It is my first time to try this place. And I was impressed with what I got. I ordered the Value - Bowl Combo. For the price ($9.18), I think it is a good price. You get a Mini bowl Taco Drink I find the chicken mini bowl a plane Jane though. But it is just the right amount. It does have enough meat. It is filling and the rice is good. It is like the rice that they use for sushi rolls. I got the Steak Taco. It has the right amount of flavor and protein. The sauce has a kick to it which makes it interesting. I ordered a shrimp plate with four extra shrimp. Would I receive was a shrimp plate? Will only 8 shrimp on top of my rice with two dumplings instead of three. I called to speak with the manager, and I was told by the person who picked up the phone Jeremiah that he was the supervisor on duty. When I explained what happened, it was total silence to the point where I had to check and see if you were still on the phone and say hello after saying hello Jeremiah, the supervisor on shift told me to bring my order back up there so he can verify it and he helped me further. Excuse me, Jeremiah, but I have five kids and a life. I don't have time to come up there for you to verify it. They have quick, delicious, nutritious options for lunch, supper, and quick snacks (5-piece dumplings YES!) They maintain a very clean and bright dining area and keep everything simple, so the standards can be maintained. The veggies are fresh. The fish is fresh. The tofu is fresh. My friends say the steak and chicken meet the same standards. I want this place to be here forever, so give it a try. Sample the sauces. I love their WaBa sauce. Tried this place for the first time last night and I wasn't a fan. I did show up before they closed so I wasn't able to get the rib-eye bowl because they said they didn't have time to make it so I got the salmon bowl with veggies and waba sauce and a miso soup. The soup was horrible I can't describe the taste but it definitely did not taste like miso. The salmon was ok a little over cooked and the veggies were still hard not tender at all. I have no issue with your food, it's more of an issue with how some of your employees are portly representing you and while there doing it they don't seem afraid of any consequences. I had one of your employees road raging with me because I took to long to turn when there was traffic and I guess I was just supposed to throw myself and pray I didn't get smacked because she was in such a hurry to go back home after clocking out of a shift with you guys. When I proceeded to ask her what her problem was and why she was acting erratically the way she was she didn't have any reason and simply told that if I wasn't gonna lay hands on her I needed to shut the fuck up and proceed with my day. So when I told her that I'll see her at her place of job and she can go off on me there she thought I was joking proceed to go get her daughter then bring her to said workplace where I was writing the report and have her daughter threaten me and I quote to "beat my ass because I was a scary bitch who was coming at her mom wrong because she had a hard day at work" when I literally had clocked off myself of work and was heading home when she wanted to start with her attitude and her actions. With only two cars in their drive thru, I expected better customer service. I asked about the Tuesday special and the drive thru person laughed at me. When asked about modifications for my meal she rudely responded "no the bowls come as is, what's the name of the order" Not one ounce of customer service.
