    Burrata

The beef mashed potatoes tasted so tender and paired well together with the gravy. The ambiance is 10/10 beautiful inside like I got transported to Italy. However, the size of some of the plates like the burrata needed more bread, and tuna poke could have been bigger for the price. It was also a bit too salty (the tuna) for my taste. Definitely still worth it for the drinks and the beef dish. The strip steak was pretty small. The drink I had was a special, and it had fire on a lemon to melt the brown sugar which was a cool touch!

Came here during the Christmas season on a Sunday night. We got the charcuterie board and bison sliders. The board had Brie type of cheese and another cheese that was delicious. It had some salami and ham/proscuitto . The house pate was good. The pickles surprisingly good. The house made pate was made with liver and cranberries and I liked it. Zayne, our waiter, knew the answer to every question we threw him. Our bison sliders/burgers were very different and very specific and came out as ordered. My friend really liked it. Everything was great. I loved my mulled spice old fashioned and mulled wine. Atmosphere is relaxed. Lighting flattering. Music muted. Not much to absorb the conversation so you can hear that. To back room was preferable and I was glad we were seated there.

4.5 Came here 7 years later and it's still amazing! Cute place, attentive service, fun cocktails and very delicious food. Of what we ordered, scallops and the mashed potatoes that came with lamb chops really stood out. We ordered 6 small plates and the cobbler which was definitely plenty but we ate all but some spinach leaves. 4.5 because some plates didn't hit a home run, hard rice with tuna, but overall a great time.

Visited for the first time a week ago and would love to visit again really soon. I love the small plates concept so you can try as much on the menu without being wasteful as the portions are small. Everything we ordered was delicious especially the shrimp wraps, Brussels sprouts, house fries, and the warm chocolate chip cookies - mmm! Can't wait to return with someone who hasn't been to wow them ;) Service was great too. We had late reservations for 830pm and our server was attentive and it wasn't too busy , which was even better.

This was my second time at Level lounge, and I was looking forward to this visit a bit more since I had an opentable dining certificate to redeem. My happy hour dinner started nice with their Short rib flatbread and Fried house pickles, and the flatbread was on point with all of its flavors working their magic. Spicy pork belly was a-ok: liked the sauce but the pork belly slices were pretty dry. Curried crab bruschetta was also a-ok. But my dessert, flourless brownie, ruined my meal. It seems to be outsourced and was one of the hardest brownies I have had. The bartender serving me was pretty attentive and pleasant to interact with. In spite of this mediocre dining experience, I look forward to returning here on my next Annapolis visit as my first visit was rather nice.

Holy smokes. Best restaurant I've eaten at in a long time. I came with my daughter to celebrate my birthday, and greatly enjoyed all the food. Our server Enrique was incredibly kind and attentive the entire night. I recommend the Brussels sprouts and the brownie. The Brussels sprouts were INCREDIBLY. can't think of a single critiscm. They were PHENOMENAL. The brownie was also delightful, and we loved the orange zest. Will be returning!!

This place is fantastic! Our family of four went before taking my daughter back to school after winter break. We ordered a series of small plates and truly enjoyed all of them. We went on a chilly January night and pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. Everything came out of the kitchen fast. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and made spot on suggestions. She made sure to let us know about portion size as she knew we planned on sharing multiple plates. For instance the lamb came 2 to a plate, so we knew to order multiple plates. Although, everything was really good a few stand outs for us were...grilled oysters, lamb chops, smoked duck confit and the crab Mac and cheese. For desert we finished the meal off with chocolate chip cookies. It came with two big cookies, cereal milk and cinnamon whipped cream. This was a pretty cool place. No doubt we'll be back.

Mussels with baguette to soak up the Coconut Red Curry Sauce.

Enjoyed Rum Braised Pork Shank with Grits, Mussels with Coconut red curry (spicy), and Charcuterie Combo. All were very tasty. The pork was melt-off-the-bone tender. The issues were delivered quickly, for the small table it would have been nice to be able to finish one dish before the others were delivered. Considering ordering one dish at a time to stagger the food delivery.

We visited Level tonight around 5:00 pm on one of the Midnight Madness nights in Annapolis. We thought we were going for Happy Hour, but that part was a bit confusing. We did not have a reservation but we asked to be seated at a two top table in the main room. They gave us the regular menu and the Happy Hour menu. But the server said you had to be sitting at the bar itself to order the cheeseburger sliders on the HH menu. But we could have vegan sliders at the table where we were. So we passed on sliders. We shared the beet salad, the burrata, and the tenderloin kebabs. All three plates were really good. I tried the Farmers Market drink on the cocktail menu and it was awedome--very refreshing. We shared a cheesecake for dessert. Everything was awesome, but it was all the regular pricing, no HH discount. But be sure to go--the drinks & food are amazing.

