Great setup, solid selection of cigars and whiskeys. Staff were super attentive and chill. Perfect.

I had a great time here. I'm a very experienced cigar smoker and travel all over the U.S. The atmosphere was nice and the bartender was very attentive. I also enjoyed the company of new people here since I was on my own travelling on business. The only downside to me is not being able to go in the humidor. I've been to a few places in the Northeast that do the paper menu thing that you order off of, but it's not the same. I assume there are issues with theft. I'm not buying the Covid excuse of handling cigars. I'm from Florida and every cigar lounge allows you in and no ones dying of Covid, get over it and move on. That said, I know my cigars and found my favorites on the menu. Thanks for a great time.

Met up with a friend here while I was in town for a couple of cigars and some cocktails. Good vibes as soon as we entered. Full bar in the center with booths lined up along the walls and small table and chairs spread throughout. We were greeted immediately and provided 2 menus; 1 for drinks and the other for cigars. The Barmaid was super cool and helpful. We sat in a corner booth with our drinks then was asked about the cigars. Little did we know it was the owner. After chit chatting a bit, we ordered our stogies. There is a walk in humidor but customers are not allowed in, your cigars are brought to you. My friend and I sat for hours catching up on old times and Patrick the owner checked on us and we had a great conversation. He told us about the history of his family and the cigar shop. Such a great story and history. This is the oldest cigar bar in the state. I had an all around great experience here.

Great Customer Service. Nice atmosphere. Great ambiance. Comfortable seating. Them sofas hold you like a lover lol. The bartender was beyond attentive. He was a young black guy and he built a rapport with us that makes us want to come back just to bother him. He advised the newbie (me) on how to smoke a cigar properly and taught me how to light them. He made me a passion fruit lemon drop martini that I will never forget. I only had one bcus that's alllllll I could handle lol. If you have locs you will know where you were the night before. Be prepared.

Three different generations of random veterans strike up a conversation.

I like visiting new cigar spots when I travel for the random conversations sometimes. But not being able to step foot in the humidor and it was awkward picking cigars off a menu with no price list but once you settle in it's a great environment. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience at this Cigar Bar. They did not stop me from bringing in my own cigars. It was nice to fit in as a newcomer. The environment has a new air filtration system that worked well. The night I was here, the bar was active and the bar was lively. Not a lot of sound deadening. Good booths and a few couches. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Will be coming back for sure. They do not allow guests in the humidor. Cigars are ordered from a menu. Large selection. They also have lockers for members.

I've had employees at cigar stores, follow me into the humidor. This is the first place where I've ever been denied access to the humidor. The manager says that it is their policy for customers to order off of a paper menu when I explain that part of the experience is to browse the humidor, I was told that their process works better for them. They really don't care what the customer wants. The manager stated many times that this works better for THEM. The prices were fair, but they said the menus for both bourbon and cigars were not up to date. So I had a smoke and got out of there.

Now THIS is a cigar bar. If you don't like smoke, this is not the place for you, but this place has such a great selection of cigars thatI was impressed. The bartender Jacob is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about drinks, food and cigars. Right when we walked in we could tell most of the patrons were regulars. We love these type of bars! I can't wait to make this our regular spots!

Cool spot to chill and smoke. They even have enough TVs to enjoy sports from everywhere in the spot. They don't even charge for bringing in your own sticks which is a rarity in most cigar shops. Nice comfy chairs, and great customer service. My only issue was that I wasn't allowed to go into the cigar room and pick my own sticks. Hopefully that changes soon.

In the heart of downtown St Louis is a cigar lounge with an awesome selection of whiskey (and other adult libation). I met my friend who previously visited and he was correct. The signage on the front door prominently states that "smoking is allowed" on site. As you walk in, the history of the establishment is evident with the dark wood décor and ambiance, the aromatic smoke of good cigars permeates throughout the establishment; comfortable, plush couches as well as chairs around the well-stocked bar inviting to those that enjoy such an establishment. He was already enjoying a nice cigar and bourbon - as I approached, he offered cigars from his personal travel humidor - you can bring your own to smoke or visit the well-stocked humidor. As for libation, the bar is well-stocked with a wide variety of whiskeys, beer, and other liquor. If ever in St Louis with a hankering to enjoy a good cigar with great whiskey (and others liquor), visit Stanleys - you will not be disappointed.

First time here and it's exactly what I would expect. Would be nice if they they would let you walk around the humidor to checkout the cigars. With that being said, the bartender brought me out a great cigar per his recommendation after telling him what i liked. I consider myself a beginner in the cigar arena.

Staff was very helpful in selecting something new. The bartender, she was great couldn't ask for a better one!! Coffee was spot on and great. Nice place to go because it dually functions as a place if you one to be by yourself but also a place to make new connections even when you came with your friends (as I did with the latter).

Served with mustard and warm cheese for dipping and it's huge. Service was friendly and fast. Bathrooms are spacious and new and clean with a nice large stall for baby changing. It wasn't crowded in the middle of a day on Friday so, pleasant to watch the game with a small group. I'm sure it can get really busy and rowdy during sports events downtown. All in all, new and comfy and a place I can see us coming often.

My coworkers, who also ran, insisted on meeting up here. They didn't really run, they walked. I can't walk a 5K, because pull your head out of your ass. I could have ordered something light, but I figured I'd go in, since I won't be returning. I don't have the means or the interest to catch a soccer game at the nearby stadium, and even if I did, I heard they've got good food vendors. What do I need with this place? Depending on how much they want for beer across the street, it might make sense to pregame here, especially if they're pulling the same BS they pull at Riverport where the police roam the parking lot and try to prevent you from drinking in your car, as one does. My little brother's running group had a function here after a marathon I ran a few weeks ago. Free food and drinks. I'm not even a member of that group, but I was dressed in running attire and wearing a medal. You best believe I got my drink on. Did it aid in my recovery? No. No, it did not. I got the sense that they had busboys and randos from off the street running orders and that this place might not be fully staffed except for on game day. That was also the case yesterday evening. The guy waiting our table obviously didn't know what he was doing, but he seemed chill and ultimately got the job done. Hopefully my boss left him a tip. The menu consists of standard sports bar fare, including two sandwiches that purport to feature meat from the Carnegie Deli. I found this highly improbable, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to join the ranks of Bowzer from Sha Na Na and Arthur Fonzarelli. This may have been my one opportunity in life. You can get either a basic pastrami on rye, for purists, or people with certain dietary restrictions, or the Reuben. I of course went with the latter. I found it surprisingly neat, without too much sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and what have you, to where it gets all sloppy. The slices of meat were uniform to the point where I was concerned, but damn it if it wasn't moist and flavorful. Nullus. It's pastrami, so it's supposed to be processed anyway. It comes with your choice of fries, chips or some sort of salad. For chips, you can get Red Hot Riplets, which is nice for tourists. It'll save them from having to go to a Schnucks. We should all be lucky. I went with the fries, for the sake of citizen food journalism. Surprisingly, these were shoestring fries, not unlike at a Steak 'n Shake. You don't see that as often these days. Were they great? No. But it was still kinda neat that they had them. Really, you're just going here because it's either across the street from the soccer stadium or (I think) built into Union Station. In that sense, it's almost like they're doing you a favor by offering food that's not half bad. What else are you going to do, try to go drink in your car?
