I found this place on Yelp and wanted to try it for the first time. I called and made an appointment. When I was going there I realized they only accept cash and had to stop to get some. I got there 10 minutes later than my appointment and (I think) Elizabeth was there half-way through someone's haircut and there was another customer waiting in line. I walked in and apologized that I was late due to having to stop for cash, but she told me that she would not cut my hair because I was late and she doesn't have time for me. She said I can come back tomorrow for an appointment with Robin! I was ok to sit there for as long as it took because I was late, and asked her if she would have any time for me later that day and she just said no. While I was disappointedly walking out of there I was looking at the man "waiting" there for his haircut, and wondered if she had never started an appointment a few minutes late for any reason! Anyhow, I had an unwelcoming and somewhat condescending brief experience with this place! She seemed to be more welcoming to the people she already knew, and I felt she didn't care much about new customers. Hope I'm wrong! read more

I have been going to this barber salon since 1990! Robin always gives me a great haircut at a fair price. I sometimes go to another haircutter when I am out of town, but I always comes back to Robin. They take appointments during the week and Saturdays, Sundays are first-come first-served. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Robin and Elizabeth are great! read more
