My boyfriend showed a picture of how he wanted his hair to look, and he did say "a bit shorter," but it was significantly shorter, like at least 1 inch/50% shorter, and the hair style was also quite different... we were both pretty disappointed in the haircut and I think it's safe to say this was my boyfriend's least favorite haircut he has ever gotten. I guess the pro tip would to show an accurate photo and be extremely clear on what you want, because aside from the styling and length, the place is clean, the service is great.

I asked for a simple line up and even asked the barber over the phone if they are comfortable with styling a black persons hair. They said yes, upon arrival they must of thought I was joking that I was black and told me they couldn't do a line up..... It's a shame I have to travel from PV to Inglewood to get a haircut, I know Jim Crow Law was abolished in 1964.
