I would definitely read all these reviews on Yelp. Wish we did before my wife had plastic surgery here. He carved her up so bad that nothing looks right. She feels way more uncomfortable now than she did before surgery. Her stitches burst in the middle of the night at home and while bleeding like crazy we called him and all he said is go to the hospital. After a minute of explaining what happened he said meet him at his office. He put staples in it without any pain meds and the results look scary. He also used the unsterile cap of his pen to try a form a belly button which didn't work so there is nothing that looks like a belly button. Very shady work. I have been going here for 14 years. Dr. Perry is amazing. I had a lower face lift 14 years ago, then an upper 9 years ago. Last month I had both in addition to to having skin removed from my arms to minimize creepy skin. Sorry for taking so long to post this ladies, life gets busy. I had breast lift and new implants done by Dr. Perry in October of 2019. Immediately I noticed that my left breast was lower than my right. His assistant said it was just that the left breast "dropped" first hmmm. Fast forward a year later, the left breast still lower and not even the same shape as the right. He said he could fix it but I had to pay the facility which I did. STILL not right, he claimed it is my skin, well Dr. Perry my skin is the same on BOTH sides, he had the nerve to suggest a third try and again I would have to pay the facility fee. I no longer had faith that he could fix his mistake and did not do it. Unfortunately it would have cost me another 10K to have a new Doctor fix his mistakes, who has that kind of money so I live with seeing my uneven breasts every day and regret the day I let Dr. Perry do surgery on me. read more

I am in love with this place. This was my first experience with Botox and Fillers, I went for the 40 cc and the first round apparently my facial muscle are deep so I had some movement in a week. Can't say enough about Dr. Perry, his staff and the Anesthesiologist he has on his surgical team. I recently had a procedure (explant) and it was seriously the best experience, quick and easy. The amazing Anestesiologist was fabulous, he was friendly and thoural and gave me options which was fantastic, 1st time I didn't wake up nauseous and his pre good night joke as corny as it was helped calm my jitters although I knew I was in excellent hands. I first had breast augmentations done by dr. Perry about 8 years go. His staff was friendly and I received good results so in 2013 when I decided to get my upper eyelids done, I decided to go back to Dr. Perry. I also needed a nipple lift because of breastfeeding two babies! I got both procedures done the same time. Both results was unsatisfactory. So I went back a few months to redone my nipple surgery and decide to wait on my eyelids surgery because I was told it could get better over time . I also had to paid more money for a revision surgery on my nipple. Even though I already paid close to 5k for both procedures. I wanted a more define cease and little bit skin remove to make my eyes more awake looking. But unfortunately Dr. Perry took too much skin and my upper inner waterline is pull up too much and it looks very ugly and natural. He gave me some steroid injections but that did not help much. He said I would need a revision surgery again. I felt that it should have been done correctly the first time because the eyes is very sensitive and takes a long time to heal and it's very hard for revision. I got a few other cosmetic doctors opinion and they said it will be very hard to fix the mistake and no guarantee because they would first have to undo what was done and try to lower my lash line to make it look better. Surgery suppose to enhance your feature not make you look unnatural. I just want to write an honest review of what happened to me and how it affective my life. If someone were to ask me where I had my breast augmentation done, I would NOT recommend Dr. Charles Perry! I would have to say that the days leading up to the surgery were pretty awesome! The staff, especially Laura, was amazing! I was a little hesitant and nervous and she helped me right through it, making me feel a lot more excited and not so stressed/anxious. BUT, she's not doing the surgery, so that care could only go so far. My original consultation with Dr. Perry, I explained to him my concerns and the reasons why I wanted to replace the implants I had. One of them, was pretty much taken care of, the other, not even close! The result was the EXACT same as how it was prior to having the surgery! Plus, another added issue after the surgery that wasn't that way prior. When I went to him expressing my concerns (after the surgery), he basically said, sorry! One breast is smaller than the other and I was basically told I need to massage it more. He then stared at me uncomfortably for a minute, like, okay bye, be on your way now. I left his office feeling so sick to my stomach and feeling like I made the worst decision choosing him to do my surgery. During the initial consultation, if I was told one of the things I didn't like would possibly be the same, even after replacing the implants, I would not have done the surgery! And that surgery wasn't cheap! Now, 9 months after the surgery, I am still experiencing numbness throughout a lot of each breast. Pain in my right breast. I'm unhappy the way they look to the naked eye, unhappy with how they feel and so angry I wasn't explained that what I didn't like prior to the surgery, might not be fixed after the surgery. I now have no choice, but to find another plastic surgeon to hopefully take care of what was done, or not done, by Dr. Perry. read more

