I came here to say, I had an exceptional experience here not only with the staff that made me feel very welcomed but also Dr. Pirko who listened to me and what I wanted, I was never judged or made feel like I was a bother. Now for the results I am barley 3 weeks post op of a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and I'm already so pleased with my results, I had minimal pain for the first 2 days then from their didn't need no narcotics besides Tylenol. I went in for a revision, but it didn't do anything. The staff was nice and the same for the surgeon, but I'm truly not happy with the results. If I could go back I would not have this surgery here. I am six weeks postop tummy tuck as of yesterday. I wanted to wait to give a review because I wanted to see if the service that I received from day one of working with Ideal Plastic Surgery would continue all the way through my recovery. I have to say from start to six weeks postop they have continued to give me nothing but excellent service. From my first consult with Dr. Pirko making me feel comfortable and answering all of my question, not making me feel rushed and taking his time to explain everything that he was going to do to give me the results that I wanted. This was my first surgery where I have had to be under anesthesia and I was so afraid but Shannon the anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing the day of surgery. The entire team from the front staff, to the online, to the in person, to pre and post op RN's and MA's, have done a great job at always responding to my questions and concerns and never making me feel like any question was inconvenient or ridiculous. I can honestly say the results that Dr. Pirko gave me had me crying the first time that I seen myself after the procedure. Even with all of the swelling and sutures I still was completely happy with what Dr. Pirko had done. Here I am six weeks later and I'm even more thankful because the results look even better now that the swelling has gone down. I went twice to try and get answers. Very friendly, kinda like a car salesman. First visit I wanted to know the after care meds. I was not given a straight answer. Vaguely said muscle relaxers and skipped to a new subject. . Red flag!! I went again because I didn't feel like all my questions were answered. Looked on the website for before and after pics and couldn't find anything that represented the doctor's work. . WHEN I WENT IN AGAIN ONLY SHOWED ONE PICTURE. The doctor was awkward when I brought it up. Lastly, in the waiting room, there were so many patients waiting for follow up visits. Felt bad to keep them waiting in obvious pain while I get a consultation. . That shows that they really want your money.
