We were traveling through town and looking for a great local place to eat and we absolutely found it here at Sandy's drive-in. The mushroom and Swiss burger was fantastic along with the pastrami melt. Onion rings were perfect and fries were great too. I like to spend my money locally, and with small businesses in town. I went to Sandi's tonight and got 2 double cheeseburgers and an order of onion rings. For some reason they decided to put the onion rings in the bag sideways. After the very short drive home, I picked up the bag to go inside, and there was a massive amount of oil from the onion rings soaked into the fabric of my passenger seat. There was also a paper towel placed on the bottom of the onion ring tray, which means they knew they were extremely oily. Now I have a large grease spot in my car that I will have to try and get cleaned off the fabric. Not happy. read more

Incredibly fair prices and even better food! We are in town for the night and saw the yelp reviews so decided to stop for dinner. So glad we did. The sweet potato fries were great; the shakes were more like a giant ice cream Sunday (try the strawberry pineapple) and my son loved the burger. The staff were very friendly. My wife and I were driving through Richfield, UT on our way East on the I-70 and we stopped in at Sandi's Drive Inn to pick up a driving dinner (2 small cheeseburgers, grilled cheese with fried tomato, small onion rings and small funnel fries, medium Coke). It was good all American drive-in style food and it sure hit the spot after a long day of driving. Nothing wrong with national chain burger joints but if you are in the mood for something extra, something special, then do yourself a favor and stop in at Sandi's. You won't regret it. Sandi's Drive Inn was recommended to me as a place to go. Everything was fine, they have a large ketchup and fry sauce container to smother your fries in (and possibly your onion rings. Blown away by how awesome this place is. Stopped for the night on our way to Colorado, and am so happy to have found this place. This is a MUST stop if you driving through. Drive thru is so nice. You order at the window. If there is someone at the first window, there is someone at the second window. And if both are busy, l someone comes out to take your order...all face to face. Nice touch. I got the BLT. The thick slice of tomato was very flavorful. Bacon was perfect. My husband got the Triple B and was so happy with it. Gave the burger itself 5 stars, and he is picky with his burgers. Sandi's Sandi's is a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat if you happen to be in this area! My family and I stopped by the restaurant as we were driving from Bryce Canyon to Colorado and wanted a quick meal that wasn't from a fast food chain. The restaurant has a drive through which makes to-go food super easy, but stop in if you have time! We decided to go inside and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. There weren't many people inside, so we were helped very quickly. As far as the food goes, they have a crazy large selection for such a small restaurant. One of us ordered the Hobo fish sandwich and that took quite a while to make, so be prepared for that if it tickles your fancy. Others ordered the chicken sandwiches/ wraps and were quite satisfied. I had to try the Triple B Burger as it looks like it's their signature dish and I wasn't disappointed! It's a ton of food for the price and the ingredients taste great. The burger patty may have been the most homemade tasting burger that I've ever had, which testifies both to it's solid/ authentic taste as well as its no frills approach to this cuisine. The prices overall are quite reasonable and basically compete with the big name fast food restaurants, but with higher quality products. Accommodations: -The restaurant does have gluten free buns if you're looking for those. -Keto / Low Carb folks, you can definitely get a burger with no bun here and have it fill you up, or choose a salad. Our Airbnb was within walking distance of this little diner so my husband and I had to come try it out! Best decision we made while visiting Richfield in 2020! The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Portion sizes were huge, too. The inside was very clean and well kept, yet still had an old-timey diner feel to it. I really prefer to give good reviews because I am paying for the food and eating it. Eating bad food and having to pay for it is not fair; especially if my evening ends with me having a porcelain pony ride. So here it goes. Ok, I went here based on average reviews on Yelp, but I was cat-fished. There are some good reviews from the past, but things here have changed. Ownership has changed and the quality has gone way down. Talked to some locals and they said that this place used to be great, but after some new owners came in it went from Sandi's to SADdie's. Maybe Sad-Die? *shrug* So the Pepper Jack Bacon burger was not much to talk about, except the cheese did not seem to be pepper jack, and it was bathed in mayo. I had to sop it down with about six napkins. I don't think excessive mayo is a Utah thing. The fries actually were alright. What made me really upset was I asked the lady taking orders about the frozen lemonade. I asked if it was made with real lemonade 3 times, and I was assured it was real. Surprise! It is not real lemonade. It is the Pepsi Tropicana stuff, which literally makes me sick due to what ever is in it. Thus the reason I asked if it was real. I rank this place one star based on my scale of 1 being good as or worse than McDonald's. Because McDonald's will always be less than or equal to 1 star. I always enjoy my visit to Sandi's Drive Inn when I am in the area. A roadside diner serving up a wide variety of tasty fast food for reasonable prices. I find the friendly staff to always give a quick welcome as you enter and the time from order to serving is not very long. The building has been here a while and is not a gleaming example of modern architecture, but that fact gives it a character that brings many patrons inside to sample the good food Sandi's has provided for many years. It is well-maintained and spic and span as one would expect a restaurant to be. My only complaint is a minor one. There is an occasional tendency to scrimp a bit on certain serving sizes. I recently ordered a burger combo and upsized it to a "large" from the regular size. When my food arrived, the container of fries was more of the size I would expect the regular portion to be. My burger was delicious and I savored every bite. I like the fact that Sandi's offers both Coke and Pepsi which certainly pleases those who prefer one beverage over the other. I will continue to enjoy stopping at Sandi's Drive Inn and look forward to my next visit. read more
