Found a piece of plastic in my breakfast burrito. It looks like it's the wrapper for the tortilla bag and it was towards the end of my burrito.

    Jalapeño overload !!!
    A A.

Quick to go order so didn't really sit down for ambiance or seated service feedback. I ordered the Bronco Burrito Combo which came with a loaded Burrito and my choice of Fries or Tater Tots. Cashier was straightforward, doing their job, nothing extra or out of the ordinary. Being a vegetarian, I requested No Bacon with a side of tater tots. Asked if they could add pico to the burrito, short answer was Nope. The burrito left a lot to be desired as it was mostly packed with Jalapeño's. Don't get me wrong, love me Jalapeño's but these were an overload. I presume since I ordered a side of the Tots, they decided to not put any Tots in my burrito though the description states that it does come with Tots inside the burrito. It was as basic as can be with eggs, avocado, cheese, chipotle aioli sauce, and a very generous amount of jalapeño's! Worth the price and flavor you ask, simple answer is nope, but if I'm looking for a quick Breakfast Burrito fix, I may give it another opportunity...easy on the Jalapeños plz!

    little mule burrito

ORDER little mule burrito (4/5) sausage burrito (4/5) you get the choose between scrambled eggs or sunny side up eggs. they were both super yummy. they paired perfectly with ketchup and hot sauce. the only downside is the lack of protein. i did not taste the bacon at all in the little mule burrito. regardless, i would definitely come back to try other items on the menu. SERVICE (5/5) quick and friendly service, nothing special. AMBIANCE very spacious restaurant with plenty of seats and a bar. parking can be hard to find on the weekends.

The breakfast burritos I tasted did not disappoint. They were fresh tasting and full of flavor. Just be prepared with the fresh eggs because there is a lot of yoke and it can get messy, lol. Definitely recommend this place. The average price of a burrito is about $14.00. The only disappointing thing, and it's a minor thing, is they don't have salsa. I recommend this place.

    Haus Burrito

I was very excited to try this place and I am so disappointed. I did not go in person. I ordered delivery. I ordered two Haus burritos which have bacon in it. I ordered extra bacon and avocado for an extra cost. BOTH burritos came with ZERO bacon and only one had avocado. Flavor was ok but definitely was difficult to eat dry eggs, tots, a little avocado with no sauce. And NO BACON whatsoever. Each burrito is almost $25. Luckily it was buy one get one free. Such a disappointment.

The mocktails, the food, the service all top notch and the weather was perfect! We shared the edamame and whipped burrata for appetizers, both were fantastic! The edamame was hot and steamed to perfect. The sauce it was in and garlic crumbles on top was sooo good! The whipped burrata had an explosion of flavors. Creamy cheese, crunchy pistachios, sweet peaches, a drizzle of honey and bitter flash fried arugula on top. I'm a sucker for different textures so this hit the spot! A lil balsamic vinegar would've taken it next level tho. For the entrees, our table had: Caesar salad with chicken: romaine was super fresh and crispy, chicken was hot and grilled. Jerk chicken plate: A lot of food! Chicken was tender and tasty! Presentation was beautiful, aromatic and colorful. Scallop plate: scallops were charred and crispy on the outside but a lil too soft on the inside. This was ok. Sweet and Savory burger: cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were hot and savory! Soo good! I do not remember our servers name but he was great. He gave good suggestions and checked on us just enough. Will definitely come back again to try other menu items!

She took so long to take our drink order after we sat down, that we were ready to order our food when she came around. After she took our drink and food order, we waited 15 mins, and still no drinks. I actually had to ask another waitress for water. When our waitress came by we reminded her about not getting our drinks yet and she copped an attitude and was like "we were busy, yeah I asked someone else to bring the water". Ok. No need to be rude. Thankfully the food was good, so at least that was enjoyable. Our waitress never came by once to check up on us, as we watched other waitresses be more attentive at other tables. Honestly I've had better service at McDonald's. That's embarrassing for a restaurant like The Cut where food prices are not cheap. I'm sure it was just this one individual that was performing poorly, but it left us with a bad experience where we simply don't want to come back, and take our business elsewhere.

For the most part it seems to be a place for an older crowd who wanna get away from the loud sports bars like yard house. I can agree with that sentiment. It is a nice reprieve from the otherwise packed areas of Victoria gardens as it is on the outskirts. The food is delicious and it prides itself on being low in calories. For how good it tastes you would expect a higher price, but that's another reason people like coming here. You don't feel overstuffed and you don't feel like someone robbed you for your wallet. Drinks are on point! The only gripe I have about this restaurant, is the old fashioned!!! They need to get a better cocktail glass for that drink and stop serving it with a bunch of ice. Just get the sphere or cube ice. Please! The staff are always friendly and accommodating!!! From the hosts, bartenders, and waiters/waitresses, they all do a great job at making you feel welcome! Big shoutout to Jasmine, Ashley, and Ron!!! They're great people who go above and beyond to make your visit better than the last. Come try em out for yourself!

