Came here for a friend's bachelorette dinner, and am so glad we did! The service (hi heather!) was impeccable. She came out and snapped candid pics of us throughout the evening, kept the bride's drink filled, and overall went out of her way to make us feel very welcomed. We were able to take advantage of the Thursday night tapas special. We ordered 6 of the tapas, and the ones I could eat were really good. The only one I didn't love was the meatballs. The andouille sausage was fire! From the group, the feedback on the ones I couldn't eat (I have a food allergy) were also great. They said the crab Mac and cheese was the best. We also ordered dinner and we were so stuffed after the tapas, we absolutely didn't need it. My steak was cooked as desired, but I didn't love the seasoning on it. Next time, we'll stick to the tapas!

7/2/20 covid update. Staff all wear masks and gloves. Paper menus used. Tables appear to be set up for social distancing. Indoor and outdoor seats. Stopped in for dinner at six PM with a reservation. Outside seating is in the full sun with no fans, so be prepared to sweat. Took advantage of the three tapas for $30 Thursday special. There was some sort of mixup/kitchen failure as it took an hour to get three tapas, and even then they didn't come out together. Server told us they had no more plates left so we had to eat from the serving platter. A couple next to us who arrived 20 minutes after us were served long before us. All in all, a disappointing experience.

    Place sucks

Foods fine (I guess) as I still haven't gotten it. Sat in the restaurant for 2 hours, without receiving my entree. Waited over 25 minutes to be acknowledged after having been seated. Watched my beer and a friends drink sit at the bar for 20 minutes before receiving it. Waitress said "tapas are like large appetizers", the tapas couldn't feed a bird. Honestly PO'd. I rarely give bad reviews, but I have too. Some of the worst service I've ever received. Restaurant isn't crowded, it's a Sunday night, we had a reservation. Never coming here again, and I will actively tell people to not come here. Edit: Fries weren't cooked all the way, girlfriends bun ;) was cold, and a larger group that was seated 30 min after us, had finished their entrees before we received our appetizers. This place seriously blows. Very disappointed. Edit again: complained for the second time in my life. "All they could do" was 15%. The manager didn't come over and apologize, which is absolutely unacceptable. Poor leadership at this restaurant. Literally went to McDonald's for dessert, as I know the food will come out properly made and in a timely manner.

My twin sister and I picked this restaurant by going to Google maps and searching for restaurants in Saint Mary's County, MD. We were able to call and make a reservation for a river window table. They however don't show up on Open Table. I had the rockfish stuffed with crab imperial with asparagus and rice pilaf. I didn't eat the rice as i am trying to lose weight. It was excellent, especially the crab. My sister had the salmon stuffed with crab imperial. She said it was also great. We topped it off with a bortle of prosecco, which complemented the meal nicely.

Talk about an overlooked Jewel.... Stumbled upon this place while out for a walk. They were closed for lunch. This place has so much character and charm, I had to come back for dinner. The staff was friendly, ambiance and setting was really intimate. I wish I came during sunset, its beautiful here. Came on a Thursday night and surprise it was $30 for 3 tapas and 1/2 price draft.... (even local IPA) I got 3 Tapas for appetizers and 2 out of 3 were amazing..... only one I didn't really care for was the sesame crusted Tuna. Felt like it was missing something. Filet MignonBruschetta- Slices of grilled tenderloin topped with tomato, garlic, basil and feta cheese served on top of a thin slice of toasted baguette Sesame Crusted Tuna- Fresh tuna crusted in black & white sesame seeds, pan seared served with our sweet chili sauce and smoked paprika Salmon Board- Thin sliced smoke salmon served with onions, capers, chopped egg, cucumbers, Tzatziki sauce and French baguette For dinner we went with an 8oz Filet Mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, Wild mushroom cream sauce. And added crab imperial topping for an addition charge. Steak was cooked perfectly and the flavors was amazing. The crab added on top was delicious and I'm soooo glad I added it.

I love that this place serves tapas and we could order a bunch of things to share. Some of the highlights was the ahi tuna bites and the crab mac and cheese. We've tried a variety of crab/lobster mac and cheese at amazing restaurants and this place was my fiancee's favorite. One dish that I probably wouldn't reorder was the duck wrapped in phyllo, which I thought was pretty dry and lacked in flavor. Overall, this was a lovely place to spend a evening and I would definitely return.

Crab fondue. Crab Mac and cheese. Fried Oysters Rockefeller. Lamb (omg get this) Cream of Crab Soup. The bread is amazing.

First things first. Jon (I hope I spelled this correctly) last Friday was AMAZING. One of the best servers I've ever had. He gave his opinions on the menu genuinely and was so nice and attentive. The food was ok. I will def come back for the lamb. THE BREAD. Even the things that were just ok were 10x better with the bread.

No more 2 drink requirement! (Though it was unclear if this was ever a real thing as sometimes they enforced it and sometimes they didn't). They have updated the cocktail list to feature a nice selection of N/A cocktails and energy drinks so you can hit the $15 minimum with one cocktail ($17) or just one N/A drink (the N/A drinks are $14, as is the wine so I'm assuming they don't force you to make up that $1 difference between the minimum which would just be shady -- equally their energy drinks and beers are $7 so two would only be $14 -- again I'm assuming they let this slide). Would still be nice if they offered soft drinks and snacks -- I'd be thrilled with popcorn and a diet coke but this new system is such a welcome improvement and makes the space more welcoming to non drinkers or people like me who simply don't want to be forced to buy a drink.

They were very accommodating and prompt in communication. I was a long-distance bride, so having their punctual responses to emails / phone calls was very important to me. They showed up early on the day-of, had everything set up on time, and even set up an outdoor sound system for my ceremony music (my family performed, but they came through with a full sound system, keyboard, and speakers). My family isn't really a DJ family, so I was looking for something more unique and personal. I listened to a few multiple-piece bands, but I couldn't really tell them apart. Then I found Cutting Edge - they were exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated that they were interactive and read the audience very well. They played piano renditions of whatever songs were requested, which made it even better. There were songs that I never would've thought could've been played on the piano - but they were awesome versions, even better than the original! They did a lot of fun dueling pianos-things, and even made my husband stand up and sing the chorus to "Let It Go" from Frozen, because one of the toasts mentioned that he knew the words to the song. They played and sang, then put him on the spot when the chorus came and just stopped singing. Everyone loved it! You could never do that with a DJ! I got so many compliments on their performance, and really, I can't emphasize enough how different it was that even my aunts and uncles were out on the floor dancing. It was so unique and fun; I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who's interested.

I had the burger, which was GREAT, and my girlfriend had the brisket sandwich which she really enjoyed too. The fries might've been the highlight of the meal though; they were wonderfully seasoned and fresh. I kept it simple with a bottled beer and she had a reisling - no complaints at all on our drinks. Shoutout to our bartender; she was very attentive even though the space was completely sold out. I like that the majority of the seats in the venue have at least a partial view of the stage. For those seats that are out of stage view, there are plenty of TV screens scattered around and above the bar to give everyone a chance at viewing the stage. I do think that the sound quality could be improved - we sat a little ways away from stage and definitely fought through some distorted or unclear sound. Maybe a speaker or two in the back of the venue would help. Perhaps it was because Destin's show was very popular, but we had ALOT of trouble buying our tickets online.
