They'll clean your fish for you, which makes the whole experience even better. They have an impressive selection of fresh fish, frozen seafood, and everything is clean, well organized, and high quality. The seafood is always fresh, and you can definitely taste the difference. What keeps me coming back is the customer service. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The service is consistently excellent, and they make shopping here easy. I almost don't want to share this spot because it's that good, but great businesses deserve the recognition. If you're looking for fresh, quality seafood and outstanding service, Tres Islas Seafood is absolutely worth the visit.

I've witnessed her being rude to the young women in training. She speaks to them like they're incompetent slaves. Selena will be the root cause of losing customers and great employees. I wish Alexandra was still there. She was such a sweet person with exceptional customer service. The food has always been fresh but the customer service is terrible now that the women who know their worth chose to walk away from Selena's abuse.

They're basically all just cucumber and rice. The ones with any fish seem to be priced at $6 and even then it's like the tiniest slivers of tuna. They have poke bowls as well, but something is seriously wrong with the seaweed salad in them. It's straight up gray, not green, and so I've been too scared to try one. There are managers specials frequently, as well as discounted prepared food often available in the late afternoon. I'm fond of the kale and apple salad, and there's a black garlic shrimp platter that is delicious as well. If you can catch them on sale, I'd definitely recommend picking them up! One thing that was super tragic is that they've discontinued so many of their refrigerated vegan products. I was happy to pick up a ton of vegan protein for cents on the dollar the one day I caught the massive clearance, but my stock is finally running low and I'm sad I won't be able to find a lot of the same stuff here anymore.

The food was absolutely amazing--every dish was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main courses, each bite was a delight. The portions are huge too! We were all stuffed and still had plenty left over to take home for lunch the next day. No skimping here--generous servings that actually feel like a great value. The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu inside and out. They made great recommendations and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive. The whole team made us feel welcome and taken care of. If you're looking for fantastic food, massive portions, and excellent service, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend.

However, the waiter did not submit my order to the kitchen until 3:06 p.m. The cook subsequently refused to prepare the ham sandwich because the order was entered after the lunch cutoff time. I then spoke with the manager, Brian, who stated that he could not require the cook to prepare the sandwich. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, Brian argued with me, belittled me in front of other patrons, and repeatedly emphasized that he had been doing his job for over 30 years. I found his conduct to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. The delay in submitting my order was entirely beyond my control, as I placed my order before the lunch service ended. Instead of focusing on finding a reasonable solution, Brian chose to degrade me publicly. I also felt that I was treated differently because I am a Black man. While I cannot know his intent, the manner in which I was addressed and treated left me feeling discriminated against and deeply disrespected. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I expected courteous customer service and a reasonable effort to address a situation that was not of my making. Instead, I left feeling humiliated and undervalued as a customer.

Instead it's nice that you can go here! For me, it's just 10min away from home! As someone who grew up in the SF Bay Area, where Filipino markets and restaurants are as common as any other Asian grocery store, moving to Moreno Valley was definitely an adjustment. When you're used to having places like Seafood City just around the corner, realizing the nearest Seafood City or Ranch 99 is about 30 minutes away is a real culture shock! That's why I was so excited to find this hidden gem only 10 minutes from my home. Sure, the aisles are narrow, but honestly, it reminds me of the small neighborhood markets back in the Philippines. It adds to the charm and makes the shopping experience feel authentic. You know you've found a good local mom and pop Filipino market when within seconds of walking through the door you spot balut, homemade ensaymada, a fish fry counter, and shelves stocked with traditional Filipino brands in the kind of variety you normally only see at Seafood City. They carry many of the staples and specialty items that can be hard to find in the Inland Empire. Sure, the fish fry isn't as crispy as like the big markets, but hey that's just one thing that i won't fault this place entirely for! For Filipinos missing a taste of home--or anyone wanting to explore Filipino food and culture--this place is absolutely worth the visit. I'm grateful to have found a little piece of the motherland so close to home. Now if they could somehow squeeze a Jollibee, Red Ribbon, and a tita asking why I'm still not eating enough into the store, I'd never have to drive to Orange County again. lol

When you compare with the other places prices are too high.I never recommend this place to anyone.read more