But when The State makes a mistake, that's where it falls apart. Last week, I was handed the wrong debit card. I only noticed after charges from someone else started appearing on my account. I called and spoke to Juan; no follow-up. Called again, spoke to Austin: still no resolution. It's been a week of silence. Meanwhile, I had to cancel my card, wait for a new one, and update all my accounts. This was a major inconvenience, and the restaurant has not shown any care. 1 star for food: still good. 1 star for drinks: always solid. 1 star for atmosphere and standard service. 5 Stars -- An Amazing Family Celebration After Nora's Baptism…read more We came to Richie's Diner in Rancho Cucamonga after a very special morning for our family, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. Earlier that morning, our daughter Nora was baptized at Water of Life Church, which was a huge moment for her and for all of us as a family. Afterward, we wanted a place where we could sit down with friends and family, relax, enjoy a good meal, and continue celebrating the day. Richie's Diner ended up being the perfect choice. We had a group of 12, which is not always easy for a restaurant to handle, especially on a day when everyone is excited, hungry, talking, laughing, and trying to keep the kids settled. But Richie's handled it without any issue at all. From the moment we walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and comfortable. Nobody made us feel like our group was an inconvenience. That matters. A lot of restaurants can technically seat a bigger party, but not every restaurant actually makes that group feel wanted. Richie's did. The customer service was honestly the highlight of the visit, and Francisco deserves a huge shout-out. He was absolutely amazing with our table. He was attentive, friendly, patient, and had the kind of personality that makes a meal feel more personal. He did not just take orders and disappear. He actually engaged with us. What really stood out was how he took the time to talk WWE with the kids. That may sound like a small thing, but it meant a lot. The kids loved it. They lit up because he was not just treating them like kids sitting at the table; he was treating them like part of the experience. That kind of service cannot be faked. Francisco made the meal more fun and memorable for them, and as a parent, I really appreciate that. The manager, Jimmy Z, also deserves to be recognized. Jimmy always takes good care of us when we come in, and this visit was no different. He has that old-school hospitality that you do not see as much anymore. He pays attention, checks in, and makes you feel like your business actually matters. When he found out we were there celebrating Nora's baptism, he gave her a candy on the house, which was a very sweet gesture. Again, it may sound simple, but those are the moments people remember. Nora felt special, and that was the whole point of the day. Jimmy also gave us some cookies to take home, which was completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. It was thoughtful, generous, and just another example of why we keep coming back. The whole staff did a great job with our group. With 12 people, there are always extra requests, drink refills, kids needing something, people changing their minds, or food coming out at different times. But everything went smoothly. Our waiter took care of us without missing a beat. The food came out hot, the orders were right, and nobody at our table felt forgotten. That is not easy with a larger party, and it says a lot about how well the place is run. Now, the food was excellent too. I had the omelette, and it was perfect. A good omelette sounds simple, but anyone who eats breakfast out knows there is a big difference between an average omelette and one that is actually done right. This one was cooked properly, had great flavor, and hit exactly the way a classic diner breakfast should. It was hearty without being sloppy, and everything tasted fresh. The homemade jelly was another standout. That stuff is amazing. You can tell the difference immediately between basic packaged jelly and something that actually has character and flavor. It added a little something extra to the meal and made the breakfast feel more homemade and special. Those little details are part of what separates a place like Richie's from a generic breakfast spot. My wife ordered the ribeye steak, and it was grilled outside to perfection. The flavor was excellent, and the cook on it was exactly what you hope for when ordering a steak at a diner-style restaurant. It had that grilled flavor, good texture, and was clearly handled with care. Sometimes restaurants treat steak like an afterthought on a breakfast or diner menu, but that was not the case here. Her ribeye was legitimately impressive. Our friend ordered the filet mignon, and that was exceptional as well. It is not every day you go to a diner and hear someone at the table talking about how good the filet mignon is, but that was the case here. It was cooked well, flavorful, and definitely exceeded expectations. Between the omelette, the ribeye, the filet, and the sides, everyone at our table left happy. What I appreciate most about Richie's Diner is that it still feels like a real family restaurant. There is something very traditional and comforting about it. You walk in and it feels like a place where people know how to treat customers. The food is good, the portions are solid, the staff is kind, and management is present. That combination is hard to find.
