My boyfriend showed a picture of how he wanted his hair to look, and he did say "a bit shorter," but it was significantly shorter, like at least 1 inch/50% shorter, and the hair style was also quite different... we were both pretty disappointed in the haircut and I think it's safe to say this was my boyfriend's least favorite haircut he has ever gotten. I guess the pro tip would to show an accurate photo and be extremely clear on what you want, because aside from the styling and length, the place is clean, the service is great.

We came here, found parking in the lot and were pleasantly surprised how cool the set up was. They had games and toys while waiting on the couch. They even offered refreshments! It didn't feel stuffy like some places and the staff were so nice. I forget the name of the lady barber who cut my son's hair but she did an AMAZING job.