I had a few hours to spare, so I decided to stop by a bar that just happened to be open for happy hour. The place was quite empty, but I couldn't resist ordering an old-fashioned cocktail. I also tried the cheeseburger slider, which turned out to be really good.

I really like this place. West street in Annapolis. We didn't have a reservation this round, but they found a table for 2 upstairs. Hostess stated the bar tender would wait in us. Uh oh. The bartender was super busy with his own tables sat at the bar along with fulfilling other servers bar orders for their tables. I expected a long wait, but between other staff helping, we ended up just fine in the service department. Wine - above par. We ordered a bottle of the Malbec. Super bold red. Food - wide and I shared multiple tapas. Favorites weee braised short rib and the scallops. Great vibe in the upstairs dining room. Nice exercise to get up there. Highly recommend

Overall, it was a great date night experience with fun drinks, yummy food, and excellent service. The ambiance was cute, but for the price i was hoping for the food to be a little bit better. The drinks menu was awesome. There was great variety and they were open to making some into mocktails! The original demons drink was the best I've had in a long time. The pork belly was probably the star of the show for us and we made it during happy hour which gave us cheaper prices on that and the flatbread. Udon was great. The flatbread was okay. The scallops were yummy but a little burnt and was hoping for more of the sides for $17. The cookies were pretty dry and crumbly. Cookies are my favorite dessert, but these didn't hit the spot. Love the pride flags and more inclusive bathrooms.

What a cool spot. Went on a Monday evening where there weren't too many other patrons at the time (~5:30PM) and ordered a few items before their happy hour ended. First thing I noticed is their flexibility to accommodate. They can make most of their cocktails into mocktail versions, so people feel less left out. And their cocktails are good! There's a good balance and depth to the drinks where it's clear whoever is in charge of the drink menu is somebody that takes great care in how they craft their drinks. There's infused liquor, presentation, and a few other "small" details that elevate the drinks to a different level. As far as food goes, much like the name implies, everything is tapas-style. Serving size per dish is probably for 2 people; 3 people per dish feels like it would be a stretch. Everything is delicious. I was impressed by the flavors of all the dishes, but the thing that impressed me the most was the cook on the meats. Everything was extremely tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. Definitely appreciated in a tapas-place because bites are limited, but each bite was memorable. Really enjoyed visiting and it looks like they rotate their menus on a seasonal basis, so there's new things to try throughout the year. I would definitely recommend!

Is this a friendly business for LGBTQ patrons?

You will find a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Very inviting!

    Good for vegans?

There are 2-3 plate menu options without dairy or eggs. You could ask for vegan spin on the garden dishes, and I'd bet they'd accommodate you.

Unless you get there super-early at 4, before the 5pm dinner opening, and then wait in the shorter line. Unless you are having lunch there, and in that case I am guessing it may be the same, ie getting in the cue at 11ish before 12pm. I have had the Spotted Pig pizza and whatever enticing pie specialities they have rotated seasonally. I usually opt for the truffle oil or balsamic glaze on our pizza. I have never needed to tweak their delightful presented ingredients combinations. Their pizzas are that outstanding. Take for instance, a recent summer pizza from the Chef's own garden: "The Cuba Libra pizza ...This white pizza features mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, complemented by pork confit, chile-roasted jicama, pickled red onions, cilantro, and fresh mint." I'd never crave mint on a pizza but if Eastport's Vin 909 is serving it, I'm probably going to enjoy it. If you are the more traditional type, another seasonal pizza featured is the Yankee Pie: "family recipe crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, summer sausage, marinated red peppers and oregano." And yes, please, to another summer, perfect-in-Annapolis feature: "Vaquero Clams: Steamed local little neck clams, English ale, bacon, grilled poblano peppers, garlic guajillo butter, fresh oregano, epazote and cilantro." I love the gigantic Vin 909 featured arugula salad. I also miss their divine french press coffees and Butterscotch Pudding with caramelita points. A little known fact: when I was there, you could purchase extra caramelita points for $2 or $3. Vin 909 is truly the best dining in Annapolis -- or Naptown -- as folks like me say.

