Charlee's is a gem of a place in Sanpete County. The staff are friendly, attentive, and prompt. The lemonade and coffee are top notch (and they have a wide range of milk options!). The food is all homemade and delicious, and the desserts are dangerously tasty (sorry, waistline. Good thing there are gorgeous hikes nearby!!) I am excited to return to Manti to enjoy great food in this comfortable, casual space. read more

My family came here when we visited Utah for our vacation. Robbie the server and the owner gave a good service. The place is clean, with a store at the entrance. I had their chicken and waffle, upgraded one. It was good, we all finished our meal, we usually have some leftovers not this time, it was that good. Prices were reasonable. I went and got their brunch. I had the avocado toast. That was amazing. They added bacon to it. Also had one biscuit with gravy. OMG was that amazing. The avocado toast was so loaded with spring, lettuce, spinach, arugula, salad, covered in a lovely balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese. The toast was crisped up just perfectly with garlic butter. I loved every bite. The biscuit and gravy the biscuit was so soft and tender. It just fell apart with my fork. I've never had gravy so flavorful as this. Our service was very quick, we were greeted coming and going. The ambiance was very casual and not many visitors. You can't go wrong eating here. This is a great place. It was $22 for both items. They have a cute little store up front that has a lot of knick knacks and stuff to buy. This was my second visit. We only come here once a year or once every other year and we really enjoyed Charlee's. read more

Charlee's has upgraded to a REAL Restaraunt with great service. The ambience feels like you could take a date and have a nice evening. (No longer does one fill their own glasses of water at a station steps away from your table; or make you feel guilty for asking for a refill on your soda.) If you haven't been since dec 1 2025 then you owe it to yourself and community to GO and his is Charlee's 3.0!!! Service is GREAT. Food is above average. Service was good. You go in to the place and order at the front then go sit in the dining area. I don't remember being overwhelmed by the greatness of the food. It was okay. Wow! Totally surprised by this family-owned restaurant! We were visiting Manti expecting only burger joints. Which is mostly what this town offers. But the variety and fusion artistry of what the chef is creating is something else!! The golden beet salad with dried cherries and goat cheese was such a pleasing combo of flavors. The beef pot pie was so beautifully flavored you could taste the steak in it and have you that umami taste like your a wolf and you want to scarf it down in one gulp (you know what I mean) and the cut potatoes were the consistency of when I bake my potatoes at home (I'm a really good cook - if I say so myself). The crust was light and flaky - just as they claimed. The special of the day was a CA Roll-Over Dog with Asian mayo sauce over artificial crab meat, sliced cucumber, avocado and surprisingly tasted very well paired with a tender juicy hot dog and soft tasty bun. Had to finish off our celebratory (anniversary) meal with their cinnamon bread pudding topping with chopped pecans, a drizzle of caramel and vanilla ice cream. So dreamy! We're sated!! Service was excellent and the dining room is adjoined by another room with stools and a wall-mounted counter. Can eat in or grab some prepared food to go. Me and my family were in town to visit the Manti temple. It was an amazing experience and loved the small town feel. After our trip we decided to eat dinner somewhere local as it something me and my father love doing. I found Charlees and its menu online and immediately decided where to go. It was so worth it. It was a bit crowded ant took us a minute to order but the lady helping up was so amazing and enthusiastic about her job. Food was also quite quick. We order 2 country fried chickens and a kids pizza. Some of the best food I've had in a while. I highly recommend going here if you find yourself in that part of Utah. read more

Best food in Manti. We ate there the times during our trip. The drinks were plentiful, the food delicious and the service well done. The ambiance reminded me a little of a cafeteria vibe, but it was comfortable and nice and cool during a really hot day. Absolutely shocked by how good the food was. I did not expect this in Manti, Utah. The Turkey Avocado sandwich was incredible. As was the Cowboy hot dog. The soup, lemonade, and french fries were equally delicious. They put a lot of time and effort into making high quality food, and you can tell. Great food and great prices. This long time food truck has a sit down restaurant in Manti now and it's a great place for groups and families. Order at the counter and they serve you at your table. We had great Mac n cheese, fish and chips, amazing Cole slaw and the best smoked pork nachos in the world. 5 stars, we will be back often! read more

My family ordered several items at Charlee's. The staff was friendly and helpful. In general the portion sizes were small for the price that we paid. The Charlee's salad with Bacon was good quality, but the portion size was small for the price. The pull pork nachos on chips and another on french fries had cheese sauce instead of actual cheese so that was disappointing. The fries tasted good but were only warm instead of hot when served. The kids' mac-n-cheese, and buttered noodles had cold spots when served and very small portion sizes so we went back an ordered extras. The mac-n-cheese with pulled pork and green chilli's was probably the best dish. A family came in as we were leaving around 4:30PM. The kitchen was switching from the lunch to the dinner menu so they were told that there my be an extended delay to receiving any food. read more

The food is delicious and comes out fast and super fresh! The drinks are amazing! Only place in Sanpete county I've found that serves 'Stubborn Soda' with truest the BEST Rootbeer!!! Always served with a smile and awesome service! The music and ambiance is light hearted and fun. Whenever I go, I always leave fully satisfied! Also...
