I worked with them once a couple of months ago- they were hired by my client and I had never met them prior. They came in with a full staff of about 10 people for the wedding. They had an incredible set up that was efficient and beautiful. Katie, the lead lady in charge at that wedding, was highly professional and attentive, and worked extremely hard at the wedding. Because I was so impressed by them, I started referring them to all of my clients. I worked with them again last week, and once again, they blew me away. I had Katie again but with a different serving staff, but they were all just as amazing as the first experience. This wedding was anything but typical- the catering company was not even booked until a week prior. Yet they were able to get them fully booked quickly and took on every single challenge that arose through the night with zero complaints. One of the guests at that wedding is an owner of Michelin star restaurants, and he was raving about the food and how good it was- and I think that says something! And as a wedding coordinator, I feel like I can truly trust this company with my clients because they have proven to me twice now how amazing they are with their great service, presentation, attention to detail, and tasty food. One of the owners answered and said they never got the notification on their end and they were out of office so there was nothing they could do. She advised to message her and we could sent another meeting. I text and emailed. I didn't receive a response via text and got an email over a week later. During that same time, my husband text the same number and received a message instantly. He inquired about an order for a Friendsgiving and Christmas but they advised they were not going to be catering for Christmas. Understandable, so he just asked for a quote for our Friendsgiving. They said they would send the quote but it was never received even after another call which they claimed it would be sent. I've worked with multiple caterers and especially like to work with local family owned ones but this one is 10/10 DO NOT recommend. I'm thankful we were able to pivot to another lovely small business in San Bernardino and would not trust working with THIS business.

She answered all our questions she accommodated all of our requests. The package that we went with was the most reasonable out of all the venues in Moreno Valley that we toured. Our package included food and service of the food and service of the cake that we brought. The inside decor we let Lulu know of our vision and we added our own personal touches like pictures and some of the things that were outside of the door, but Lulu let us pick our color theme and flowers, all of the centerpieces that you see on the table. They set it all up and cleaned up everything we just had to take our personal items. The bar was staffed with a bartender from the beginning to the end of our party. We of course supply the liquor, but they supply the bartender. He was great. The setup and their venue is absolutely beautiful very unassuming outside but once you get in, wow! My mom's party was epic and it went off without a hitch. Our guests were amazed at the set up and the venue were absolutely gorgeous.
