Today's technology used at Petrie uses a camera to 3d your crown and tooth area and the result: perfect. Prior history, I had to have the crown adjusted when high points become noticed. Here, my crown is the best fit ever in my life and at one appointment. Prior replacements required two appointments and more work to create a crown. Reminders are nicely made to avoid forgetting an appointment too. Simply a happy customer for a good reason: nothing could be done better.

But the Dental Tech said theirs was deeper. I told them I didn't want one and wanted to cancel the appointment and it went into a whole thing about $100.00 late cancel. Told them actually I was on a short list that I didn't get ask to be put on and technically it's not late. But I already paid $200.00 for my retainer and I wanted it as soon as possible to stop the jaw pain. I grind my teeth. Yes I sign the agreement to get the exam and retainer and to cover the cost if the insurance didn't cover it. But suspicious that the insurance didn't cover anything at all. How can an office stay in business when the patient get quoted for $138.00 for a deep cleaning they didn't want and ends up being billed for additional $220.00. That's on top of the $340.00 CT (cool pic bro), $250.00 exam fee. All up front minus the part the insurance didn't pay. Anyhow, I will contact them for a break down and talk to my insurance. Then I will have to contact the DOH for their rude rude heavy handed sales tactics on people who are experiencing pain. He saved me from having another tooth removed unnecessarily, which I truly appreciated. Two visits and I couldn't be happier with my choice to come here…read more I had one crown that has been bothering me for a long time, so I searched around on for in-network dentist who would do same-day porcelain crowns and used state of the art technology in their office. I'm happy as pie with the results of my new porcelain crown. It's such an improvement from what I had on before...a metal crown covered in porcelain with areas of metal still visible along the gum line and opaque instead of translucent like natural teeth area. It wasn't same day, but next day, so he had time to really craft it out nicely... Besides the craftsmanship of the new crown, it is awesome not to have tore up gums and a sore mouth like I've experienced some places. Many dentists who use Cerec Technology aren't in-network with anyone, so I feel I've found a gem here, with guaranteed agreed upon prices covered by my insurance. The staff is great. Professional, friendly and skilled. PS: They are in Suite A-6 of the Union Avenue Dental Center building. There are other dentists in different suites. Free tip, so you're not confused!
