Even better right?? Well welcome to Parks Coffee! I've driven past this place so many times on PGBT that I googled them and saw they offered tours. So I immediately booked one and have to say it was well worth the cost. You get to see the behind the scenes and understand more about the process of making coffee. There is even a tour you can request in which you can roast your own bag (details on their website as it may change from when I post this). At the end of the tour you get to try a sampling of their single origin coffees that are paired with bite size pastries from a local bakery, La Casita, that were delicious! The pairings really brought out the notes in the coffee and even I felt like a coffee sommelier! Plus after the tour you get a discount at the coffee shop and it applies to their sweet shirts. Overall I highly recommend checking them out and taking the tour. Their coffees were great and the tour was enlightening.

A corrado is a Spanish beverage consisting of roughly an equal amount espresso and steamed (not frothy) milk to reduce acidity. I ended up chatting with Luka, the owner, and he's genuinely one of the kindest, most welcoming people you'll meet. He took the time to talk coffee with me, share some insight about the beans, and made the whole experience feel personal, not transactional. I ordered the quiche and a drip coffee, both were fantastic. The coffee was smooth and well balanced, and the quiche was fresh and flavorful. I liked it so much I grabbed a bag of beans to take home. Great atmosphere, great coffee, and even better customer service. I'd come back just for the hospitality alone.

I went today Monday June 1, 3:35pm staff was great! Seems they are busy and had a shelf full of online/pick-up orders. I typically walk in and see what they have to offer and buy 5lbs on average. When I asked the lady at the front she gladly went to look, unfortunately they didn't have Colombia in the medium roast, but that makes sense! Colombia is a Hot Hot item! They are also a smaller roastery, I bet it takes the staff plenty of time to get a solid roast for all those different coffees, so I never nag them for not having the coffee. The coffee is great, it's local, best of all, it's fresh. She gave great alternatives to my pallet, as I love a light and medium roast, but I need a large quantity. I got the Ethiopian Guji, usually my second choice, and she packed it right up for me. I was in and out in 5 min. They do sell soaps like someone in the reviews said, but it's just a couple, alongside with a minimal amount of merchandise on their shelves. Long story short, they are people too, and the vibe you give out, is the vibe you'll get right back. I overheard the roaster and it seems they are sweet and passionate about what they do. The two ladies working that morning were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. I ordered the matcha with dulce de leche, honey drizzle, and oat milk -- beyond delicious! I also grabbed the warm monkey bread, which was perfectly soft and sweet. My sister had the pistachio croissant (flaky, buttery, and full of flavor), while another sister enjoyed the strawberry matcha. Several of the ladies also tried the caramel matcha and raved about it. The space was spotless and inviting -- I did notice one fruit fly in a case, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. The airy, open layout makes it perfect for working or relaxing, and I love that it's attached to a church. It gave the space such a peaceful, community-centered vibe. We left happy, caffeinated, and already talking about coming back!

I was immediately tempted to order it after reading the description and was delightfully surprised by the balance of flavors. I knew I loved all those flavors separately, and together they were more amazing than I could imagine! The drink was a little pricey, as all speciality drinks normally are - but it was well worth it. Cuppa has a cozy vibe and plenty of seating, making it the perfect place to catch up on some work or take a break from your conference. Since it's located in a church, it wasn't too crowded and the drinks came out quickly! I'll be dreaming about this latte for a long time.

The yuzu coffee was very very unique and great. The mentiko pasta was also super good. Everyhting else was jsut okay unfortunately- wings, sandwiches, bento boxes. Decent, but wouldn't come back again for those things. They said they had some cool desserts but I happened to pass by the dessert display case and it jsut looked kind of sad and sitting there so we skipped it. Love the butt chairs outside though!
