There is even a tour you can request in which you can roast your own bag (details on their website as it may change from when I post this). At the end of the tour you get to try a sampling of their single origin coffees that are paired with bite size pastries from a local bakery, La Casita, that were delicious! The pairings really brought out the notes in the coffee and even I felt like a coffee sommelier! Plus after the tour you get a discount at the coffee shop and it applies to their sweet shirts.