I came in for coolsculpting and I didn't even see Dr. Perry so I can't comment on his skills or demeanor, but the rest of the staff is very disorganized and always behind the schedule. I have to say that the new girl up front has a lot to learn about customer service. She was very rude and condensending. I came in 3 times and twice they were 30 minutes behind the schedule and one of the machines didn't even work. So apparently when I asked for the before and after pictures from chrysalis cosmetics to give the surgeon I had to hire to fix the mess they created of my nose, they labeled the "before" picture as "after" and the "after" picture as "before". This is exactly how you know that they did a horrible job on the rhinoplasty and they probably know it. I wish there were such thing as refunds for these kind of botched procedures. Definitely DON'T recommend ignoring all of his low reviews. Don't be his guinea pig for experiments. He doesn't even have updated nose procedure pictures, they look old fashioned & not up to date & they don't look evened up. ***Listen to his past Nose procedure reviews*** They're only nice during the first time they meet you during the consult, but after that the energy is low, the nurse, Marissa, in the front at the desk always has a harsh tone with no emotion, very awkward & uncomfortable for the patient--every single appointment was like that. She looks like she hates her job & hates the patients, you can even see from her face that she's judging you. As people who work in a clinic & want to attract people to the business, that's not done the proper way b/c of the customer service. Only Jennifer and Joanna are uplifting with good energy. The Dr doesn't seem like he studied his procedure prior to going into the OR & performing it b/c he really only discusses that for a little bit during one appointment & doesn't thoroughly explain & reassure you. Gets extremely awkward & uncomfortable during each of the 7-8 appointments. The OR manager, Courtney, doesn't even greet you or introduce herself or address your concerns correctly, she's very harsh & rude. I only found out what she was b/c I had to look for myself. She 'butts' in when you're speaking to the Dr. The same attitude goes for the nurse in the front. During the 1st & 2nd appointments I was told & shown that the after look of the nose was going to be a specific look, but after the procedure was done it was the complete opposite. During the cast/splint removal my nose completely gushed out with blood & the shape didn't even look like it would form into what the end result pictures were. It makes sense that you won't always have the after look after cast removal, but the fact that it wasn't even closely shapes to what it was supposed to be like & to gush out in blood? That's a red flag, as my research tells me & other Dr's explained to me. It was already crooked when the cast came off so that was an extreme red flag. Procedure wasn't even close to being done the way it was supposed to be. $8k was paid for what I was told I was going to get, but I came out with a crooked & messed up nose. That's equivalent to getting a wisdom teeth removal surgery for all 4 teeth, but then coming out of surgery with only 2 removed, so how does that work? That messes up the patient emotionally, physically, & mentally ESPECIALLY when the Dr is trying to talk his way past it & wants the re-envision surgery fees paid for when it was all completely his fault for not doing the procedure right. You can come out of surgery with a couple of things like swelling, etc BUT a whole different nose than what you paid to get? Absolutely not. If you have common sense as a nurse or Plastic Surgeon Dr & a person, then you can realize that, it makes no sense & there were many mistakes made. The Dr did try to ignore how my nose procedure was done crooked during all of my post op appointments, but was trying to talk his way past it, but once the one year mark hit he wants to awkwardly stare & make it uncomfortable when you address all of the problems that there's been & not say anything, like even an apology? Red flag #20. I've done research on rhinoplasty/septoplasty nose procedures for 5 years prior to getting it to prepare myself for the future & this was not what I paid to put myself into surgery for. Listen to his low reviews before this & meet more Dr's before settling here for that procedure. Numerous amounts of red flags especially in the previous reviews so pay attention. read more

His facility will blindly defend him even though I showed proof of images of what my Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty was supposed to LOOK like & it looks NOTHING like it. 2 years later I regret the whole surgery, the INSANE pain after surgery, & the horrendous process of the cast removal 7 days later, his hands were even shaking & he was nervous because I was pouring blood out of my nose which ISN'T normal. For some reason he's also extremely awkward & stared at me while I showed my proof of images & said nothing except walking out the room. He knows he's at fault & so does his facility, but whatever they get paid & contracted under isn't worth what I had to go through as a patient, as I'm here 2 years latee with uneven airways in my nose, congested, unable to breathe through my nose, & with a crooked uneven nose. However, I don't think you're suppose to get your $50 deposit back, because your insurance DOESN'T cover cosmetic surgery. Its basically like your co-pay from visiting him.