The bar was loud and lively around happy hour, while the patio was much quieter and gave us a more relaxed place to enjoy dinner. I wasn't very familiar with the Italian wines, so I asked our waiter for a recommendation. He brought me a sample before I ordered a full glass, which was a thoughtful touch. His recommendation was excellent. My partner ordered the Pineapple Tiki Old Fashioned and she loved it. The filet mignon sliders were delicious. My Black Linguine Arrabbiata had a little spicy kick and was very good, with calamari, clams, mussels, crab meat, and spicy marinara. The one disappointment was the tiramisu, which neither of us cared for. Our waiter was helpful and attentive throughout the meal without making us feel rushed. Between the food, thoughtful service, and comfortable outdoor seating, we had a very enjoyable evening. The lively interior is a good option if you want more energy, but the patio was perfect for a quieter meal in the beautiful weather. The feta chunks neither added nor detracted from the dish. A dollop of mascarpone or ricotta would have given it an even richer, meltier finish. Heck even a whipped feta would've added more depth. The blend of meats was outstanding with a pleasant kick of spice, while the mellow, flavorful marinara had a thinner consistency that made it perfect for crostini dipping. Lobster RavioliThe sauce was unquestionably the star of the show. The pasta tasted homemade with a wonderful texture. Unfortunately, the lobster seemed either overcooked or not at its freshest, as it had a noticeable fishy flavor and a chewy texture. The fresh lump crab, however, made for an excellent garnish and added a bright, sweet contrast. Smoked Pineapple Rum Old FashionedThe pineapple-infused rum came through nicely, giving the cocktail great flavor. The smoke, however, was much more subtle than I expected. I knew it had been smoked because the bartender presented it with a plastic smoking device over the glass. I was anticipating the more dramatic wood-smoke presentation under a glass dome that I'm accustomed to. It was also missing the classic Luxardo or maraschino cherry garnish, and without any garnish at all, it felt like it was missing that final finishing touch. OverallWhile it didn't quite reach Feed My Soul status, everything was genuinely good. An added bonus is that it's within walking distance of Maryland Hall, making it a perfect stop before or after a show. ServiceFriendly staff and impressively fast service. Full On Craft Eats. The Toast online ordering system was easy to navigate and adorned with pictures of every menu item. I could not get past the onion rings on the starter menu hoping they would taste as good as they looked. My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed. A quick ask for mom to grab it on the way home and the food made its way back quickly. WOW is all I can say. When you order food to go there is a level of expectation that it will not be as good as it is at the restaurant, especially fries and onion rings. But in this instance WOW. Talk about food that travels well. Fourteen minutes away and the food was still warm, the onion rings were so crisp, and the garlic and dill aioli and onion ring sauce were just right. The Slammin Salmon was served on ciabatta bread that was not too soft not too hard, with salmon cooked perfectly. The lemon dill aioli was a game changer so much that my friend's advice to order extra was well received and committed to memory. The onion rings lived up to the hype, cooked perfectly with a crust I cannot even explain. The kind you bite into without losing the entire onion from the breading. Dip it into the sauce and you have a match made in heaven. Half the sandwich was more than enough but the next day I would have loved some leftovers. Now for the extra razzle dazzle. I left to visit a friend in DC and sent him the menu, shared my experience and he was locked in to try. Online ordering was closed since they were closing at 10pm so I called as a last-ditch effort since the anticipation was already there. The nicest most warm individual answered ten minutes before closing and was more than happy to take my order. She even made sandwich recommendations. I quickly arrived at a shopping center that was easy to get in and out of. Walking in you immediately arrive at the counter and takeout area to your left with a nice bar area a short walk past on the right. The cooks and wait staff were having the best time using the 6/7 saying that was all over social media late last year. They were considerate when they noticed I was in the restaurant, but I assured them I loved their energy. I see why the food is so good because the energy shows it was made with great vibes and laughter all around. As I grabbed the bag to leave the hostess stopped me to add another fork and extra napkins since I would need them to add the pickled veggies on my sandwich. Such a nice touch. Thirty plus minutes to DC and the food still did not need to be reheated. The Mai Thai sandwich was a hit with flavors that married well and the onion rings delivered again. The Spicy Thai wings were good for wings but typical. They had a lot to compete with. Full On Craft Eats Annapolis, not to be confused with Rockville, is an experience you will want to repeat again and again. Good food fast that travels well (yes that is a thing).
