Looks like a beautiful place. I've been to around 50 different cigar lounges in the US (possibly Canada too). Never one where I wasn't allowed into the humidor. Instead I was given a spiral notebook with a list of cigars brands ... not allowed into humidor as you choose cigar from list and staff goes into humidor to get it. Weird as I've never experienced this through the other stores I've been too - often staff follows you in but you are allowed. Not mad, just didn't like it. Left without buying anything. . read more

Came here for the first time with a couple friends on a weekend night and had a great time. The place has a chill dim lit environment and makes you feel like you're in a movie!! Haha also there's a big clear room with all the cigars lined up on the wall which was cool to look at. The drink menu is super extensive and drinks are super strong in the best way. Perfect if you want to enjoy your cocktail or wine with a cigar. I got a dessert wine! Place was pretty packed but not in a chaotic way, everyone is very mature and wants to have a good time. Love the vibes of this place! There's a huge bar in the middle of the room and comfy sofas and chairs around the perimeter. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm not a cigar smoker. I went with a friend who smokes. We sat at the bar. I had a chocolate martini that was pretty good. You can bring your own cigars which is unbelievable or purchase from them! I had a great time here. I'm a very experienced cigar smoker and travel all over the U.S. The atmosphere was nice and the bartender was very attentive. I also enjoyed the company of new people here since I was on my own travelling on business. The only downside to me is not being able to go in the humidor. I've been to a few places in the Northeast that do the paper menu thing that you order off of, but it's not the same. I assume there are issues with theft. I'm not buying the Covid excuse of handling cigars. I'm from Florida and every cigar lounge allows you in and no ones dying of Covid, get over it and move on. Met up with a friend here while I was in town for a couple of cigars and some cocktails. Good vibes as soon as we entered. Full bar in the center with booths lined up along the walls and small table and chairs spread throughout. We were greeted immediately and provided 2 menus; 1 for drinks and the other for cigars. The Barmaid was super cool and helpful. We sat in a corner booth with our drinks then was asked about the cigars. Little did we know it was the owner. After chit chatting a bit, we ordered our stogies. There is a walk in humidor but customers are not allowed in, your cigars are brought to you. My friend and I sat for hours catching up on old times and Patrick the owner checked on us and we had a great conversation. He told us about the history of his family and the cigar shop. They really don't care what the customer wants. The manager stated many times that this works better for THEM. This place has a ridiculous amount of cigars to choose from. They have a decent selection of booze and beer. I see on here where people are not able to enter the walk in humidor. I get that's it is uncommon for that to be the case however, it's a full glass walk in you can see in and they give you a menu. Just order the cigar and enjoy it lol. Service was great, one day this week that I was there they didn't charge me for a cola and were very hospitable the entire time I was there. Seat are comfy, atmosphere is old school and they play great music. And you can smoke your own stogies. Cool spot to chill and smoke. They even have enough TVs to enjoy sports from everywhere in the spot. They don't even charge for bringing in your own sticks which is a rarity in most cigar shops. Covid rules here and all, you cannot walk in and make a selection (which I'm sure will change down the line). At first, this was a disappointment, but they sure know their selection there quite well. I rattled of a list of things I was looking for in a cigar, and he was quick to come back with multiple choices and price ranges. After selecting my cigar, I hopped up to the bar and enjoyed the fantastic selection of bourbons they had to choose from. Prices were great, the atmosphere was nice, and the bartenders were all quite friendly. My only regret, not having a place this nice where I am from. Visited Labor Day weekend on a Friday night, was more than pleased as was my wife, for whom cigar bars aren't exactly her thing. We had a rowdy fun time at this throwback establishment. Great cocktail/bartender staff know how to make a great drink and chat up their clientele, and that's a lot of regulars, plus a few itinerants like us. Cigars were excellent and as soon as I asked the guy in the humidor if he carried the newer Romeo & Julieta Nicaraguan blue labels, he made a beeline and nabbed me a few. Only bummer was that due to Covid-19 rules, no one was allowed entry into the humidor. That was hard to take but whatcha gonna do..... With the possible exception of the Schlafly Taproom a mile away, this was the best thing I experienced in St. Louis. And that includes our stayover to visit the Gateway Arch, a "National Park". Another Yelp review for another day..... Would absolutely seek this place out again if I was ever driving through the heart of downtown St. Louis. read more

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Walked in the humidor to select a cigar. Next thing I knew, I was approached as if I'd stolen something. The humidor is mostly off limits. I did not know and didn't notice an obscure sign on the door in a dimly lit hallway. If humidor is off limits keep the door locked. The staff was not rude but they were not customer friendly, either. They checked on us regularly to make sure we were OK. I felt like a real classy fella here and felt like I belonged. They have a complete bar and cigar shop. You come here you man not want to leave. We we're greeted and escorted in to find a good cigar. Lots of options and as you would expect, a very knowledgeable gentleman there to help you select. We hit Stanley's every time we come to STL for a trip. Great place, good conversations, selection of drinks and cigars, etc. It's clean and well ventilated. The only two downsides is they don't open until 3:00PM and you can't go into the humidor. That latter can make it tough ordering from a menu if your wanted to try something new.
