The beef and broccoli was also well done. The beef was tender, the vegetables were cooked properly, and the dish came together nicely without being overly heavy. The fried rice was enjoyable, though in my opinion it could have used just a touch more seasoning to really make it pop. Still a good dish, just one small adjustment away from being excellent. The Yum Yum noodles were one of the highlights of the meal. They were very good, light, flavorful, and had a nice balance that kept the dish from feeling overly rich.
