To be fair, the doctor was great during my consultation, and the financing coordinator was helpful. My issue was entirely with the front desk and the lack of communication. After my consult, I asked about adding arm liposuction. The financing coordinator said it could be added without another appointment, but the front desk told me I did need a second appointment. That kind of conflicting information was frustrating, especially since I have to take time off work. Then the front desk said they would call me back within three days, but it's been over a week, and I still haven't heard anything. I shouldn't have to chase an office for basic communication when I was told someone would reach out. What disappointed me most was the way the front desk made me feel. Their lack of communication, conflicting information, and failure to follow up made me feel unwelcome, unappreciated, and like my business didn't matter. I had a great experience with Dr. Pirko and his staff. I went in for breast implant replacements and asked about other procedures I wanted done. Dr. Pirko explained that it was not needed. Any other doctor would've just said yes ($$$) but Dr. Pirko was honest with me. He was friendly and very patient during his explanation of the work he would doing. I got my otoplasty here, and I was not very happy. The surgeon didn't pin my ears far enough and with time my ears had unpinned about 50 percent. I spent 4500 to not get the right results. I went in for a revision, but it didn't do anything. The staff was nice and the same for the surgeon, but I'm truly not happy with the results. If I could go back I would not have this surgery here. Now I have to go for another painful revision with a more experienced doctor. read more

After about two decades of too much filler, constant inflammation/puffiness, and a face that did not look youthful, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Luke Boone to learn about what procedures would be appropriate in achieving, at the very least, the youthful appearance I had in my early 30s. After listening to my concerns and desired outcomes, Dr. Boone suggested a "mini-facelift" but informed me I would have to dissolve my existing filler so he could accurately assess my situation. I agreed and dissolved my filler. The chronic inflammation/puffiness I was experiencing was gone within 72 hours. My face looked "normal" again. Even so, I couldn't deny the loss of volume/skin elasticity that had taken place over the last 20 years. I scheduled my "mini-facelift" consult with Dr. Boone and he explained, in detail, the customized procedure he would do for me. I had come to the consult doing my "internet research" and inquired about a deep plane facelift. Dr. Boone educated me on the procedure (benefits/risks) and how it wasn't an appropriate procedure for my desired outcome but may be the appropriate option 10+ years down the road. SIDENOTE: Dr. Boone's ability to say NO was a demonstration of his integrity. A deep plane facelift costs significantly more than a "mini". I scheduled the procedure and had it approximately 2 months prior to writing this review. While I still have another 4 months for all inflammation to subside and full nerve regeneration, I have returned to normal activity, look fantastic (based on the feedback/compliments I've received), and feel fantastic. I can honestly say at age 52, I look better now than I did at age 32. For me, this procedure turned the clock back 20 years - I am making young men ponder! If you're thinking about this procedure, I highly recommend it with Dr. Luke Boone because he doesn't approach this procedure with a "cookie cutter" mentality. I am six weeks postop tummy tuck as of yesterday. I wanted to wait to give a review because I wanted to see if the service that I received from day one of working with Ideal Plastic Surgery would continue all the way through my recovery. I have to say from start to six weeks postop they have continued to give me nothing but excellent service. From my first consult with Dr. Pirko making me feel comfortable and answering all of my question, not making me feel rushed and taking his time to explain everything that he was going to do to give me the results that I wanted. This was my first surgery where I have had to be under anesthesia and I was so afraid but Shannon the anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing the day of surgery. The entire team from the front staff, to the online, to the in person, to pre and post op RN's and MA's, have done a great job at always responding to my questions and concerns and never making me feel like any question was inconvenient or ridiculous. I can honestly say the results that Dr. Pirko gave me had me crying the first time that I seen myself after the procedure. Even with all of the swelling and sutures I still was completely happy with what Dr. Pirko had done.
