It's was just okay It was crowded, but I felt like the food wasn't something. I'd write home about Ivy at plenty of cafés where you felt like you were eating a good home cooked meal. The biscuits were so burnt at the bottom you had a peel just the top off the beans were bland. They tasted worse than canned beans. The meat was OK. The steak was tough and the potatoes for me were over seasoned now for the prices. It is a little bit more expensive than an actual like café I would compare them to like a café of like Tom's norms nothing really high-end at all, but like I say you try and then decide. read more

Server was kind, however, we were a bit underwhelmed by the food, it was on the warm/cooler side. Not sure if the french toast were made from scratch or bought frozen. I was there this morning , Iam really disappointed with the host person in the front I waited for 20 mns and then he came out again and told me the same story that they where getting tables together and I also needed to wait 20 more minutes and there was more people going in with party of 5 or 6 persons and they where being seated it was rude and decided to leave the spot after waiting for long not going back to that restaurant for sure read more

Today we had a very bad experience at Rodeo Cafe, we got take out and a hair was inside the food bag. we called the restaurant immediately and they told us to go back for a new order or for a refunded. we agreed to go back later for a refund. When we went back for the refund , they denied us of the refund or partial refund. they demanded the food, which we were aware of. we ended up getting breakfast from another restaurant. I won't be returning, they should give better instructions and or policy when incidents like this happen. read more

The hispanic greeter who has combover and tattoos with a slight Suavemente look to him is so rude!! We waited an hour for our table, just to be told we have to get up and leave once we were seated as another big party was there waiting. My brother was in the parking lot (which is so full and impossible to park in) and we told the waiter he was only parking our full party IS HERE. He came back less than a minute later to which I told him my brother has a baby please give him time to park and get off. His tone was so rude, my dad even told him to tone it down and my dad is never one to say anything, he is always so unbothered! First off - the ambiance of this place is so cool! The decor was Route 66 worthy as it highlighted John Wayne and a western theme. It's music was modern r&b and hip hop which was cool but I'm hoping that other days they take it all the way back to some ol country or something that fits the time and theme a little more. Also the cafe was super clean as were the tables. The staff was nice and everyone greeted us and said thier goodbyes as we walked out. As far as the food - it was a 10/10 I can't wait to come back and try some more food and I recommend to anyone to come and try what they have to offer. Our waiter Brandon was very helpful and explained the menu items to us without hesitation and made us feel comfortable and confident in what we ordered. I ordered French toast, eggs, and country potatoes. My mom ordered the biscuits and gravy which came with potatoes and sausage. And everything was filling, savory, and perfectly seasoned. I also enjoyed the fact that the price matched the proportions of the plate. I felt like my money was well spent. The fact that our waiter and service of the overall staff was a 10/10 makes me wanna come back by itself. But being as the food was absolutely delicious, I'll be back for that too haha. Super cute hole in the wall spot with cowboy decor inside. I went around noon, which is prime time; it took around 30 minutes to get seated. Staff made some mistakes on my friend's order, but were very kind and quick to correct it. Everything looks good on the menu, but I ordered the menudo (only available on weekends) and it was delicious! I'm usually very picky about menudo because it's done badly so often, but this was honestly top tier restaurant menudo. Very homestyle, flavorful, even without the toppings and oregano. Before giving it a 5th star, I'd like to go back and enjoy this place when there's less people, as the staff was kind but a little less attentive since the restaurant was packed. Hailey went over the menu with us gave us some suggestions and was genuinely curious asking questions on what we might enjoy. We took Hailey suggestion and ordered the Filet Medallions with veggies and sweet potatoes. 10/10 recommended! We also ordered the chicken and Filet combo. Pleasantly surprised the chicken was not dry! The mashed potatoes were so good nice and fresh! The ribs needed to be recooked and Hailey was so sweet about us sharing how they were over cooked. She didn't make us feel bad for reordering new ones. She apologized and brought us new ones and those in fact did fall off the bone! Overall the vibes were busy in the restaurant but, Hailey's genuine personality, friendly smile and gracious suggestions made this visit worth while! Because of her we rate this location 5/5 starts!

First of all, the rolls that they bring to the table as they seat you are dangerous good. You can easily get full off of these without realizing it because they are not stingy with these things. Soft, chewy and slightly sweet, and even better with the apple butter it comes with. Secondly, for the money, the food is very good. My smokehouse burger was excellent, full of cheeses mushrooms, and onions. It was huge but I wanted more. The steak fries were pretty good as well. My wife had a filet that would be triple the price at a fancy steakhouse, but to be honest, this one was every bit as good. This is the only one I've ever been to, so I don't know if the service is this good at all of them, but the waitstaff was awesome. The place was packed and food and drinks came out quick and right when you needed it. They were super friendly no matter which employee you came across. I did notice they really pack the folks in here, so to be honest, I felt a bit cramped, but the food and the service definitely made up for it. If I lived closer to one I'd definitely put it on the rotation. I will not complain if anyone suggested going here either. If you want a good tasting and quality steakhouse meal, you cannot beat the value here. It is hands down the best chain steakhouse I've ever been to.

I hate to complain about free food, but quality and service still matter. When I got there, two other people were in the store, a Vietnam veteran and a guy picking up a large order. I ordered my meal and the cashier said that it didn't come with fries. Not true, but fine. 10 boneless wings then. The other veteran ordered. That's when a couple more veterans came in and they were told that they could only have 6 boneless wings. I waited 18 minutes to get hard, tiny nuggets. The Vietnam veteran was in a walker. He was still waiting when I left. They claimed that they are a franchise and can do what they want. I found it cheap and disrespectful. I would never come back to any Buffalo Wild Wings if this is how they run their stores.

The biscuits and gravy were also mushy and unappetizing. To make matters worse, we didn't even have the opportunity to address the issue because our waitress never came back to check on us. The only time we saw her again was when she brought the bill. At that point, we were so frustrated that we didn't even eat the food--we just took it home to try and reheat it. This was especially disappointing because I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time due to all the great reviews. Sadly, this was our first visit and will be our last.

She is hands-down the most amazing waitress and bartender we've ever seen. From the second we sat down she was incredibly personable, sweet, and attentive. She never once let our drinks get empty. She was constantly checking on us and keeping everything topped off without us even having to ask. On top of that, she's completely beautiful and gorgeous, with a warm personality that made the whole night feel special. The karaoke host was also really nice and kept the energy fun. But Meagan truly stole the show. When her shift ended and she had to leave, the difference was immediate. We suddenly found ourselves having to flag down other bartenders constantly just to get our drinks refilled. It really showed how exceptional her service was. Meagan was just unbelievable. If I owned an establishment, I'd hire her immediately for her customer service skills. She's that good. If you're heading to The Red Fox for karaoke (or any night), do yourself a favor and ask for Meagan (Mae). She's a total gem and sets the bar extremely high. Great customer service even though I'm not a regular. It's spacious with a huge projector screen for central viewing, as well as other standard big screens all around the walls. There are 2 pool tables. There's also a pinball machine and dartboard. There were other Niner fans here even though we were in the heart of SoCal, and we were whooping it up. Even though we were strangers, there was an instant connection. Best of all, the Niners won! I won't credit Red Fox for that, just the pinpoint arm of Brock Purdy. But the fun ambiance certainly buoyed the celebratory mood! The building is surrounded by a huge parking lot with a plethora of spaces. Why are we so devoid of real estate and parking in NorCal? The Red Fox is a great place to watch any game or just hang out. If I lived in the community, this would definitely be one of my regular haunts.
