Went in a couple days ago and called ahead wondering if they accepted walk ins. The guy over the phone (Sean) was apprehensive and upset even talking over the phone and ended up making an appointment for 2 hours from then. When I did arrive on time I walked in and was gestured to take a seat. Sean was my barber and even from the beginning I could tell something was up. He was asking the usual "what would you like" and seemed annoyed by every one of my answers, eventually getting started he kept muttering stuff under his breath and barely keeping conversation. This was until about 10 minutes into the cut, him and another girl started getting into it over something that happened early in the day, mind you me and two other dudes are getting a cut 3 feet from each other. After 5-10 SUPER uncomfortable minutes of them going back and forward (all kinds of drama about who hates who and how having a bad day shouldn't affect work which I agree with) he eventually started to rant to me about how he is the maid of the place and etc etc pretty much just complaining to me in front of them and the other two customers who were as uncomfortable as I. There wasn't really much I could do besides light chuckles and a "yeah..." when someone has a knife to your throat After all that at the end of the cut I get to look up and see that it wasn't a bad job at all. The cut itself was great and he did my beard good too. However when I asked what the damage was this was the only time during the appointment that he smiled. 70 bucks. For 45 min, 30 of which was the weirdest and most uncomfortable cut ever. I understand having a bad day and having to work long shifts but you still gotta keep it professional to a certain point. I hope the days do get better for all the employees there but I wouldn't recommend. read more

You walk in knowing you're getting the same exact haircut as everyone else. Look around: you're getting the 2016 and you're going to love it! Nothing has changed. One trick pony. Same thing. Rinse repeat. Tell him, "give me something dope, the latest" and he pulls out the same haircut everyone had in 2016. I'm sorry---that trick works at Supercuts. If you're going to be as terse, rude, dismissive and act like the customer owes YOU something, you better update your styles and approach and find a better haircut: asap: won't be back. Got the worst cut of my adult life here about 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to have Eddie (who gave me a great cut the time before) but I got caught up with work and hit traffic on the way over (yes, my fault for being late but I called and they said it was ok). I arrive and they tell me Sean will be taking care of me instead. This is where I wish I paid a $100 fee to NOT even get my haircut by Sean. I'm not sure if he's an intern or just didn't have any appointments. I asked for a mid fade and a little off the top. I even showed him a pic of the previous cut. He proceeded to go to town on and give me the highest "fade" where he went all the way up to my cowlick in the back. Basically left me looking like I got a free haircut before boot camp. Not sure if he's normally this bad or if it was bc I was late for my appt. Either way, just a warning for those who end up in Sean's chair. Walk away. read more
