but shrimp over fried as well. Music was good

Winner of the WORST breakfast burrito in the world!

We came here a couple days ago and ordered the chorizo burrito with hash browns and my kid liked it. I ordered 4 tacos 2 asada, 1 pastor and 1 carnitas. The asada was dry. Carnitas...dry than the asada. The pastor was actually really good. Now the size...2 inches! Literally the smallest tacos I've ever had. For $2.50 and $3 on Doordash it's a complete rip off! The everything breakfast burrito....deserves an award for the worst breakfast burrito in the WORLD! Absolute TRASHHH! It tasted odd...like spoiled food. It had eggs, chewy bacon, ham, sausage, beans, way undercooked unskinned potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and undercooked bell peppers and cheese (SEE PICTURE) I was going to rate Chapala a 3 star but as I'm typing this reminded me how bad the food was. Also, the coffee refills take forever IF they even remember...I had to remind them 2 times to refill my tiny cup. SMH...chili relleno burrito was filled with inedible seeds!!! On a good note though, the Al pastor is a solid 4 stars.

Was finally able to try this spot. When we got here the parking lot was full, we were greeted and seated quickly, there is plenty of seating but gets busy so may have a short wait depending on when you arrive. The staff was friendly, the drinks and food came out super fast, the chips and salsa is good and the food is tasty. I will be back when I really hungry and order the molcajete. It looked and smelled delicious.

Service here was amazing. Our waitress was alone but there was no way to tell. Her service was on point. Our food was pretty fast although it did lack some flavor. If I wanted to have a chill night with some micheladas I'd consider coming here. Again the service for us was amazing.

I was probably sitting no more than 3 minutes before the waitress came over to take my order. She was great. She came back two other times to make sure I was good. I ordered the chorizo burrito w/ home fries instead of hash browns and a water because I can't fix myself to pay what they charge anywhere for a soda. The chorizo burrito is simple - eggs, chorizo, home fries, and shredded cheese for $14.19. The presentation of the burrito was a little underwhelming but the burrito was a nice size. It was large enough to share with another person. The home fries inside were ok. They were a little underdone and over seasoned for my liking. Again, that's just me! I know now to get them extra crispy. The chorizo and egg mixture was cooked perfect. The ratio of potatoes, to eggs, to chorizo was a perfect balance. The burrito was also cheesy. I've never had Corky's salsa and I was pleasantly surprised, it had a little kick. It also tasted salty to me but I also don't cook with a lot of salt. My only other critique was the tortilla could've been warmed a little more, not just heated up on the burner. The ambiance here is country kitchen style. They have quite a bit of decor hanging on the walls representing it. This place is pretty large inside and could definitely accommodate a large party. Overall, my dining experience was good and I would come here again for sure.

The menu items are very similar to Rodeo, a mixture of traditional American and Mexican. I ordered the Veggie Omelette my wife couldn't resist and ordered the menudo. Having just gone through a "cardiac episode" my doctor says I need to eat healthier so I got the veggie omelet. Some Tabasco sauce and it was good to go. Big portions with some country potatoes, toast and a hot cup of decaf. Ugh! Yes decaf. Damn heart. Anyway the omelette was delicious. One thing that stood out to us was the service. The waitress was very attentive and nice. Even though it looked like she was alone she handled that room like a pro. We will definitely come back although next time I'm getting the steak and eggs. We stopped in for breakfast. Got egg plates (pork chop and sausage patty plates) and upgraded to a (not small AT ALL) small pancake. Asked for my hash browns to be extra crispy. And eggs to be scrambled hard. 5 different hot sauces at the table to choose from. I would def come back! I wouldn't get the pork chops again, they didn't have much flavor and were kinda dry, but everything else was very enjoyable. Like I said, large portion of food, huge ass pancakes, everything came out fresh and smoking. Great way to start my morning!
